The Alumni Engagement Manager is a key role dedicated to nurturing lifelong relationships between the School and its global alumni and parent(s) of alumni community. By leading meaningful engagement, communications, and events, the role supports strategic initiatives that build a strong sense of community and encourage ongoing philanthropic support.

Summary of duties and responsibilities:
Engagement and events:

Execute a successful series of annual alumni and parents of alumni events locally and in the US, ensuring robust attendance, and driving successful event-based fundraisers when applicable

Actively facilitate meaningful networking and connection opportunities among current students, employees, and alumni, including alumni-to-alumni engagement

Oversee the alumni and Grade 12 mentor program with the Office of Student Advising

Manage the onboarding of the graduating Grade 12 class into the alumni network throughout the students’ final year at ASL, with event engagement and a fundraising appeal, in partnership with the high school leadership team

Coordinate with the Director of Development and Giving Manager to annually promote fundraising appeals and giving challenges at alumni events and in alumni communications
Communications:

Execute alumni communications in coordination with the Director of Development and the Communications team

Write, design, and publish a monthly alumni newsletter, London Calling

Research, meet, and conduct interviews with alumni of note in order to write monthly in-depth feature stories in London Calling

Serve as lead on alumni networking software (ASLConnects, a Graduway site)

Develop alumni content for ASL social media and online alumni platforms.

Partner with the Giving Manager to drive success and class engagement during Grade 12 class gift campaign drive each year

Monitor and provide updates for alumni web pages

Assist with copywriting for alumni fundraising around the Annual Fund and other fundraising initiatives as requested by the Director of Development

Work with the Web Editor to ensure that alumni pages of ASL website are up-to-date, relevant, and compelling
Additional responsibilities:

Design and occasionally send mass broadcast emails and invitations related to alumni and/or parents of alumni, in coordination with the Director of Development

In partnership with the Communications team, build monthly London Calling features on ASL (a Finalsite website), including news stories, in memoriam notes, and class notes

Handle daily alumni inbox communications, including processing web login and alumni portal access requests

Manage the Eagle mascot volunteers, and select student-facing events

Photograph alumni and parents of alumni groups and events

As requested, provide occasional copywriting and copy editing support to the rest of the Development team, including non–alumni specific projects

Perform any other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job, including occasional weekend and evening hours for event coverage

About This Job
Are you an experienced mobile engineer who enjoys creating high quality applications that make a real difference to users? As the Mobile Application Engineering Lead within Cadet Digital Services, you will guide the technical delivery of our mobile platforms and ensure they remain secure, reliable and aligned with the needs of the cadet community.

ISEAL is looking for an experienced events professional to manage a range of in person and virtual events for its global stakeholder base. This is an exciting role for someone with a strong track record in organising events of differing sizes for in-person, online, and hybrid audiences, and who is interested in sustainability.
Events are a vital part of ISEAL’s work to communicate with, influence, and engage our key stakeholder groups, including policy makers, multilateral organisations, donors, companies, NGOs, producers, and, of course, ISEAL’s own members. To support these aims, ISEAL hosts at least one major public forum, conference or symposium each year. In 2026, this will be a Global Sustainability Symposium and will take place in Accra, Ghana in June with around 200-300 participants. Additionally, ISEAL organises Members´ Week, an annual multi-day event for ISEAL Community Members that typically attracts 60-100 participants per day.
With support from the Events Coordinator, the Associate Manager will be responsible for all aspects of event management for the events described above. The role will also work closely with ISEAL programme teams and senior colleagues to coordinate the development of event agendas, content and sessions.
In addition, ISEAL’s events programme includes a range of smaller workshops and roundtables, both in Europe and in other locations, including China, India, Ghana, Indonesia, and Latin America. ISEAL also runs a busy webinar programme. The Associate Manager will work with senior colleagues to agree the level of support given by the Events Team to each of these smaller events/event series. While the Events Team is not expected to directly organise every event, the Associate Manager will also maintain and develop event planning resources, and guidance to support the organisation to consistently deliver high-quality events.
To succeed in this role, you will have significant existing experience in organising events, ideally including international events for high-profile audiences. Given the range of international events, you will also have a sensitive approach to cultural diversity and, ideally, some additional language skills. This role is responsible for line managing the Events Coordinator.
The key responsibilities we entrust you with
Event management
- Manage the production and delivery of in person and virtual events, with a particular focus on sustainable event delivery
- Implement project management processes to deliver on events, including developing work-back plans and RACI charts, organising and chairing planning meetings, and leading on internal communications
- Lead supplier selection for in person events, collating requirements, researching venues, completing contracting with venue and major suppliers, and communicating event needs to all suppliers
- Coordinate promotion and outreach for events, working closely with the Communications and Membership teams to promote events across all relevant channels

Working hand-in-hand with our leadership team, you’ll lead a small finance team that keeps our charity ticking – from big-picture strategy to the tiny details that matter.
We’re looking for a Finance Manager with strong experience in financial management, analysis, and reporting to ensure our day-to-day finances and budgets run smoothly while supporting effective long-term decision-making. You’ll bring insight, structure, and clarity, turning data into decisions that make every penny count for the communities we serve.
In this role, you’ll ensure accurate and timely monitoring across Thrive and its associated ventures, offering technical support to the finance team and working closely with the Chief Executive. Reporting to the Head of Operations & HR, you’ll help shape system updates, provide advice to the Senior Leadership Team, and support the Treasurer and Finance Sub-Committee of the Board of Trustees.

Key Responsibilities
As our Website Lead, you will:
- Oversee daily management, development and optimisation of the ICR’s main website — including content, SEO/AEO and technical improvements
- Work closely with internal partners to develop new pages, sections and features
- Lead a programme of ongoing content review and user training across the organisation
- Produce regular website analytics reports and deliver insight-driven recommendations
- Ensure consistent branding, accessibility and outstanding user experience
- Manage a Digital Communications Officer (job share, 1.2 FTE) and help recruit and line-manage a new Website Developer
- Plan and prioritise technical projects with our Digital Services (IT) team
About You
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines technical understanding with creativity, editorial judgement and a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences.
You’ll bring:
- Strong experience managing and publishing content within a CMS (Sitefinity experience is a bonus)
- A solid understanding of HTML and confidence working with developers and IT colleagues
- Experience overseeing the day-to-day running of a large website
- Skills in analysing website performance using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager or Matomo
- Excellent organisational ability and the skills to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing or mentoring others (highly desirable)
- A proactive, collaborative approach to working across teams
- Optional but advantageous: experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, editorial content review, and training non-technical users
