We are seeking a knowledgeable individual to oversee the Fundraising Development Manager position for a fixed-term, covering maternity leave. The successful applicant will have some professional experience of fundraising and/or education development, together with experience of developing good working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

About this job: 

As Individual Giving Innovation Manager you’ll: 

• Use audience insights and market and cultural trends to drive the innovation process for the development of products and propositions.
• Own and manage the product development pipeline, ensuring that all internal stakeholders understand the requirements and timelines for development.
• Lead the product development process through collaborative working across the IG department getting new products to the point of launch, writing business cases and leading technical requirements.
• Be responsible for development and embedding a culture of insight driven innovation across the IG Fundraising teams.

With experience in running innovation and product development process you will be an excellent communicator with an ability to influence internal stakeholders at every level. Great at managing relationships with suppliers you will be confident in prioritising multiple opportunities and engaging with teams to support the innovation pipeline.

About the Team:

The Individual Giving department is part of the Fundraising and Marketing Directorate and brings in approximately £88m per annum through regular giving, one off gifts, prize led fundraising, community and events and legacy and in-memory. Our collective ambition is to build on our already successful portfolio of fundraising products and grow and diversify our income by 25% over the next five years through engagement and value exchange so that when people think dog, they think Dogs Trust.

Aid to the Church in Need is a Catholic charity, supporting persecuted and suffering Christians around the world.

Working alongside the existing Community Fundraiser in London, this role will engage with the Dioceses in Westminster, Brentford & East Anglia to establish and strengthen links to individual bishops and diocesan communications staff. Attend parishes to deliver weekend fundraising appeals as well as giving talks and presentations to parish groups.  

Developing strong links for ACN with educational and pastoral networks in Schools, Colleges and Universities, building relationships and supporting them in delivering the ACN Schools Programme, boosting the take up of the programme, increasing school engagement and delivering assemblies in person and virtually.

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team and lead our fundraising efforts. This is a key role in ensuring we have the resources to continue providing vital support to survivors of torture and human rights violations. As the Fundraising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, building relationships with key donors, and exceeding fundraising goals. We are predominantly funded by Trusts and Foundations and you will play a very important role in maintaining and expanding this funder base, as well as helping Room to Heal to diversify our income streams.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with good understanding and experience of individual giving. The main objective of this role is to drive income to the hospice from individuals, growing and retaining donors through direct mail cash appeals, regular giving, lottery, in-memory giving and legacy promotion.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Developing an individual giving strategy that builds on previous successes and learnings, which looks to significantly grow our contactable community over the next three years and maximise the lifetime value of our donors.
• Project managing a variety of fundraising campaigns and events
• Managing a programme of supporter direct mail appeals
• Developing In Memory giving income
• Managing and developing our lottery income and our relationship with Local Hospice Lottery
• Developing engaging supporter journeys for key audiences to encourage repeat giving
• Managing the development of the income and expenditure budget for our IG programme
• Managing our In-Memory Fundraising Officer

SUDEP Action is the only UK charity focused on preventing epilepsy-related deaths. We have the only epilepsy bereavement service freely available to anyone suddenly bereaved by epilepsy (including SUDEP). Our Head of Legacy and In Memory Fundraising leads a small, dedicated and highly-skilled team. The Role

Women in Prison is a national, women-led, feminist organisation. Job Purpose:

WomenMATTA delivers support services to women in Manchester and Trafford who are in contact with, or at risk of being in contact with, the criminal justice system. This includes one to one advice, advocacy, practical and emotional support, and group interventions.

This position will provide strategic oversight and operational management to all WomenMATTA services delivered through hubs across multiple sites in Manchester and Trafford, ensuring quality standards are consistently met, staff are effectively managed, partnerships are established and maintained, and budgets are appropriately managed.

Key Responsibility Areas:

1. Lead on the operational management and strategic oversight of WomenMATTA; ensuring high quality, trauma informed, and gender responsive services are delivered to vulnerable and marginalized women in contact with, or at risk of being in contact with, the criminal justice system.
2. Provide effective leadership to the WomenMATTA team, fostering a positive and supportive culture.
3. Monitor case management systems to ensure accurate and timely data recording, aligning with contract KPIs and WIP policies.
4. Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders, such as the Probation and local authority leads to ensure effective service delivery.
