Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Office Manager who will report to the Head of Strategy & Operations, and be responsible for health & safety, and HR for the organisation. This exciting role will also ensure the smooth running of the office space, support staff wellbeing and team culture, and assist the CEO and Trustees as Secretary to the Borad.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal, and Health & Safety requirements.
- Serve as the main contact for the office’s building management, and keep staff updated about the premises as needed.
- Maintain and organise the office space and storage unit.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Health & Safety
- Act as the Health & Safety Officer for the organisation.
- Collaborate with external consultants to ensure compliance with current legislation, and annual Health & Safety assessments.
- Keep team members informed about office safety, First Aiders, and Fire Wardens; maintain up-to-date records on SharePoint and in the office.
- Attend relevant training to stay current with new legislation.
Human Resources
- Serve as the first point of contact for staff HR matters; including annual leave, sickness, contract changes, and updates to the staff handbook.
- Work with the charity’s external consultant and legal advisors to resolve HR issues.
- Support recruitment by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring payroll and benefits information is correctly shared.
- Review and recommend employee benefits based on changing team needs.
- Manage the in-house learning portal and ensure all staff training is current and relevant.
Company Secretarial Duties
- Act as Secretary to the Board of Trustees.
- Manage correspondence with the Charity Commission and Companies House.
- Ensure timely submission of required documents and accurate record-keeping on SharePoint.
- Coordinate and schedule Trustee meetings, ensuring all documentation is completed ahead of deadlines.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint, and other relevant software.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and Health & Safety regulations.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to solve problems and make decisions independently.
- Willingness to work occasional additional hours as required.

As the Head of Cloud Platforms, Infrastructure and Security, you will be integral in enabling high quality IT services that support an excellent learning and teaching experience.
You will provide strategic and operational leadership for the University’s cloud environments, infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity functions, ensuring foundational technologies are secure and scalable. You will manage a team of four and will be essential in providing support and guidance to ensure seamless service delivery.

Essential Criteria:
1 - Level 2 qualifications (GCSE or equivalent) in maths and English with the ability to interpret statistics, calculate benefits and complete financial statements as well as write up accurate case notes, letters and reports.
2 - A knowledge of welfare benefits and a willingness to develop detailed knowledge of Universal Credit within the first 2 months of employment.
3 - Experience of using a range of IT systems and packages and a willingness to embrace new technologies e.g. to give advice over webchat and help clients with their online application.
4 - Excellent communication skills and confidence on the telephone, with the ability to question, interview and assess clients in order to get to the root of the issues.
5 - Ability and willingness to work as part of a team and also to develop and maintain positive working relationships with external stakeholders e.g. colleagues at the Job Centre.
6 - A flexible approach as and when required by client needs and the organisational skills to manage a complex workload. Flexibility to work out of hours if required.
7 - Ability to monitor and maintain standards for advice provision and quality assurance.
8 - A commitment to both the aims and principles of the Citizens Advice service and also to equality, diversity and inclusion.
Desirable
9 - Experience of working within the area of Universal Credit and an existing knowledge of criteria for eligibility.

You will support residents to maintain their independence, resolve repairs and maintenance issues, and ensure safety and security across the premises. What you’ll do
As a Later Living Community Manager, you will be the key point of contact for residents, providing practical assistance and managing their expectations. You will assess residents’ needs, signpost to specialist services, and identify safeguarding concerns where necessary. You will oversee tenancy sign-ups, support new residents, and maintain accurate case management records. The role involves monitoring repairs and maintenance, supervising contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, including fire safety. You will also foster a sense of community by organising activities that promote wellbeing and engagement, while line-managing a Domestic Assistant/Premises Assistant to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Covering other communities when required and attending training will also form part of your responsibilities.
What you’ll need
- Experience supporting vulnerable adults and knowledge of health and social care issues in a residential setting
- Experience conducting risk assessments and managing housing-related tasks, including reporting repairs and health and safety
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven ability to deliver excellent customer care
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain professional boundaries

The Association of Directors of Public Health (ADPH) is the representative body for Directors of Public Health in the UK with a rich heritage, its origins dating back more than 160 years. It is a collaborative organisation working in partnership with others to maximise the voice for public health.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to play a central role in supporting the delivery of ADPH projects, networks, and events across the UK. This position is key to ensuring that all activity is recorded accurately, systems run smoothly, and members receive an exceptional level of support. Working closely with programme leads, you will contribute to the development and delivery of work programmes, maintain the membership database, and assist in the upkeep of internal systems.
You will work across the team to help plan, deliver, and evaluate projects, carrying out background research, analysing data, and coordinating smaller pieces of work independently. The role also involves organising meetings and events, both online and in person, facilitating smooth delivery and taking accurate minutes
A significant part of the role includes supporting our internal systems, particularly Salesforce and MS365. You will be expected to maintain user guides, support online member platforms, and help gather feedback to drive system improvements. Alongside this, you will contribute to internal and external communications, maintain data tracking for KPI reporting, and support ADPH’s regional networks.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. You should be confident using Microsoft Office applications and be experienced in administrative work with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to play a key role in supporting fundraising and engagement activity through effective data management. Working closely with the Data & Appeals Manager, you will help maintain and develop the organisation’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with GDPR.
You will be responsible for processing and reconciling donations, running reports and data selections for campaigns, supporting email and direct marketing activity, and providing guidance to colleagues on best practice use of the database. The role also involves regular data audits, handling large datasets, and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong experience working with CRM systems (ideally Raiser’s Edge),
- Advanced Excel skills, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong working knowledge of using MS Excel formulae and functions, such as Lookups, Conditional Formatting, Pivot Tables, removal of duplicates and calculus
- Experience running and building queries to obtain targeted data selections, including exporting of relevant data for direct mail appeals and reports
- Experience of working with large data sets, including undertaking data manipulation, importing of data, cleaning and interrogating data
- Experience of importing clean data into Raiser’s Edge is highly desirable.
- Proficient in data entry processes with strong understanding of best practice including GDPR, data confidentiality etc
- You will be an excellent communicator, able to build effective working relationships, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The role
Business Disability Forum is looking for an experienced, strategic Head of IT and AI to review and manage outsourced IT services, work with colleagues to ensure applications are optimised and ensure they comply with best practice data protection. You’ll lead an AI transformation agenda so we can adopt the efficiencies of AI working with colleagues at all levels across the organisation to develop, implement and monitor a plan to embed the benefits of AI while mitigating any risks.
Business Disability Forum outsources IT support to various suppliers covering CRM (Salesforce), Microsoft 365 and Telephony. The Head of IT and AI will review and manage these relationships ensuring users are kept online and active and have the applications best suited to the organisation’s needs with consideration given for compliance with our memberships’ requirements and best practice data protection.
Business Disability Forum needs to adopt the efficiencies of AI, the Head of IT and AI will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing our use of AI, harnessing the automation and cost savings offered while maintaining security of data and compliance with our memberships’ own compliance needs. The Head of IT and AI will work with members of the leadership team to develop, implement and monitor a plan to embed the benefits of AI throughout the organisation while mitigating the risks.
The requirement
- Experience in managing outsourced IT service desks and multiple suppliers
- Proven experience leading AI transformation initiatives, including implementing organisation-wide‑ technology changes.
- Significant experience in leading the implementation and ongoing development of CRM (preferably Salesforce) in a charity or membership organisation.
- Ability to identify and plan future needs from a digital and technical perspective.
