Salary:  £33,000 - £39,000 for London, £31,000 - £37,000 for other locations

Overall purpose

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the national development and delivery of our relationships with the private sector to maximise income and impact to support refugees into meaningful employment.

The main purpose of the Partnerships Manager role is to deliver first-class account management and development of corporate partnerships to drive Breaking Barriers mission.

Working closely with Senior Partnerships Managers, Head of Corporate Partnerships, and members of the Income & Engagement and Services Directorates, you will be responsible for launching, retaining and developing a portfolio of partnerships ensuring we deepen and strengthen relationships whilst identifying opportunities for growth.

You will play your part in delivering and developing strategic relationships to bring value to our refugee clients and our employment and education programmes.

The successful candidate will have experience managing corporate partner relationships, including making fundraising asks and managing external communication with donors and partners at all levels of seniority. You will deploy your influencing skills and ability to build profitable relationships to great effect as you take a leading role identifying and nurturing future strategic partnerships. An understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility would be advantageous.

About this role

This role is 20 hours per week, worked part-time over 5 days Monday-Friday. Suggested working times are 10am-2pm however this can be flexible for the right candidate. The part-time salary for this role is £16,250 (£26,000 FTE for organisation 32 hours working week).

The successful candidate will be required to undertake a range of office management and administrative duties to support Causeway’s housing and support functions. You will deal with ad hoc queries and be the first point of contact for external queries, and act as an everyday presence in Causeway’s office to support with office-based team members, visitors, contractors, and cover basic in-house IT support.

The Service Manager will be responsible for the operations of one service in Berkshire (Slough) which supports one individual to live in his own home.

The individual is a sociable and engaging man with a warm sense of humour and a deep appreciation for nature, music, and familiar company. He lives with a diagnosis of moderate learning disability, autism spectrum disorder, psychotic illness, epilepsy, and type 2 diabetes, all of which require thoughtful and consistent support. The customer has been living successfully in his current placement for over ten years, where he benefits from the continuity of staff who know him well, understand his routines, and help him maintain a sense of safety and autonomy.

The role will provide line management for a team of seven Specialist Behaviour Support Workers, ensuring that compliance with organisational, legal regulations and those of the local authority are adhered to and the quality of support is of the highest standard possible, ensuring excellent quality of life for the customer and a good working environment for colleagues.

The service has received a CQC rating of Good. The current team size includes 5 FTEs (Specialist Behaviour Support Workers) plus 2 FTEs Waking Night Support Workers, ensuring comprehensive support coverage across all shifts.

The working pattern for this role is primarily Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional requirements for weekend and out-of-hours work to meet service needs.

The anticipated start date for this role is October.

The initial contract duration is 6 months, with potential to become a permanent role after this period.

As Senior Partnerships and Programmes Officer you will work closely with our SPOs who manage existing partnerships and create opportunities to bring partners together to learn from one another. You will also support the development, coordination and delivery of Local First, working closely with the International Programmes Manager and Peace Direct’s Netherlands Country Representative.

We are looking for someone with experience supporting peacebuilding, development or humanitarian projects, with a good understanding of peacebuilding approaches, and who can build effective, trust-based relationships with local partners. You must be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively, have excellent organisational skills and be able to work in both English and French.

Working with the pathfinder partnership, you will create, develop and deliver tailored support pathways to women across Greater Manchester who have experienced sexual violence and present with additional complex mental health needs. 

The pathfinder partnership joins up services in the VCSE sector across Greater Manchester (including We Are Survivors, Greater Manchester Rape Crisis & MASH) and works closely with NHS services to provide survivors of sexual violence with increased access to mental and physical health support.

You will:

• Design and develop individually tailored care plans and pathways for clients in the service.
• Undertake individual risk and needs assessments for clients entering the pathway.
• Deliver 1:1 trauma-informed, survivor-centred therapeutic interventions.
• Work within a multi-agency partnership to liaise with other health and social care staff from a range of agencies.
• Accurately record clinical interventions and maintain a high standard of record keeping.
• Engage in monthly clinical supervision and regular line management as directed.
• Provide accurate client reports to pathway partnership that represent the clients’ wishes and needs.
• Participate in the development and implementation of continuous service and system improvement.

This role focuses on early intervention work with young people aged 11–19, supporting them to improve their emotional health and wellbeing. You'll build short-term, trusted relationships that help young people build resilience, explore challenges, and access support around issues like anxiety, relationships, or low self-esteem.

Working in youth and community settings—including schools, the Young People’s Centre, and occasionally in homes—you’ll meet young people where they are and tailor support to their needs. You’ll work closely with schools, community partners, and the wider CYP team to ensure support is timely, relevant, and inclusive.

We’re keen to hear from people with:

· Experience of working 1:1 with young people in supportive or youth work settings

· Strong understanding of youth development and emotional wellbeing

· A commitment to inclusion, anti-oppressive practice, and trauma-informed youth work

· The ability to build rapport, maintain professional boundaries, and adapt to young people’s needs

About the role

Our Someone Like Me peer support service ensures nobody has to face breast cancer alone. We match people affected by primary breast cancer, as well as their family and friends and those who have inherited an increased genetic risk of developing the disease, with a trained volunteer who’s had a similar experience and can offer support by telephone or email.

In this role, you’ll contribute to service delivery through sensitively and efficiently arranging Someone Like Me calls, whilst working with the Services Manager, Someone Like Me, to coordinate day-to-day management of the service. This will include managing a small number of staff members. You’ll also be involved in organising the recruitment, training, and support of volunteers involved in the delivery of the service.

About you

You’ll be passionate about supporting people affected by breast cancer and helping us to improve the support we provide.

You’ll combine excellent organisational, prioritising and communication skills with the ability to work well with people who may be experiencing high levels of distress. You’ll also have experience of managing staff or volunteers, be supportive and motivated to helping us achieve our aims of supporting people affected by breast cancer.

You’ll also be confident in dealing with sensitive and confidential information. You’ll have excellent IT skills and be able to enjoy working both independently and as part of a busy team.
