Training Officer
We’re looking for a Training Officer to help us develop and deliver high quality learning and professional development for people working with and for young people across the North West.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creating and delivering engaging training and supporting others to learn and grow.
Working with our Learning, Workforce Development & Equality Manager, you’ll help shape our learning offer and support a skilled, confident and connected youth sector workforce.
What you’ll be doing

Design and deliver engaging training and workshops (online and in person)

Build relationships with learners, partners and organisations

Support learning events, networks and Communities of Practice

Use feedback and evaluation to improve what we do
We’re looking for someone who has:
-
experience of training, facilitation or learning and development
-
confidence delivering engaging sessions to different audiences
-
good communication and organisational skills
-
an understanding of youth work or the issues affecting young people
-
a commitment to equality, inclusion and safeguarding
