About the Role
Our Performance and Insight Coordinator is a new role within Fire Fighters Charity, giving a rare opportunity to implement and develop tools and metrics to enable us to provide the best possible health and wellbeing support for our fire service community.

You will gather and analyse data from a range of different sources, and present information to help us make the best decisions across our organisation. You will be key in identifying emerging issues and opportunities, to support organisational planning, learning, and improvement.

You will ensure the organisation remains informed, responsive, and connected to what matters most. This will include coordinating organisational performance and impact metrics, alongside monitoring key internal and external relationships, such as Fire and Rescue Service and other partners.

Working within the Change and Innovation function, you will build and maintain a data and feedback infrastructure that integrates internal perspectives, user feedback, service performance metrics, and informal intelligence.

This role is remote based in the UK. The successful candidate will work from home, with occasional travel across the UK.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

We are seeking a Head of Partnerships & Events to join our highly successful Philanthropy team. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Fundraising & Communications to develop and enhance our Corporate and Special Events Programme. This is very much a hands-on role of team leadership and direct account management. This includes six figure partners and our key relationships with Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, The Dorchester Hotel and international insurer Fidelis. Special Events include our Winter Ball which raises over £500k annual and our Golf Day at around £100k. The post-holder has a key role in the management of our Philanthropy & Corporate Board, which bring together industry leader to help move both these programmes forward. There is great freedom to innovate and a healthy pool of local business with an affinity to our cause. The post-holder takes a key leadership role across fundraising and marketing, working with their peers (Heads) and Director to take strategic decisions for wider benefit of the department. Having invested in the team’s capacity, we aim to grow income from c. £1.5m to £2m over the next few years. This in the broader context of a total voluntary income target for the charity of £5m-£6m.

The Head of Partnerships & Events leads a team of two currently, although this may increase. We have a Corporate Manager and Events Manger with support from the Philanthropy Officer.  You will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective partners of Noah’s Ark. About The Role

Are you a CCAB-qualified accountant who thrives at the intersection of finance and technology? Do you want to use your expertise to help tackle one of the UK’s biggest health challenges?

We are looking for a Systems Accountant to join our Finance & Assurance team during an exciting phase of transformation on a permanent basis. Having recently transitioned our financial system to Unit4 ERPx, you will play a vital role in optimising our finance systems, ensuring strong internal controls, and providing support to colleagues across the organisation.

In this high-profile position, you will serve as the in-house Unit4 super-user and subject matter expert, ensuring that the system delivers maximum value to the Finance team and the wider organisation. This role combines technical insight, leadership, and collaboration to strengthen our financial systems and processes.

About you
You will bring strong expertise in finance systems, with the ability to translate technical functionality into solutions that align with organisational goals. You should be a proactive problem-solver, capable of influencing and collaborating effectively across teams, and committed to driving continuous improvement.

- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with at least 5 years of system accounting experience.
- Significant experience with Unit4 ERPx or other ERP finance systems, particularly in a post-implementation context. Knowledge of Avalara and Proactis is beneficial.
- Ability to combine technical system knowledge with financial context to deliver business-focused solutions.
- Highly proficient in Excel and other data handling tools, with strong analytical skills.
- Proven experience managing multiple, complex programs of work in a demanding environment, with the ability to prioritize effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of working across departmental and hierarchical boundaries.
- Experience in driving quality and performance improvement through data-driven metrics and reporting.
- A track record of leading high-performing support teams, encouraging career development, and managing performance.

What you’ll focus on:

- Lead the administration and optimization of Unit4 ERPx, ensuring that finance processes are efficient, compliant, and effective.
- Translate finance and technical requirements into clear, actionable system changes.
- Manage system issues and enhancements, collaborating with Unit4 Support and internal stakeholders to quickly resolve challenges.
- Oversee data integrity, controls, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop reports and dashboards to drive insight, accountability, and informed decision-making across the organisation.
- Support, coach, and lead the Systems Officers, promoting high performance, learning, and professional growth within the team.

The Senior Grants Manager will take a leading role in delivering The Childhood Trust’s new grant-making strategy. They will manage and evolve our existing grants programmes, while also testing new ideas, trialling different approaches and building strategic partnerships that increase the reach and impact of our work. 

This is both a strategic and practical role - the postholder will shape new programmes, manage the full grant cycle and oversee a small team, while working closely with charity partners, funders and colleagues across the organisation to lay the foundations for the future of TCT’s grant-making. This is a role for someone who can work independently, take ownership and make things happen.

About The Role
Do you have ability to build positive relationships and identify new fundraising opportunities? Would you like the opportunity to make a difference for people affected by dementia, by engaging with supporters across the South of Northern Ireland?

We are recruiting for a Regional Fundraiser covering the South of Northern Ireland to join on a full-time basis, working 35 hours per week on a fixed-term contract until September 2026. This role is homebased but will require you to travel across the South of Northern Ireland with the aim of growing income across the region to exceed fundraising targets.

As Regional Fundraiser, you will be the main contact for regional fundraising within this geographical area, you will represent and promote the work, vision, and purpose of the Society locally, whilst also promoting and supporting the wider work of the Regional Engagement team. Essentially, you’ll be the ‘fundraising face’ of the Alzheimer’s Society engaging and inspiring your supporters to raise funds and awareness for us.

You’ll be building mutually beneficial relationships across the core counties in your area including, Bangor, Lisburn, Portadown, Armagh, Newry, Newcastle, Downpatrick and the outskirts of Belfast. You’ll work collaboratively with others to provide exceptional stewardship for our supporters, whilst remaining adaptable and ready to focus on other areas where funds are also raised.

This might mean you’re helping to attract new supporters from different places or taking care of existing supporters across various income streams in other areas. We will seek to maximise your skills effectively in your core counties, while also making sure they benefit the wider region's needs, enabling you to make a big contribution to fundraising for people affected by dementia.

Interviews for this role have been provisionally scheduled to take place (via MS Teams) on Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th October.

About you
Joining us, you will have experience in relationship community fundraising or similar transferrable skills such as the ability to build rapport, communicate effectively and use emotional intelligence when engaging with others. You’ll have experience of delivering excellent customer service, account managing or supporter stewardship, ensuring that people you work with feel valued and appreciated.

Crucially, you’ll be able to identify and establish new opportunities with a good understanding of budgeting and financial management combined with the ability to analyse data and information to make informed decisions.

This is an exciting role which will require you to travel across the geographical area of South Northern Ireland, therefore you’ll need to be able to work remotely and independently with a full driving licence and access to a car. Ultimately, this role will enable you to connect with others and build and develop your relationship fundraising and sector experience in a major national charity.

What you’ll focus on:

- Working proactively to identify and deliver new fundraising opportunities within the South of Northern Ireland, through pipelining and winning new income from Corporate, Groups and Associations, Individuals and Third-party activities to maximise income streams.
- Relationship building, providing exceptional stewardship to build relationships that boost retention and lifetime value for our supporters.
- Acquisition and pipelining, driving new business income (from prospecting through to pitch development and delivery) and achieving financial targets.
- Recruiting and managing volunteers in line with the activity plan.
- Working with a budget to manage and deliver income, providing detailed commentary and insights to the line manager on variances, capacity and trends at regular intervals agreed.
- Maintaining effective relationships with colleagues and identifying cross-departmental opportunities where appropriate by working collaboratively.

Join Oak Hill College's Facilities and Site Team

Oak Hill College is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Facilities and Site Administrator toprovide vital administrative and coordination support across our estate, accommodation, and facilities services.

Reporting directly to the Facilities & Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day systems that keep our site compliant and efficient. This includes maintaining accurate records, scheduling statutory inspections, and ensuring essential processes are delivered to a high standard. Alongside this desk-based work, you will also carry out practical checks around the site, such as fire safety and routine facilities inspections, helping to ensure our estate remains safe, well managed, and fit for purpose.

In addition, the postholder will also act as our Safeguarding Officer. This is a small part of the role, but an important responsibility for which full training and support will be provided. 

We are looking for someone who is thorough in following procedures, proactive in spotting gaps, and confident in suggesting improvements to enhance the way we work. You will combine attention to detail with a forward-looking approach, contributing to a college environment that is well-run, compliant, and continuously improving.

In many circumstances, you will be the first point of contact when visitors arrive at the College, so a first-class customer-oriented approach is essential.

The Role

The Facilities and Site Administrator provides vital administrative, coordination, and hospitality support within the Facilities and Site Team. The role exists to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the college estate, accommodation, and facilities services, enabling the Facilities & Site Manager to focus on compliance, strategy, and operational oversight.

The role also covers the receptionist desk - usually two days per week. 

About Oak Hill

Oak Hill College is a theological college, based in North London, that offers the space, practical training, and supportive community needed for Christian leaders to thrive in ministry. Our full-time and part-time courses are designed to sustain a lifetime of faithful and joyful service. 

Founded in 1932, the College offers courses from Level 4 (Foundation Award) to Level 7 (Postgraduate) validated by Durham University as part of the Common Awards Scheme.

The role will be based in the original manor house on site, which is located alongside an impressive range of facilities and accommodation in around 60 acres of gardens and parkland. The College is marked by its welcoming community, where staff and students are valued and supported.

Hours

Full Time – 37.5 hrs per week, 52 weeks per annum. Some overtime will be required in busy times of the year and for attending events. You will be given 24 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays.
