Prospectus are delighted to be working with a charity that focuses its work within the arts and culture space to recruit for a Programmes Manager (Arts & Heritage) role.
 
This role is available on a 12-month fixed term contract and full-time basis. The salary band on offer for this role is £36,400. This role has hybrid working arrangements where you would be required to attend their Kings Cross, London office 2 days a week.
 
This Programmes Manager role will play a key role in the delivery of the bequests and gifts programme.
 
Within this role, you will work with the Senior Programmes Manager to manage relationships with donors, solicitors, executors, providing key advice and regular updates. You will have your own caseload of singular pieces of art to large bequests. You will support with reviewing and making improvements to programme strategies.
 
You will undertake research on specific works of art, to evaluate if they would be suitable for museums and advise donors on suitable housing of their valuable pieces. You will also disseminate information about successful gifts and bequests to internal stakeholders.
 
To be successful within this role, you will have demonstrable interest the visual arts, heritage or museums and galleries sector. You will have solid experience in arts administration, grant-making and/or collections management.
 
You will have experience of working with committees, trustees or donors or other external stakeholders. You will have the ability to manage budgets. You will have strong project management skills and experience using Microsoft Office. You will strong time management skills and the ability to deliver to deadlines.
 
Desirably, you will have knowledge of managing gifts, bequests or legacies of works of art. You will have experience using grant management/CMS databases or Adobe Acrobat.

The Jumbulance Trust is a UK-based charity that provides accessible travel for individuals with disabilities or serious health conditions. The Volunteer Coordinator position supports the development and management of volunteer roles at The Jumbulance Trust. This includes recruiting, training, and retaining volunteers, particularly those in carer and fundraising roles. All administrative duties involved in creating records and storing personal data of volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:
 

Volunteer management

• Recruit, onboard, and train volunteers in collaboration with the Senior Administrator and Trustees.
• Match volunteers' skills with the needs of Assisted Travellers, including home visits for            assessments.
• Maintain volunteer records and ensure compliance with Data Protection regulations.

Training and Support

• Develop and deliver volunteer training, both face-to-face and online.
• Arrange regular online meetings to provide feedback and support to volunteers.
• Ensure high-quality volunteer experiences and address any complaints or concerns.

Development and Recognition:

• Promote Jumbulance Trust as a top choice for volunteers by attending events and building    community relationships.
• Recognise and celebrate volunteer contributions through awards and other acknowledgments.

Strategic Initiatives:

• Develop new volunteering opportunities and support Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
• Establish training placements with nursing and health professions students.
• Produce quarterly and annual reports on volunteer activities and outcomes.

Purpose of the Evaluation Consultancy

We want to understand, evidence and improve the impact of OSH’s work. This evaluation consultancy will:

• Deliver an independent evaluation report of OSH’s impact to date.
• Co-produce a robust, coherent, ethical evaluation framework with OSH’s young people, staff and volunteers which is aligned with OSH’s ethos, Theory of Change and strategic priorities.
• Test and iterate this framework across our residentials, hubs, and leadership programmes.
• Develop tools, templates and staff training to ensure OSH can embed and sustain a culture of learning and impact internally.

Objectives & Scope of Work

The consultant will be responsible for (not necessarily in this order):

1. Design & Deliver an Independent mixed-methods evaluation
2. Co-design & test an impact framework
3. Embedding & Handover

Deliverables

• Independent evaluation report, written in an accessible format including a one-page summary briefing.
• A refined Evaluation Framework with defined indicators, data collection methods, and ethical guidelines.
• Tools/templates for data collection and analysis (e.g. surveys, outcome tracking, case study templates).
• Staff-facing evaluation guide (written in accessible, youth-friendly language).
• Workshop or training session for OSH staff on using the framework.

Timeline

We anticipate the work to take place across July 2025 - January 2026, with the report based on phases 1 and 2 complete by the end of 2025. The consultant must be available to work closely with OSH teams and visit residentials and hub.

Budget

The budget for this work is £10,000-12,000, inclusive of all consultant expenses and VAT. Compensation to enable the young people’s participation will not be paid out of this budget, but rather by OSH separately.

About You

We are seeking a consultant (or small team) who can demonstrate:

• A strong track record of designing evaluation frameworks for youth-focused or refugee organisations.
• A commitment to and track record in participatory evaluation and co-production, as well as expertise in mixed methods (quantitative and qualitative).
• Understanding of trauma-informed, ethical, and culturally sensitive research.
• Ability to communicate findings and tools in accessible, engaging formats. This includes both written reports and face-to-face training formats.
• Alignment with OSH’s values.
• An enhanced DBS check.

Lived experience of migration or forced displacement is highly welcomed.

The Director of Finance and Resources is responsible for managing the charity’s finances efficiently and accurately, ensuring that all financial activities are carried out in compliance with statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements. Playing a key role in strategic planning, including planning for future budgets and allocation of resources in collaboration with the CEO and Board, the Director of Finance & Resources also leads on HR and IT for the Trust and supports the implementation of good governance practices. The role oversees the production of monthly management accounts, line-managing the Finance Officer who takes care of day-to-day financial functions. You will provide financial recommendations to the Finance & Audit Committee (which meets quarterly), ensuring that the Trust’s financial practices adhere to statutory regulations and legislation. The Director of Finance & Resources also leads on the Trust’s annual audit and production of Annual accounts, filed with the Charity Commission. For this role you will need to have strong experience in finance, accounting or a related field, demonstrating excellent analytical skills and numerical proficiency alongside capability to think strategically and facility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Everyone associated with the Trust works remotely and has always done so. Our team, Board, volunteers and partners are UK-wide and so meetings and events are held regularly in London and across the country. You will report to the CEO and line manage the Finance Officer. As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will regularly collaborate with our Board of trustees and, particularly, the Chair and members of the Finance & Audit Committee.

We are excited to be recruiting a part-time role for an Operations Manager in our dynamic voluntary sector adolescent mental health service.

Open Door is a young people’s mental health charity that has been based in Haringey, North London for 49 years. It aims to improve mental health and life-chances of young people. We provide an ‘Open Door’ to free, high quality psychological therapy to 12–24-year-olds delivered by experienced and highly trained clinicians. We also support parents and carers, struggling with the issues their children face. We aim for access to be simple and over half of those we support, self-refer. We have a strategic voice which is used to advocate for young people’s mental health and influence practice.
