Job Title – Financial Education Programme Manager & Workshop Facilitator
Reports to – Director of Financial Education

About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Financial Education Programme Manager & Workshop Facilitator to join our Children and Young People team and play a leading role in delivering one of our exciting new financial education partnerships.
This is an exciting opportunity to join The Money Charity at a time of growth and help shape a brand-new programme that will reach thousands of primary-aged children across the UK. Working in partnership with one of the UK's leading financial services organisations, you'll have the opportunity to influence how the programme develops, helping to create an engaging and impactful experience for both schools and corporate volunteers.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves working with children. At the heart of the role is delivering engaging, inspiring and interactive financial education workshops to primary-aged pupils. You'll spend a significant proportion of your time visiting schools across London, Bristol and the M4 corridor, bringing money topics to life through energetic, memorable sessions that help children build the confidence, knowledge and skills to make informed financial decisions.
Alongside workshop delivery, you'll manage this exciting new volunteer programme delivered in partnership with a major financial services organisation. Working closely with our corporate partner and volunteer network, you'll ensure volunteers are recruited, trained, supported and deployed effectively to maximise both educational impact and volunteer experience. These volunteers will assist you with the delivery of your workshops.
You'll also play a key role in growing the reach of the programme by promoting the workshops to schools and community organisations, building relationships and managing the booking process from initial enquiry through to delivery.
This role has been designed to offer flexibility and would particularly suit an experienced teacher or facilitator looking for either a 28-hour working week or a term-time-only position.

The Head of Partnerships will play a key role in managing Inter Mediate's relationships with institutional donors, foundations, governments and philanthropic partners. The postholder will coordinate donor engagement across the organisation, oversee grant management and reporting, identify new funding opportunities and support the development of high-quality funding proposals. With at least 7 years' experience in partnerships, fundraising, business development or grant management in the international development, humanitarian or peacebuilding sectors, you will have demonstrable experience managing relationships with institutional donors, foundations and/or HNWIs, and a track record of successful funding proposals and overseeing donor reporting.
You have excellent written communication skills, strong project management skills, and superb interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with proven ability to work collaboratively across teams.
You will ideally have experience working in conflict-affected or politically sensitive contexts, be well-versed in monitoring, evaluation and learning approaches and have working knowledge of grant management systems or CRM platforms.

The Housing Navigator Service Lead works in partnership with SIFA’s Homeless Intervention Team and Birmingham City Council’s Housing Directorate to ensure that individuals coming to SIFA in need of housing are provided with the necessary support and guidance to engage with the Local Authority and access safe, sustainable accommodation that adequately meets their needs. This is a community-based role involving regular travel across the Derbyarea including local home visits, meetings, and direct support, with the flexibility to work from home based on business and community needs.

YMCA Dialogue is a BACP Accredited service, providing counselling services in schools since 1994. Dialogue has built an excellent reputation with schools, colleges, professionals and commissioners and the service has developed and expanded over the years, now operating across Brighton & Hove, East Sussex and West Sussex.
We are recruiting for qualified counsellor or therapist to join our team and deliver our service at Felpham Community College in Felpham, Bognor Regis. You will be working with a range of clients within the Dialogue Thresholds and working to a 6-8 session model. You will be working alongside another experienced Dialogue School Counsellor and working closely with the Student Services Pastoral team at the college.
We are seeking candidates who are passionate about making a difference to lives of the children they work with. You will provide an ethical, professional counselling service at Felpham Community College and will establish good professional working relationships with key school staff.
This will include discussion of referrals, managing a session timetable within the school day and agreeing a process for students coming to and from sessions.
You will be required to undertake assessments with parents/carers and counselling sessions with children, complete all associated admin and attend regular clinical supervision and line management meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Run a suitable appointment system flexible to the needs of the school, offering students appropriate assessments and counselling appointments.
- Manage the tight time boundaries of the role and the often complex and varied workload.
- Liaise with school staff over referrals, waiting lists and appointments.
- Carry out initial clinical and risk assessments and establish appropriate referral pathways with other services where appropriate. Continually assess risk throughout each student’s counselling.
- Follow YMCA Dialogue safeguarding procedures; to know who the School’s Designated Safeguarding Officer/s is and how to contact them when a safeguarding concern arises.
- Work at all times within the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
- Maintain individual membership of the BACP and to become a Registered Member (or other professional body such as HCPC).
- You will establish good professional working relationships with key school staff.
Qualifications, knowledge, and experience
You will have a genuine interest in working with children and young people of primary and secondary school age, together with experience of building effective therapeutic relationships. You will bring a professional, flexible approach, excellent interpersonal and time management skills, and ideally have experience of counselling children and young people using creative therapeutic approaches. Experience of working within a school setting would be advantageous.
Essential:
- Counselling or psychotherapy qualification at Level 4 minimum; Level 6 or above is desirable – along with two years’ post qualifying experience in face-to-face individual counselling or therapy with young people (preferred), including experience of working with risk-related issues as a qualified counsellor.
- You will already have a sound understanding of child protection and vulnerable adult safeguarding issues, policies, and procedures.
- You will already have proven experience in safeguarding children and young people, responding to, managing, and referring safeguarding issues.
- You will already have a BACP Membership; BACP Registered or Accredited. Or other professional body e.g. HCPC.

Supporting the Data Protection Officer and based in our Technology Operations and Security team, this role will see you working to ensuring RBLs compliance with all GDPR/data protection requirements. Reporting to our Data Protection Officer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately logging details of new requests for support received into the Data Protection inbox
- Receiving, acknowledging, and responding professionally to individual rights requests, working with stakeholders and database managers across the RBL group
- Providing professional risk-based and timely advice and relevant information to internal stakeholders and external parties in relation to all aspects of data protection

You will be experienced in providing advice and guidance to colleagues on data protection matters and working in a compliance environment within a large and complex organisation, ideally in the not for profit sector. You will have solid knowledge and understanding of GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications regulations 2003 and their application. You will have effective communication skills and be a confident communicator, able to confidently engage with a range of audiences.
You will be contracted to your home address, and you will perform most of your work remotely there, with occasional travel (incl. for monthly team meetings).

Race Against Dementia is a global charity founded by three-time Formula 1 World Champion Sir Jackie Stewart OBE to find preventions, treatments and cures for dementia – faster.
We fund and support pioneering early-career scientists around the world, giving them the tools, mentoring and Formula 1-inspired mindset to accelerate breakthroughs. From the UK to the USA, Australia to South Africa, our researchers are rethinking how dementia research is done – applying data science, AI and engineering to neuroscience in bold, collaborative ways.
Purpose of the role
Race Against Dementia is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Senior Partnerships Officer to support the delivery of our ambitious fundraising strategy. You will play a key role in managing and developing partnerships that generate income and increase global awareness of our work.
Working closely with the Strategic Partnerships Lead, you will support the stewardship and growth of corporate and strategic partnerships, with an additional focus on international fundraising and partnership development. You will help identify and cultivate new opportunities across priority markets, including the USA, Switzerland and other emerging regions.
Formula 1 remains our flagship global partner, and this role will support the activation and maximisation of this and other high-profile relationships to drive fundraising and brand visibility.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver partnerships that contribute to Race Against Dementia’s fundraising targets and strategic objectives.
- Support the management of key partnership accounts, acting as a point of contact for partners and maintaining strong, positive relationships.
- Develop tailored partnership plans, ensuring alignment with partner objectives and demonstrating the impact of their support.
- Contribute to new business development by researching, identifying, and engaging prospective partners, including internationally.
- Support international fundraising activity by helping develop opportunities in priority global markets and assisting with partner engagement across different regions.
- Prepare high-quality partnership proposals and presentations, clearly communicating value, impact, and alignment with funder priorities.
- Working closely with the Research team, lead the development and delivery of a strategic partner communications programme, strengthening partner engagement through regular research updates, impact reporting, and organisational news.
- Take ownership of the Partnerships team's use of the CRM system - Salesforce, maintaining accurate records, developing tracking and reporting processes, and supporting prospect research, pipeline management, and new business development activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the delivery of partnership campaigns, activations, and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance, tracking income, engagement, and impact against agreed targets.
- Stay informed on trends in corporate partnerships, CSR, and international fundraising to support innovation and growth.

Supporting Events

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a globally respected charity at an exciting point in its evolution, taking ownership of core finance operations whilst helping strengthen the financial foundations of an organisation that empowers millions of young people across the world.
Joining during a period of positive organisational change, the Finance Manager will play a key role in a finance function that is evolving beyond traditional reporting to provide greater insight and support across the organisation and its global network of Award Operators. Working closely with the Head of Finance and Business Information, you'll have genuine ownership of the month-end process, lead a small finance team and drive continuous improvements, while also having opportunities to contribute to wider organisational initiatives that directly support young people around the world.

- Take ownership of the operational month-end close process, coordinating timelines, reviewing ledger postings and ensuring high-quality balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage and develop the Finance Officer and Credit Controller, providing regular coaching, support and clear direction to help them deliver to a high standard.
- Oversee all transactional finance activities, including purchase and sales ledger, payments, receipts, VAT accounting and Gift Aid submissions.
- Prepare accurate management accounts and work closely with the Head of Finance and Business Information to ensure financial data supports effective decision-making.
- Maintain audit-ready finance operations, ensuring robust documentation, clear audit trails and effective responses to audit queries.
- Drive continuous improvement across finance operations, systems and workflows to strengthen efficiency, resilience and financial control.
- Support budgeting, reforecasting and financial planning, whilst assisting with year-end financial statements, cashflow forecasting and wider finance projects.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience within financial accounting or finance operations, including ownership of month-end processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Exposure to VAT, with charity VAT experience advantageous but not essential.
- Experience supervising or supporting colleagues, or the confidence and desire to step into your first formal people management role.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to improve finance processes and systems.
- Previous experience within the charity or wider not-for-profit sector would be advantageous.
- Qualified as an accountant, or be in the latter stages of study.
This is a permanent, part-time opportunity working 21 hours per week, with flexibility to spread these across either three full days or shorter hours across the week. The role is based in London, operating on a hybrid basis.
