About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, collaborative and digitally fluent professional who’s ready to hit the ground running. Purpose of the Role

About This Job
As Fundraising Assistant at sister charities, ACCT UK and CCFA, you will play a key role in the growth of existing fundraising and in the creation of new income streams. Stewarding fundraisers, helping to develop new and existing fundraising campaigns, building relationships internally within the cadet organisations and externally with Trusts and Foundations, corporates and major givers. Required:

As the Supporter Engagement & Legacy Manager you will play a key role as we seek to reignite our legacy marketing programme and grow overall individual giving income to help ensure long-term support for those facing financial difficulty. The successful candidate will have experience of managing direct marketing campaigns in a charity environment as well as proven ability to manage successful legacy marketing campaigns. They will have significant experience stewarding individuals and legacy supporters and be adept at communicating the impact of donations, as well as having line management experience. The ability to make a strong case for supporting Turn2us’ key areas of work is crucial, as is an aptitude for proactively increasing acquisition and retention rates.
The post holder will also be a self-starter who is comfortable building new strategies from a relatively small pool of supporters and is experienced testing different tactics to establish the best practice for Turn2us.

- Oversight and management of Pecan's financial planning, accounting, and reporting.
- Oversight and management of the organisations financial risk and compliance, and safeguarding of assets through effective processes and procedures.

- Take responsibility for the day to day management and administration of the finance functions such as bank reconciliations, petty cash and donation records, accounts payables & receivables, VAT and gift aid claimed.
Key Requirements (specific skills, qualifications required):
- Experience of working in a senior accounting role, including budget and financial policy formulation.
- A track record of preparing management accounts and other financial reports.
- Strong financial management skills and ability (including SORP).
- Entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen.

We’re looking for a flexible and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly Fundraising and Engagement team, helping us to engage with new supporters and grow existing partnerships.
With a particular focus on forging relationships with local businesses, groups and clubs, you’ll build a portfolio of partnerships across the area, inspiring support and deepening engagement. You’ll work closely with the Community and Events Fundraiser to feed the events pipeline and support organisations in running their own events and fundraising initiatives.

About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and organised Community and Events Manager to lead and grow Playskill’s community and events fundraising stream. This role is vital to increasing awareness and generating income to support our services, through meaningful community engagement and events.
You will be responsible for managing and developing our annual events (including The Playskill Golf Day), introducing new local fundraising opportunities, and building relationships within community groups. You will also line manage the Fundraising Officer, helping to support their contribution to the fundraising team.
Skills and Experience Required:
· Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
· Line management experience.
· Experience organising and delivering successful events.
· Strong relationships building and donor stewardship abilities.
· Knowledge of GDPR legislation to ensure clear understanding of confidentiality and the need for data protection
· Computer literature, proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Good communication, empathy, numeracy, and administrative skills.
