Dunfield House is looking for a Resident Caretaker to live on-site and become the guardian of our beautiful 15-acre estate.
As part of our "2026 Strategy," we are moving from simply "maintaining" to "thriving." You will be the person who ensures the lights are on, the pool is sparkling, and the grounds are safe for the hundreds of children and community groups who call Dunfield their "home from home" each year.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Guardian of the Estate: Living on-site in the provided cottage, you’ll be our "eyes and ears," ensuring the site is secure and providing emergency support when groups are staying.

Keeping the Gears Turning: Handling day-to-day repairs, from fixing a leaky tap to painting a bedroom or clearing a gutter.

The Great Outdoors: Mowing the lawns, managing the woodland paths, and keeping the 15 acres looking like the sanctuary our guests expect.

Pool & Plant: Taking charge of our private indoor pool (full training provided) to ensure it is always clean and safe for our guests.

Duty Management: Joining our rotating "Manager on Duty" team, greeting guests and ensuring they have everything they need for a perfect stay.

Emergency On-Call: When resident on-site and not on a scheduled shift, act as the designated emergency point of contact for guests.

Boundary Management: Work with the Operations Director to implement and display clear "Emergency Guidelines" for guests, ensuring "on-call" status is reserved strictly for life-safety or significant building-integrity issues (e.g., fire, flood, total power failure).

Response Protocol: Provide immediate assessment of the emergency and, where necessary, coordinate with external emergency services or the Operations Director.

This is a people-facing, system-focused role. The MEL Systems Officer is responsible for maintaining the quality, organisation, and user uptake of Practical Action's online MEL system. You will develop the protocols that guide how data is entered and maintained, and support internal teams to follow them, ensuring colleagues always have accurate data to draw on for reporting, learning and influencing.
This role requires high degrees of organisational skills, demonstrating a methodical and people-oriented approach. You will act as a bridge between the MEL system and our internal MEL community, ensuring the system is user friendly, contains high-quality data, and that users feel supported in using it.
1. SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION & ORGANISATION • Ensure high-quality and well organised MEL data, system structures, indicators, results, and templates and carry out routine data quality checks to ensure consistency. • Work with the Data & Insights team to ensure Power BI reports are optimised, providing useful management information for analysis and decision making. • Maintain clear, accessible user guidance documentation and standard operating procedures. • Coordinate with system providers and IT colleagues to develop system upgrades and fixes, and ensure smooth integration with the Outcome Harvesting system.
2. USER SUPPORT & RELATIONSHIP BUILDING • Act as the primary point of contact for MEL and programme staff on system queries, providing high quality customer support, managing user accounts, permissions and access. • Routinely deliver onboarding and training sessions for new and existing users. • Build strong relationships across our MEL community, proactively identifying challenges and opportunities for system improvements.
3. REPORTING & DASHBOARDS • Produce organisational impact dashboards, MEL reports, and supporting information for both annual and donor reporting, all in clear, accessible formats for a range of stakeholders. • Support MEL colleagues to extract and present data for project reviews, evaluations and learning processes.
4. MEL PROCESS SUPPORT • Incorporate theories of change, results frameworks and indicators into the system as they develop over time, working with MEL colleagues to incorporate latest thinking. • Support knowledge sharing within internal communities of practice by ensuring that reports, evaluations, learning products and evidence are accessible on internal platforms. • Provide technical MEL advice and support to programme teams and II&I colleagues as required.
PERSON PROFILE Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
ESSENTIAL
• Experience administering online data systems, databases or digital platforms, with confidence working with structured data and reporting tools.
• Highly organised and methodical, with a drive to produce high-quality output. • Confident communicator and relationship builder, with a focus on nurturing team coherence. • Demonstrable experience in leading and delivering training and user support.
• Good understanding of MEL concepts, indicators, results frameworks, data collection and theories of change. • Ability to explain system or data processes clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Fluent English, written and spoken. DESIRABLE
• Experience working in an international development or NGO context. • Familiarity with MEL or data collection platforms (e.g. Kobo, or similar).
• Experience producing dashboards or data visualisations (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Excel). Proficiency in one or more additional languages, Spanish, French or Arabic particularly.

About the role
This is a pivotal moment to join Crisis in a technical leadership role. We are approaching the go-live of our new Supporter CRM, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, with launch scheduled for July 2026. As Supporter CRM Product Owner, you will play a central part in ensuring that go-live is a success – and then in establishing the continuous improvement model that will drive the platform forward. You will be bold in shaping the product vision, working closely with the CRM Journeys Lead and key stakeholders across the charity to bridge strategic goals with technology enablement.
Working within our Data, Digital and Technology team and reporting to the Business Systems Manager, you will own the product backlog, lead agile delivery sprints, and act as the primary technical expert and advocate for the Supporter CRM. We are collaborative by nature – you will bridge the gap between technical development and the ambitions of our supporter-facing teams, translating user needs into clear, deliverable requirements. Your work will be impactful: enabling an exceptional supporter experience is central to Crisis’ ability to grow income and engagement in pursuit of our mission to end homelessness for good.
About you
- Substantial experience of technical Product Ownership, ideally with hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications within an agile framework, leading delivery teams through sprints and releases
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills – equally comfortable working with technical developers and non-technical colleagues at all levels
- Experience of driving high levels of user adoption for a new system or service, including establishing training, governance and change control processes
- Demonstrable track record of working as part of a cross-disciplinary team while being able to work on your own initiative

Location: This role is based in Redbridge. The service is a short walk from Gants Hill Underground Station. About the Role
We’re looking for a Night Engagement Worker to join the team in Redbridge. You will support within the Offender Personality Disorder Housing Accommodation to support in successfully rehabilitating and reintegrating our residents and participants back into the community. The service delivers support for people in the criminal justice system who are deemed high risk, and likely to meet criteria for personality disorder. Penrose OPD HASS service offers specialist accommodation to people with high risk/high needs and require intensive support to overcome barriers to resettlement and progress towards independent living in the community.
You will assist with those who have recently been released from prison, secure health settings, or are transitioning from Approved Premises. Your role will involve supporting all aspects of key engagement activities, aiding their rehabilitation, reablement, and reintegration into society by providing pathways, support, and appropriate interventions, that will enable successful resettlements and work with internal and external partners and agencies to achieve desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Support residents who may be facing challenges with substance misuse, helping them take positive steps forward.
- Creating one to one person centred support plans to support residents in achieving their goals.
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents at all times during the shift, including regular check ins and carrying our protocols.
- Planning activities to engage residents with other people, communities, and opportunities during the evening which may include movie nights and games nights.
- Lone working is part of the role, but you’ll always have a supportive team around.
- Be a valued and reliable member of the team, completing handovers for day colleagues for a seamless service.
About You
We're looking for someone who shares our passion for supporting people who may be deemed as having a personality disorder and have been referred to us by the criminal justice service. Our residents are at the forefront of our service delivery, so building trusting and professional relationships is key. Teamwork is essential and having previous knowledge of the needs our residents may have. Each support plan is tailored to the individual, so you'll help deliver care that truly meets their needs.

- Ability to engage with people from different backgrounds, build rapport, and empower them to achieve their personal goals

About the Role
We're hiring a Support Coach role to work within the Medway Supported Accommodation team. This team offers support to 52 residents across services in Gillingham, Chatham and Rochester for single homeless people andthose who may have a history of offending, these projects are commissioned by the Medway Council Housing Related Support team.
As a Support Coach, you will identify individual resident needs and provide person centred, tailored support to residents to help them overcome their personal challenges and achieve their goals, during which we support them to improve their quality of life, access treatment programs, and secure stable housing. Our Medway homeless project focuses on people with a housing related support need we encourage service residents to develop coping strategies and supportive relationships to empower them to maintain their mental health, be a part of the community, and achieve their personal goals. Support enables service residents to significantly improve their opportunities and develop fulfilling and settled lives within the community. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Keep support plans updated on our online portals as appropriate
- Supporting residents with daily tasks who may be facing challenges with complex needs such as mental health, substance use, homelessness and offending backgrounds
- Create tailored support plans through one to one sessions, group sessions, and multi agency meetings
- Holding a caseload, conducting key work sessions which are personable to their needs
- Monitor residents’ wellbeing, carrying out regular welfare checks, and responding to any incidents or emergencies
- Encourage residents to take part in activities and events such as movie nights, cooking evenings, and games nights
- Keep support plans up to date on a regular basis
- Work closely with the rest of the team to provide overall excellent service delivery, this may mean also supporting with their caseloads, and other tasks as necessary
- Carry out general housing management support
About You

You will be a self motivated individual who is able to be proactive in managing your own time during busy or quiet periods to ensure productivity. Barnardo's Swansea Supported Lodgings Service is looking for a dedicated and motivated Support Worker (Project Worker 1) to join our small, dynamic team on a full-time basis (37 hours per week).

You will be working directly with young people to help them develop the skills and confidence they need to move on to independent living.

- Experience of working with vulnerable young people and an awareness of the factors impacting on their lives (disadvantage, poverty, disability, substance use and misuse, mental health difficulties as well as loss, separation and attachment difficulties) this could be in a voluntary as well as paid setting.
- An understanding of service user support planning, monitoring and reviewing
- Able to manage a workload and to prioritise competing demands.
- Experience of working within Safeguarding policies and protocols.
The Supported Lodgings service provides safe, supportive, short‑term accommodation for vulnerable young people aged 16 to 21 within ordinary family homes in the community. The service helps young people to develop and maintain the independence and social skills they need to successfully move on to more independent living. It also supports them to make positive use of education, training, employment, and social or recreational opportunities available to them. Above all, the service works alongside young people to help them plan for the next stage of their lives and feel confident in taking those next steps.

Through Bible-based resources, practical training and our Revealing Jesus mission framework, we help churches build relationships that lead to faith. Our team of Mission Enablers supports a growing network of Faith Guides – local people, rooted in their communities, revealing Jesus in everyday life.
We are looking for a Mission Enabler to offer direction and energy to the ministry of Scripture Union with a focus on initiating and maintaining missional opportunities in South Wales. You will be an enthusiastic candidate who will be able to recruit, train, coach and support many Volunteers and Faith Guides working together with them. You will also lead by example, through the modelling of excellent mission delivery to children and young people consistent with Scripture Union’s mission in supporting the pioneering of new mission.
The successful candidate will:
· Be a strategic thinker and will have solid judgment of ministry impact.
· Have considerable insight into ministry with children and young people, be a passionate advocate, an excellent practitioner, and a capable communicator.
· Influence networks, shape opinion, challenge inertia and inspire creativity.
· Be self-disciplined, able to organise and prioritise their own workload, and manage multiple projects.
· Be able to visualise and work towards long-term goals.
· Be open to and comfortable with different traditions, styles and expression of spirituality, prayer, and worship, and has a growing familiarity with and understanding of the Bible.
· Have a total commitment to God and is a Christian disciple.
· Be able to communicate effectively and speak the Welsh language (would be desirable).
