About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Communications & Engagement Manager as part of a highly functioning and creative team, this vital role will work across all media and channels to raise the profile of USPG and its partners and their work:

About You

You are comfortable working in a small and creative team and are confident speaking to the wider organisation. You can juggle numerous projects and deadlines at one time.
You will demonstrate considerable cross-cultural awareness and an ability to communicate in a way that is sensitive and appropriate. You demonstrate an aptitude for collaborative teamwork and the ability to work independently on your initiative. The archivist shapes the ongoing development of the archives and is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day management and administration to best practice standards. The role is to care for, develop and promote the archive records of CMS in the UK in such a way that they are available for all present and likely future needs of staff, members and supporters, overseas partner churches and members of the public with identified research interests. An important part of this is to manage the archiving of digital material in a sustainable way.

Reporting into the Senior Finance Officer, this role is jointly responsible for the delivery of a consistent and high-quality purchase ledger function across the Group. The purchase ledger team is integral to ensuring that the Group commitments are accurate and complete each month; and payments are made on a consistent basis in keeping with suppliers’ credit terms and internal policy on expenses.
The key responsibilities of this Purchase Ledger Officer include:
- Record staff expenses and property invoices (e.g., rent, utilities, repairs) promptly across all companies.
- Upload invoices promptly after processing for timely authorisation.

AAUK's Digital team within the Advocacy & Influencing department are seeking a Senior Digital Content Specialist. The purpose of the role will be to commission, plan, design, edit and publish content across all digital channels to increase reach and engagement with ActionAid audiences and to build ActionAid’s authority as a champion of women and girls.
The post holder will create, manage and optimise integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to support all strategic objectives. As well as provide expertise in digital best practice to support colleagues across the organisation to achieve their goals across digital channels, designing and delivering training on digital best practice, including content planning, creation and optimisation.
This opportunity will allow the Senior Digital Content Specialist to lead on digital best practice, digital skills, tools and processes across the organisation, using their knowledge to influence ways of working and embed digital culture and lead on digital content planning and creation as part of project groups on cross-organisation integrated campaigns.
Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will be asked to participate in criminal records checks at the point of offer.

The Global Information Services (GIS) team vision is to support the MSI mission with effective value for money for our digital technologies. We partner with the 37 MSI country programmes to deliver a portfolio of high quality digital and technology products and services, which compliment local technologies.
Our products include applications for front line clinical service delivery, contact centres and digital client engagement, group finance and business intelligence, websites, collaboration tools (M365 suite), cyber security and networking, amongst others. About the Role
As a Finance Application Analyst at MSI Reproductive Choices, you will be a key member of a three-person finance applications team, instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems.
Your primary responsibilities include providing hands-on support for Infor SUN systems and associated applications, resolving user issues, and collaborating with third-party partners. You will maintain strong relationships with finance users globally, and work with the global accounting team to assess and enhance business processes.
Additionally, you will monitor system performance, recommend optimizations to ensure a seamless experience for our users, and provide line management for one application analyst.,
The role can be based in any MSI Reproductive Choices country programme.
