SUMMARY OF ROLE
This new role offers the opportunity to be part of an exciting new journey at RABI as we grow our Marketing and Communications team ahead of launching our ambitious 2025-2030 strategy. As Digital Communications Officer, you will take a lead role in planning, creating and delivering content across social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns. You will have the creative freedom to develop innovative approaches that drive meaningful interaction and measurable impact.
The role reports to the Senior Digital Communications Manager and requires close collaboration to support RABI’s digital objectives and content strategy. You will also work with the wider Marketing and Communications team and colleagues across the organisation to support broader objectives, reach multiple audiences and connect people with the charity’s work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media and Content Creation
- Plan, create and deliver engaging content across RABI’s social media channels in line with the communications strategy.
- Create a diverse range of multimedia content (short-form video, graphics, photography, written content) tailored thoughtfully for each platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Be hands-on with video creation when needed (e.g., filming short clips, editing using mobile tools or basic editing software).
- Grow RABI’s image and video library by proactively collaborating with colleagues, volunteers, social media followers and external contacts to source or create engaging, high-quality content.
- Carry out content A/B testing, trial new formats and recommend improvements to drive engagement.

- Plan, write, and deliver email campaigns to support teams across the charity, including fundraising and volunteering.

- Build and manage digital assets to support new services or campaigns, planning activity across owned and paid digital channels.
- Shape campaigns from scratch from developing campaign branding and messaging to designing supporting assets.

Data Analysis and Optimisation

- 3 years of experience working a similar role in a marketing and communications team.
- Skilled in using WordPress to update and maintain websites.
- Proficiency in using design and video editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut).

SUMMARY OF ROLE
This is a pivotal new role within RABI’s Marketing & Communications team, managing the planning and delivery of RABI’s presence at high-profile agricultural, corporate and external affairs events throughout the year, whilst overseeing the management and deployment of volunteers and ambassadors at shows and local engagement activities across England and Wales. The Events & Engagement Manager will ensure that all activities reflect RABI’s values and strategic goals and that our network of volunteers and ambassadors are expertly managed and supported.
You’ll be responsible for managing a high-performing events function, overseeing two Events and Marketing Coordinators and working collaboratively across the charity to ensure RABI is visible, active and engaged across the sector. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership of Events and Ambassador Programme
- Lead the development and implementation of a national events strategy that reflects RABI’s priorities and enhances the charity’s presence across rural and farming communities.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive events and shows calendar, ensuring a coordinated and strategic approach to regional and national opportunities.

The Events & Marketing Coordinator will play an essential role in delivering high-impact engagement activities and supporting the wider work of RABI’s Marketing and Communications team. Reporting to the Events & Engagement Manager, you’ll help coordinate the charity’s presence at a wide range of events -including agricultural shows, external affairs engagements, conferences and community activities, ensuring a consistently professional and compelling presence across England and Wales. You will play a key part in engaging with supporters, volunteers, ambassadors and the public, representing RABI with warmth and professionalism.
The role will also help collate and provide valuable marketing and content support, including supporting the capturing of photography and video for use on digital channels, assisting with the development of volunteer and ambassador case studies, and supporting CRM data collection and engagement surveys. The PR & Marketing Manager is a specialist media and storytelling lead within RABI’s Marketing and Communications team, with a core focus on strengthening the charity’s voice across agricultural, regional and national media. This pivotal role requires a journalistically minded communications professional with a strong track record in media engagement, story sourcing, and reactive PR. With a firm grasp of audience insight, campaign messaging and fast-paced content development, the postholder will manage all inbound media enquiries, drive proactive press activity, and lead the creation of compelling editorial and campaign copy that elevates RABI’s brand and influence.
The role reports to the Senior Strategic Communications Manager and is supported by the Marketing & Communications Coordinator. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PR and Media Relations
- Lead the delivery of RABI’s press office function, including proactive media outreach, reactive response, and managing journalist relationships.
- Continually scope, plan and deliver media engagement activity to secure positive and frequent press coverage across agricultural, health, regional, and national media.
- Draft compelling press releases, media packs, statements, and comment pieces aligned to RABI’s strategic priorities.

SUMMARY OF ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, the Senior Strategic Communications Manager is a pivotal new senior role within the team. You will lead the planning, coordination and strategic oversight of RABI’s national communications, campaign planning, media relations and content production, working with the Senior Digital Communications Manager to develop and deliver a bold new internal and external communications strategy for RABI.
With direct line-management of the PR & Marketing Manager and Events & Engagement Manager, this role combines strategic vision with operational leadership to ensure RABI’s marketing, communications, and presence at shows and corporate events is effective, aligned and impactful. The Role
MMHS is seeking a Finance Manager to lead on the production of monthly management accounts, financial forecasting, and day-to-day financial operations. Reporting to the Director of Finance, ICT and Investments, you’ll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, transparency, and continuous improvement. This is a fantastic opportunity to operate as a number two to the Director and gradually increase your skillset.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts and supporting year-end financial statements
- Supporting budget holders with forecasting and financial planning
- Managing accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and fixed asset registers
- Overseeing cashflow, banking, and investment transactions
- Supporting the audit process and ensuring compliance with HMRC and statutory requirements
- Contributing to process improvements and financial reporting enhancements
The Person
You’ll be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) with approx. five years’ experience in a finance or accountancy setting. If you're currently working in audit or accountancy practice and considering your first move, we’d be delighted to hear from you. You’ll be confident working independently, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a broad range of financial responsibilities.
You’ll bring:

- A proactive, diligent approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to support others
Experience in housing or the third sector is desirable but not essential.

The role
As Programme and Policy Assistant, you'll support the Programme and Policy team with the delivery of Art Fund's grant-making programmes by providing administrative assistance and fostering good relationships with our network of museums and art professionals.
Your key responsibilities will include responding to and redirecting enquiries from museums and galleries, processing grant applications and invoices, maintaining department contacts in our Customer Relation Management (CRM) system and supporting with research to inform policy briefings, letters and external research commissions.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated to apply their administrative skills and interest in art or museums, to support with grant making and advocacy for the museum and gallery sector.
