As Head of Income Generation you will lead a small team to increase income and awareness of this well-respected health charity through fundraising and marketing activities. We now have an opportunity for a fixed term Performance Marketing Specialist to join us at Battersea. This role is responsible for delivering, optimising and evaluating Battersea’s digital advertising campaigns, specialising in paid social advertising channels such as Meta and TikTok. You will implement and manage large annual media spends to support the achievement of strategic objectives and individual campaign targets.
We are looking for someone with the skills and experience to manage the development of Brand focused digital media plans, from media planning through to implementation and end of campaign reporting. You will be required to deliver against performance targets and establish paid social activity as a key acquisition driver for teams and objectives across the organisation. You will also advise and recommend the best use of the platforms to hit performance targets.
To be successful in this opportunity, you will need excellent creative skills, and strong experience in developing campaign strategies and implementing a busy social media advertising plan, with a proven ability to manage large budgets across multiple ad platforms.

Job Purpose:
WomenMATTA delivers support services to women in Manchester and Trafford who are in contact with, or at risk of being in contact with, the criminal justice system. This includes one to one advice, advocacy, practical and emotional support, and group interventions.
This position will provide strategic oversight and operational management to all WomenMATTA services delivered through hubs across multiple sites in Manchester and Trafford, ensuring quality standards are consistently met, staff are effectively managed, partnerships are established and maintained, and budgets are appropriately managed.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Lead on the operational management and strategic oversight of WomenMATTA; ensuring high quality, trauma informed, and gender responsive services are delivered to vulnerable and marginalized women in contact with, or at risk of being in contact with, the criminal justice system.
- Provide effective leadership to the WomenMATTA team, fostering a positive and supportive culture.
- Monitor case management systems to ensure accurate and timely data recording, aligning with contract KPIs and WIP policies.

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to drive forward relationship building and income generation across all income streams, especially Individual Giving including appeals and major donors, Corporates, Trusts & Foundations and Legacies.
You will collaborate across the Trust to develop innovative and compelling funding proposals, delivering excellent stewardship to existing donors, and identifying, researching and engaging new prospects. - Experience of leading and implementing strategies, including setting and overseeing strategic projects led by others.
- Experience of using CRM systems to their full potential, interpreting donor data, analysing findings and making decisions based on your analysis. Knowledge and experience of the Donorfy platform is desirable, but not essential.
- Knowledge of the homelessness or social inclusion sectors would be desirable, but not essential.

About You:

About the role
This is a new role for Clatterbridge Cancer Charity as we look to expand our successful Individual Giving & Lottery programmes.

The role will include the development of innovative and engaging marketing strategies - including recruitment and stewardship across legacies and in memory. Furthermore, you will investigate new audiences and channels to increase engagement and use your excellent budgetary management to produce detailed income forecasting.
Key elements of the role include:
- creating and implementing multi-channel campaigns to recruit new legacy supporters from warm audiences and increase the number of legacies notified from these sources
- developing excellent stewardship plans for legacy enquirers, intenders and pledgers and for all in memory and tribute donors
- introducing new transformational projects and exploring new avenues and audiences for legacy and in memory giving beyond our existing audiences
- creating and implementing a detailed in memory and tribute fundraising plan based on analysis of donor sources, income and activity
- providing accurate, regular activity and income updates and forecasts to our Senior Leadership Team
To be considered for this position the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate;
- Proven experience and a successful track record at a senior level in legacy fundraising, including the creation, development and implementation of strategic fundraising plans.
- A credible senior professional with good influencing skills and a can do and hands on approach.
- Demonstrable ability to deliver against agreed financial and performance targets, timescales and objectives.

As the Business Development Manager, you’ll be part of the Senior Leadership Team. About You
We are seeking a driven and determined candidate with proven experience in fundraising or business development ideally gained from the voluntary sector. You will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to enable you to build authentic relationships with members, donors, partners and commissioners. You will need to be approachable, organised and have excellent communication skills with good IT skills to be able to excel in fundraising.

Duties Include:
Fundraising and project development:
· Lead the implementation of Bexley Mencap’s Fundraising Strategy; reviewing existing fundraising strategies, identifying opportunities for development and introducing innovative strategies to achieve fundraising goals.
· Research and pursue new funding opportunities; including grants, legacies and social enterprise/earned income opportunities.
· Develop compelling cases for support, tailoring funding bids and applications accordingly
· Develop and maintain funding pipelines, providing reports to the Trustee Board
· Support and line manage part-time member of the team (may be required to support more staff if the role grows/adapts)
· Support the Chief Executive in extending and strengthening relationships with existing partners and developing new relationships
· Ensure all fundraising initiatives adhere to best practices, ethical guidelines and legislation
· Identify and evaluate opportunities for new projects and initiatives aligned with the mission and objectives of the organisation.
· Lead the development of project proposals, including conducting needs assessments, defining project scopes, and establishing timelines and budgets.
· Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project implementation and delivery.
Organisational Change and Growth:
· Work closely with the senior leadership team to identify areas for organisational growth and improvement.
· Champion initiatives aimed at enhancing organisational capacity, efficiency, and sustainability.
· Support change management processes to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
· Coach, motivate and guide staff and volunteers

· To be familiar with and work within the organisation and the service’s values policies and procedures, maintaining records and reports accordingly.

We're looking for an IT Project Manager to join our Data and IT team. The IT Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of assigned IT projects within the charity. You'll be responsible for managing the project team, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards. You'll serve as a liaison between various stakeholders, including clients, internal teams and vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. You'll also identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
