We are looking for a part time Membership Officer to work 2 or 3 days a week, alongside our existing part time Membership Officer. Together, they will lead on administrative support of our membership functions. Reporting to our Office and Events Manager, the post holder will be responsible for the administrative functions that support the smooth running and ongoing success of the organisation around membership.
This is an interesting and varied role that acts as a first 'point of contact’ for the people we work with (such as Member Institutions, Registrants and queries from members of the public), as well as managing the administrative aspect of memberships, such as setting up new Registrants on our CRM system. The role also involves longer term project work such as overseeing the CPD audit and improving and growing membership processes.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with previous administrative experience who are keen to join our small and friendly staff team.

Beacon is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic youth engagement worker to work as part of a small team to deliver our SHINE offer to young people. SHINE offers early intervention support to all 11-17 year old’s in Stockport to provide information, advice or guidance regarding their emotional wellbeing. It includes: 2 weekly wellbeing groups, a weekly arts group (delivered by Beacon’s partner), signposting and advice. SHINE develops skills to support emotional wellbeing, build resilience and confidence with weekly themes over 12 weeks.
You will be the main point of contact for young people and their families, providing information, advice, guidance and support to access services. You will work with colleagues and the young people to devise and cofacilitate group sessions which are fun, engaging and support young people to develop skills and improve wellbeing. You will liaise with our partner delivery organisation, and support the future development of the service. You will responsible for completing all administrative duties in relation to the service, including the collection of monitoring and feedback data.
The role is for 17.5 hours per week. The hours are to be agreed, but must include Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4pm to 7pm. The salary for this role is £26,481 per annum pro rata.

As a Project Coordinator at Mind of the Student, you support the smooth planning and delivery of our mental health programmes in schools and the community. You’ll liaise with schools and our community partners to schedule workshops, manage logistics, and ensure everything runs to time.

Mind in Enfield and Barnet is seeking Community care coordinators for some of our most vulnerable users of emergency services. These roles have been developed to further support our service users alongside our statutory partners at North Middlesex NHS Foundation Trust Emergency Department, to increase their wellbeing, confidence, social integration, and independence.

About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to join our service team at Luton. Based at our Wellbeing Centre in Dumfries Street we offer activities and groups throughout the day enabling service users to manage their mental health and move through their recovery journeys. In addition to facilitating a range of groups the role will involve assessing individual’s suitability for the service and signposting to local services and community support where necessary, as well as performing 1-1 meetings with clients periodically in order to assess and create action plans.
The role includes the opportunity to support events in the community to raise awareness of our services and build links with local organisations, as well as supporting volunteer and student placements.
Service Delivery
- Deliver a service and ensure outcomes which support individuals with mental health and wellbeing needs in Luton, in line with Mind BLMK’s agreed recovery model as well as contract requirements and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
- Carry out assessments on individuals’ suitability for Mind BLMK’s services in line with the Access to Service procedure and processes and the needs, priorities and support required by the individual.
- Facilitate onsite activity, drop-in and topic based group sessions. This may include planning of topics that support wellbeing, facilitating informal drop in and discussions, planning and organising activity based sessions including guest speakers and signposting and information sharing about other local services and resources.
- Encourage and support client engagement with Mind BLMK through Guarantor Membership and other opportunities available through Influence and Participation.
- Contribute to maintaining an effective volunteer workforce for the service in line with Mind BLMK’s HR policies, procedures and guidance (workload planning and support).
- Carry out Cash Handling, Health and Safety and Data Collection responsibilities as directed by the Team Leader in line with Mind BLMK’s policies, procedures, requirements and guidance.
