A new senior post in the Development Team, the Head of Trusts & Foundations will be responsible for cultivating and growing income from both private and statutory funding bodies, implementing and delivering a new strategy for this vital income stream for the theatre, maintaining and growing our income in exciting, innovative, and strategic ways through high-quality, persuasive applications, alongside stewarding existing relationships to ensure the highest level of care for those already supporting us.

Each year the Development Department is responsible for raising c.25% (£1.4m in 26/27) of the Young Vic’s income to enable great work on our stages and, vitally, in our communities. As Head of Trusts & Foundations, you will play a vital role in securing income towards these projects (currently over £300,000 is generated through Trust & Foundation revenue), driven by a strategic insight into this income stream and the opportunities our work presents. In this role, you will be central to ensuring revenue targets are met each year, elevating our income, in addition creating a pipeline of Capital prospects with a view to the theatre undertaking significant essential works over the next 3 years.

Led by the Development Director, we aim to be a fast-paced team of six, with desire to majorly increase income over the next 3 years led by an ambitious programme of main house and studio shows, the 30th anniversary of our Taking Part programme and further growth across the organisation in our excellent and exciting artistic endeavours.

About the role

Your key purpose will be to lead the day to day operation of our brand-new Twickenham charity shop, a new and exciting opportunity to shape the success of a shop from the very beginning while making a meaningful difference to the families supported by Shooting Star Children's Hospices.

You will manage Assistant Shop Managers and a team of volunteers to maximise income, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain high retail standards. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing stock and donations, creating engaging displays, overseeing shop finances, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures. You will also play a key role in promoting Gift Aid, identifying high-value items, supporting charity initiatives, and ensuring the shop remains a welcoming and well-presented environment for customers, volunteers and supporters alike.

About you

This role requires experience of managing a retail environment, including responsibility for sales performance, customer service, cash handling and health and safety compliance. You will have experience leading and motivating staff, with the ability to build strong relationships and create a positive and inclusive team culture. Strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise competing demands and confidence in making operational decisions are essential. Experience of working with volunteers, charity retail, EPOS reporting and identifying opportunities to maximise income would be advantageous. What is the role and its impact?

We're looking for an experienced Supply & Partnerships Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day supply function at The Multibank.

You'll make sure products move efficiently from our supply partners through the Multibank network, while building strong relationships with suppliers and regional Multibanks and continually improving how we manage supply.

This is a hands-on role with significant responsibility. You'll manage the detail of stock offers, allocations and logistics, while also understanding the bigger picture and identifying opportunities to improve our systems, processes and supply base.

You'll work closely with the Director of Supply & Partnerships, taking ownership of operational supply and creating capacity for the Director to focus on strategic supply growth, senior partnerships and supporting the development of the wider Multibank network.

The Role

As Brand and Content Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of Phoenix Futures’ brand, content and communications channels.

Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you’ll lead the creation of high-quality digital, print and creative communications, while managing and developing key platforms including SharePoint, our websites, social media channels and Phoenix News.

You’ll be the organisation’s brand guardian and a key source of advice and expertise on brand, content, visual communications and creative best practice. You’ll help ensure that our communications are engaging, accessible, user-focused and aligned with our organisational priorities.

You’ll also lead on content planning and editorial management, internal communications, creative storytelling and digital experience development. Porchlight is looking for an experienced and compassionate Area Manager to lead the delivery and development of our internal Live Well Kent and Medway (LWKM) services and related support services, including domestic abuse support and work focused on the alleviation of poverty.

We’re looking for a Ground Maintenance Manager lead the practical care, maintenance and improvement of the estate’s formal grounds, woodland, grassland and natural spaces. The role is central to keeping the park safe, accessible and welcoming, while delivering hands-on work that restores habitats, improves biodiversity and supports the long-term stewardship of this historic site. Guided by our new 10-year woodland management plan and best-practice conservation methods, you’ll take a hands-on approach to estate maintenance and habitat improvement across the site.

Working both independently and alongside staff teams, volunteers, corporate supporters and young people, you’ll help create meaningful change for nature and for visitors. From practical conservation tasks to wider estate projects, you’ll play a key role in shaping and protecting the natural environment at Gilwell Park.

About the Role

This vacancy is for a University Access Officer to work in 4 schools within the Brooke Weston Trust: Brook Weston Academy, Corby Technical School, Corby Business Academy and Kettering Science Academy. 

Monday-Thursday is spent in schools, with Fridays and school holidays as remote working. 

The University Access Officer works with school staff at all levels, volunteer tutors and coaches, and with the rest of the team to ensure that the delivery of the programmes is optimised.

• Work directly with students, mentoring in an impactful, professional and safe manner.
• Engage with school staff, your Programme Manager, and students in school to ensure that you have fully enrolled cohorts across all programmes.
• Coordinate the delivery of the programmes across allocated schools, acting as the sole on site representative of charity.
• Assess student progress towards being able to make successful university applications.
• Upload information onto the Salesforce database in a timely manner (training is provided).
• Work proactively with school staff to ensure their cooperation and timely completion of activities, enabling effective communication to contribute to the smooth running of the programmes.
• Present at termly school meetings with Senior Management to report on the programmes progress.
• Support the wider team by attending university site visits which take place on occasional Saturdays and weekday evenings (paid time off is provided).
