Under the direct supervision of the Casework Supervisor and the overall guidance of the Project Manager, and Chief of Mission (CoM), the incumbent will provide specialist technical support to IOM UK’s Immigration Advice Team, will undertake specialist legal counselling, IAA regulated casework and representation. The incumbent will also support the Casework Supervisor and Project Manager in liaising with relevant stakeholders on matters related to policy, project development, implementation, and reporting, as well as participate in external forums and meetings.
The caseworker will provide support to Local Authorities and third sector organisations, providing information and technical inputs, second tier support, as well as direct one-to-one casework support to vulnerable individuals to complete applications. This will also involve working with interpreters where necessary. Based on identified needs and vulnerabilities, it is expected the caseworker will support a range of immigration cases, including EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS), MVDAC/SET(DV), Ukraine Permission Extension Scheme (UPE) and Citizenship.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Fundraising and Marketing Assistant will play a pivotal part in advancing Off The Records (OTR) fundraising and marketing strategies. As OTR continues to grow, this position will be instrumental in expanding our online presence and ensuring we connect with a broad audience, including young people, families, professionals, and supporters of our mission. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who is both creative and analytical, skilled in producing compelling content and using data to amplify digital impact. You’ll work on a wide range of projects, creating engaging content that aligns with OTR’s brand and values across our website, social media, and email campaigns. From a fundraising perspective, you will support our fundraising activities and ensure efficient administration using the ‘Donorfy’ database. JOB PURPOSE

• Identify new opportunities to grow OTR’s social media reach, building awareness of our services, fundraising and outreach work.

Email marketing
• Manage the planning, creation, and delivery of OTR’s quaterly email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, fundraising initiatives and service information and signposting.

• Assist in the promotion of key OTR events.

Content creation

• Contribute to blogs, news articles and case studies that highlight OTR’s work, impact and achievements in the sector.

Analytics and reporting

Hours: 1 x full time post at 40 hours (inclusive of breaks) OR 2 x part time posts at 20 hours (inclusive of breaks)
Contract type here: Fixed term until March 2027 (secondment opportunities will also be considered, subject to agreement with the successful candidate's current employer).
Salary: Grade E - £29,201 per annum (£14,600 for 0.5FTE)

As a Youth Outreach Worker you will;
· Be present in hospital and community locations to support young people that are impacted by violence.
· Work with young people in the community supporting them to process what has happened and linking them in with services/groups that will provide them with sustainable ongoing support.
· Deliver group work sessions to get young people talking about the issue of violence providing a safe space for them to talk about their concerns and what they want to change.
· Support communities impacted by critical incidents.
Amongst other requirements, the successful post holder must have:
· Relevant experience OR qualification in Youth & Community (JNC), Social Work (QSW) or SEND.
· Proven experience working with young people ‘at risk’.
· Reliability, with a flexible approach to changes and able to work unsociable hours.

As a project co-ordinator you will be responsible for delivering group & 1:1 sessions to boys in primary & secondary schools across inner-London ( age 10-16) using our evidence-based Boys' Development Programme.
You will liaise directly with staff in our agreed partner schools to organise the admin and arrange the group and 1:1 sessions you will deliver in schools. You will collect data/ information for use in our in-house database for monitoring and evaluation.
The post-holder will report to the Head of Programme ( Boys' Development Team) providing support to formulate strategy for developing the work across localities, in line with FMs mission, values and business plan. A key element of the work will be to support new opportunities, identifyingemerging trends and incorporating best practice into current service and having aconfident, positive approach to children and young people.
