About the role:

As a Mobile Caretaker, you will play a vital role in ensuring our supported accommodation across London remains safe, well maintained and ready for the people who call it home. The quality of our buildings directly shapes the experience of our clients - and your work will make that difference visible every day.

Working across multiple sites, you’ll deliver responsive repairs, carry out minor maintenance and prepare void rooms to a high standard so they can be re-let quickly and safely. By identifying issues early and responding proactively, you’ll help reduce risk, minimise disruption and support services to run smoothly. Your contribution will protect our properties, support frontline colleagues and most importantly, create stable environments where clients can focus on rebuilding their lives. Day to day, this includes carrying out practical repairs such as painting and decorating, minor carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling and other general maintenance tasks to keep accommodation safe and in good condition.

You’ll be part of a growing Maintenance Team that works collaboratively, shares knowledge and takes pride in high standards. The role offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to build on your practical skills across different settings. Whether improving turnaround times, enhancing communal spaces or maintaining safety standards, your work will have a direct and lasting impact - not just on buildings, but on the people who live within them.

Purpose of the role

The Senior Legal Officer plays a key role in supporting ILPA’s legal and policy work on immigration, economic migration, asylum and nationality.

Working under the direction of the Legal Director, the post holder will lead detailed legal and policy analysis, support parliamentary and influencing activity and contribute to high-quality information and engagement for ILPA members.

Key responsibilities

1. Legal and policy analysis

a. Produce high-quality analysis of immigration, asylum and nationality law and policy.

b. Monitor developments in legislation, case law and policy, including secondary legislation and guidance.

c. Prepare written briefings, updates and summaries for members, trustees and external stakeholders.

d. Support the Legal Director in the development and delivery of ILPA’s legal strategy.

2.       Parliamentary and influencing work

a. Support ILPA’s parliamentary work, including monitoring legislation and parliamentary business.

b. Draft consultation responses, briefings and evidence submissions.

c. Assist in engagement with parliamentarians, officials, peers and external organisations.

d. Support the organisation of meetings and briefings with MPs, peers, civil servants and sector partners.

e. Contribute to ILPA’s influencing activity through written and oral advocacy.

3.       Member engagement and sector support

a. Liaise with ILPA members to gather evidence and practice insight to inform policy positions.

b. Support ILPA’s thematic and regional working groups, including attending meetings and progressing agreed actions.

c. Respond to and triage member enquiries, directing issues to appropriate working groups or colleagues.

d. Promote knowledge-sharing across the immigration and advice sector.

a. Ensure project outputs are delivered on time and to the required standard.

What does this role do?
As New Partnerships Manager, you'll:

• develop a prospect pipeline to raise a personal income target which contributes to an overall team target,
• support the Senior New Partnerships Manager in the identification and cultivation of new corporate partnerships, accessing a range of income streams and budget holders,
• support senior team members in attending meetings with potential corporate partners, including preparing relevant briefs in advance,
• prepare relevant and creative applications and proposals for pitches for potential corporate partners,

The role

We are seeking a dynamic advocate to advance and promote the speech and language therapy profession by shaping and implementing policy, monitoring national developments and responding to changes in the external environment. You will lead RCSLT’s policy agenda on workforce matters, providing strategic advice on risks and opportunities to the CEO, Executive Team, Board, Committees and senior stakeholders.

As the policy lead on workforce-related initiatives, you will influence legislation, national funding and guidance across health, social care, education, and justice sectors. You will represent RCSLT at ministerial, government, parliamentary and external stakeholder meetings, as well as on national working groups and advisory boards, ensuring the profession’s voice is prominent in policy and decision-making.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing leadership to drive policy initiatives that promote the profession, influence government decisions, and enhance RCSLT’s national reputation. Citizens Advice Milton Keynes is a local charity that helps people to resolve their legal, money and personal problems. We have been providing free, confidential, and impartial advice since 1972 and helped over 8000 local people last year.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and confident person to join us in delivering a new project based in local GP Surgeries. The ideal candidate will provide a Social Prescribing Link Worker service, to patients of Crown Primary Care Network (CROWN PCN) in Milton Keynes, working to support patients and staff at each of their 3 medical centres across the area.

The Link Worker will take referrals from the PCN’s practices, and from a wide range of external agencies, and through self-referrals. They’ll work with people to identify issues that affect their health and wellbeing and co-produce a simple personalised care and support plan that connects them to non-medical community-based activities, groups and services that meet practical, social, and emotional needs.

This is a challenging role, managing a demanding caseload, working to strict quality standards and playing a full part in multi-disciplinary team of health and social care professionals. Successful candidates will be able to ensure that all work is compliant with our contract funder – Crown PCN, and Citizens Advice standards.

Applicants need to be:

• Computer-literate, although training on our case recording systems will be given.
• Able to travel between each of the 3 surgeries in Milton Keynes.
• Confident in working to performance targets.
• Able to show good communications skills, both written and verbal. These are essential in the role, as are excellent customer service skills with a non-judgemental approach.
• Prepared to work independently and from a variety of community-based locations.

A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a social prescribing role or an agency providing advice, support and signposting (or similar setting) is desirable.

Combat Stress is the UK’s leading mental health charity for veterans. For over a century we’ve been helping former service personnel deal with issues like post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety and depression. Today we provide specialist treatment and support for veterans from every service and conflict, focusing on those with complex mental health issues related to their military service. About the role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful Trusts and Foundations team. You will contribute to the Team’s ambitious goals and ultimately help the charity to deliver their vital mental health services. As Trusts and Foundations Assistant you will provide administrative support to the team, manage your own portfolio of trusts and foundations and help to identify new funding opportunities.

Whilst some charity experience would be beneficial, this role would be perfect for someone looking to develop a career in the charity sector. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting and enabling the Chief of Staff to lead strategically by managing their diary, information flow, communications, and oversight of all aspects of Bishopthorpe Palace. They will be expected to take a hands- on approach in supporting the Chief of Staff in their operational responsibilities and wider engagement, monitoring workflow, preparing briefings and other writing, and assisting in monitoring and preparing budgets and budget reports. They will manage the Accounts Manager, the Team Administrator (F/T) and the Team Administrator (P/T) and help ensure that office support functions run smoothly and efficiently. This position combines high-level executive support, senior stakeholder management and supporting aspects of key functions at Bishopthorpe Palace.

The postholder will work independently and in collaboration with the Chief of Staff, supporting their delivery of the operational effectiveness and strategic priorities of the Archbishop's Office. Purpose of the Job 

To support the Impact and Insight team with the delivery of a cross-organisational data strategy, supporting wider teams in the effective use and analytics of their data. As an integral member of the team, this role will provide consistent, robust insights and support the delivery of complex projects to ensure evidence-based decision-making across the organisation. The role acts as a bridge between internal technical reporting and qualitative impact evaluation.

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Analyse organisational data and produce clear, high-quality reports to support tactical and strategic decision making
• Support the delivery and implementation of surveys and robust impact measurement frameworks
• Support organisation wide with KPI reporting and highlight performance trends to relevant internal stakeholders
• Build and maintain reporting tools, dashboards and supporting guidance for teams
• Support evaluation activity relating to environmental and social impact, including data collection, analysis and reporting
• Build and maintain Business Intelligence reports (e.g. PowerBI reports), and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and responding to business reporting needs
• Support the use of and upkeep of centralised reporting outputs, contributing to a reliable organisational “single source of truth”

The NCIs are looking to recruit a Finance Systems Administrator on a one year fixed term contract basis to support business-as-usual systems during a period of significant change. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to step into a Finance Systems administration role, and 'learn on the job'.

The Finance Systems Administrator will work closely with the Finance Systems Analysts, supporting them as necessary and learning by assisting with support calls, predominantly 1st line, logged via the helpdesk software as well as general systems administration. This will be across all Finance systems including SAP, Credit Cards, BACS and other peripheral applications.

Systems Administration will comprise of:
- Basic user support (password resets, user access administration, systems housekeeping etc)
- The production of regular data extracts and reports
- The update of systems documentation including training materials, user guides and quick reference sheets.
- There will also be the opportunity to support work on small systems projects as they occur including testing, configuration and development as well as learning how to troubleshoot more complex 2nd line support issues.

This is a 12 month fixed-term contract.
