Your new role
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Director in a professional, responsible and timely manner;

Post: Rough Sleeper Outreach Worker
Reporting to: Outreach Manager

Overall purpose of the job
Successful applicants will work as part of a developing team to provide support and assistance to referred rough sleepers and those at risk of rough sleeping, assessing needs and facilitating the uptake of homelessness provisions, engagement with specialist support services and journey to independent living. Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Outreach Trips to visit Rough Sleepers - Epping, Maldon, Chelmsford, Rochford, Braintree, Uttlesford, Castle Point, Brentwood, and surrounding areas.

Main responsibilities are:
Lead the Women in Coaching initiative:

Own and manage the women in coaching initiative delivery plan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day governance processes

Build and manage relationships across the sport system to advocate for and ensure the success of the initiative

Manage the budget and reporting for the project
