About Citadel

Citadel is a volunteer-powered homelessness prevention project that supports people experiencing, or at risk of homelessness, to find a place to live, settle into a home, and feel part of a welcoming and supportive community. Coordinators recruit and train volunteers before matching them with a person referred for support. Coordinators and volunteers work closely with people who have been referred, to establish what matters to them and how best they can support them.

About you

We are seeking to hire an outgoing, confident leader who is skilled and comfortable in building relationships and influencing people. You will be a dedicated, diligent person with experience of leading teams in the homelessness, housing or voluntary and community sectors and passionate about the role of the community in ending homelessness.

About the role

The successful candidate will provide supportive line management to six Coordinators working in North-East and South-East London. They will be responsible for overseeing and developing our London projects: building our partnerships, supporting the teams to grow the support we offer and supporting the projects’ continuous improvement and sustainability.

We are looking for a Networks Development Coordinator to support the development of our networks to create inclusive, dynamic and engaging communities at UCL. We currently have nine networks at UCL and the purpose of this role is to empower, train and support our students to host events, run campaigns and raise awareness. You will help broker new partnerships with charities and other student groups, facilitating our students to build communities and get the most out of their time at UCL. Wandsworth Wellbeing Foodbank Service is an adult mental health service, offering support in foodbanks and Primary Care settings and we are delighted to be hiring an additional Wellbeing Coordinator to join our supportive and successful team.

New funding has enabled us to create this post which will focus on increasing our capacity and inclusivity to provide emotional and practical support to the most vulnerable foodbank guests, who present with complex needs. This will involve providing a short-term intervention of up to two sessions, making safeguarding and other referrals where appropriate, liaising with GP’s and improving access to services.

The other facet to the role will involve building new links with marginalised communities in Wandsworth, such as Refugee and Asylum Seekers, people with substance misuse, victims of domestic violence and the LGBTQ+ community. The goal is to reduce health inequalities linked to racism and all forms of discrimination.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Activities Coordinator to join our new Independent Approved Premises commissioned by Criminal Justice Service (IAP) based in Havering. You will support residents recently released from prison in a residential setting, helping them reintegrate into the community. You will play a major part in reintegrating our residents back into the community by coordinating and delivering high quality activities and programmes which work to support individual needs, working in collaboration with the wider team. Some activities may vary but could include days out and visits, awareness days/weeks/months campaigns, cultural celebrations and other meaningful activities to encourage reintegration and enhance social skills and community engagement.  No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and meaningful work in a supportive team environment.

Some Key Responsibilities Include:

• Planning and coordinating individual and group activities and sessions
• Delivering programmes that support residents’ goals, personal development, and reintegration

About You

We are looking for someone who has a passion to support vulnerable people in making a change, supporting their rehabilitation and providing opportunities for them to make positive change to their lives, to reintegrate into society. You will have a general understanding of the criminal justice system, and/or have experience supporting people with multiple/complex needs. You will be able to plan and deliver a range of activities suited to individual needs and will be confident in understanding the needs of our residents to do this. We look for:

• Experience in coordinating and/or delivering activities and programmes with people from various backgrounds
• Ability to provide advice, support and guidance to a team and residents on various areas
• Ability to work creatively and encourage creativity in others
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral. Ability to form and build effective relationships and rapport with others

An exciting opportunity has arisen as an Empowered Living Team (ELT) Coordinator at St Joseph’s. You will work as a key member of a committed and creative Therapies team, which offers innovative, holistic and person-aligned care and support to people with palliative and end-of-life care needs, and to their families and caregivers.

The post holder will provide coordination for, and service development of, the Empowered Living Service. This community-based service provides outstanding person-centred rehabilitative enablement for people living with a palliative diagnosis. Following a joint professional assessment, a detailed programme of patient-led goals is enabled and supported by a trained ELT volunteer in the patient’s own home. Volunteer recruitment, training, patient matching and regular support group/1-1 supervision is led by the ELT coordinator.

This role will play a key part in shaping and sharing our voice through articles, press releases, media engagement, and the management of our two publications.

Working closely with the Acting Director of Communications & Marketing, the postholder will help ensure that Mothers’ Union’s mission, faith, impact, and advocacy work are clearly, professionally, and consistently communicated to members, supporters, clergy, partners, and the wider public.

Key Responsibilities

Writing & Editorial

·Researching, writing, and editing articles, features, and news stories for internal and external publications.

·Proofreading and ensuring consistency of tone, style, and brand voice across all communications.

Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern

This role will be based at our Head Office in central London. Mothers’ Union operates a hybrid working model. Staff are required to work an aggregate minimum of 90 days per calendar year (pro rata for part timers) at our Head Office, Mary Sumner House in central London. Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays. In addition, Thursday is a core working day where part time staff are expected to work, either at home or from the office as needed.

BrightPIP (Brighton Parent/Infant Psychological Therapy) is a specialist infant mental health charity supporting babies aged 0–2 and their families across Brighton & Hove and Sussex. ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and highly organised Marketing & Fundraising Coordinator to grow BrightPIP’s visibility, income and community engagement. This role sits at the heart of BrightPIP’s external presence, working closely with clinicians, trustees and supporters to tell our story and build sustainable income.

This is a key role within the charity. You will lead our day-to-day marketing and communications, and support and deliver community fundraising campaigns and events. You will also build strong relationships with supporters, nurseries/schools, community groups and corporate partners.

The Maya Centre is a specialist women-only organisation providing culturally responsive counselling and mental health support for women in North London. We support around 500 women each year through holistic services, including one-to-one counselling, group therapies, psychoeducational programmes, and complementary therapies.

About the Role

We are seeking a Partnerships Building and Outreach Coordinator to strengthen Maya Centre’s connections and develop partnerships with specialist, community, and statutory organisations. The role focuses on building effective referral pathways so women and girls from underrepresented communities can access timely, holistic support. You will also deliver targeted outreach and provide time-limited support to help women access essential services, while working collaboratively to strengthen a more joined-up system across the VAWG and mental health sectors.

Job Summary

Groundswell is seeking a motivated and values-driven Project Co-ordinator to manage and deliver our training projects focused on raising awareness of extremism, hate and polarisation. This role is central to ensuring our programmes are well-organised, impactful and responsive to the needs of the beneficiaries.

The successful candidate will coordinate the planning, delivery and evaluation of training sessions delivered to frontline workers, young people, parents and other stakeholders. Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of Groundswell’s training projects, including scheduling, logistics and communication.

• Liaise with trainers, facilitators and partner organisations to ensure smooth delivery of sessions.

• Maintain project timelines and track progress against agreed milestones.

• Support the development of new training offers in line with organisational priorities.

• Manage participant registration, attendance records and feedback collection.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and databases.

• Respond to enquiries about training programmes in a timely and professional manner.

• Support outreach activities to promote Groundswell’s training offer.

About Rockinghorse Children’s Charity

Rockinghorse Children’s Charity supports sick and disabled children across Sussex. We support babies, children, and young people, along with their families, at The Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital and The Trevor Mann Baby Unit in Brighton and all the specialist children’s wards and baby units throughout Sussex. 

We deliver and fund projects that enable doctors and nurses to do more. All of projects are led by the needs of children and young people and their families – the lifesaving medical equipment, the support for parents and families, the toys for children spending time in hospitals across Sussex, the environments and spaces that help children feel more at home when they are in hospital and additional staff to make sure children get the best possible care when they are unwell. 

Originally set up in 1967 by Dr Trevor Mann, we have been supporting children for more than 55 years, and in that time, we have supported nearly a million children and their families. As the official fundraising arm of the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital, including the Trevor Mann Baby Unit, we work with the NHS, charity partners, and the Sussex community to ensure children can be children no matter now sick they are. 

We do not receive any government, statutory or local authority funding and so we rely on the generous support of individuals, community groups, companies, and trusts: people like you, who care about children and want Sussex to be a safe place for children to grow up. 

About the role

Rockinghorse delivers more than 70 impactful projects each year to support sick and disabled babies, children, and young people across Sussex. As our programmes grow, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day delivery of our projects and services.

Reporting to the Senior Projects Manager, this role will play a vital part in ensuring our projects run smoothly on time and on budget. You will work closely with NHS Champions (doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals), internal colleagues and external partners to help coordinate activities, gather information, maintain accurate records, and support the successful delivery of all our projects.

This is a hands‑on, operational role, offering an opportunity to develop project management skills within a friendly and impactful children’s charity. You’ll play an important part in ensuring our projects make a meaningful difference to children and families across Sussex.

The location of this position is a mixture of office and site visits within Sussex.

Duties of the role 

Delivering incredible projects that save and improve lives.

Rockinghorse delivers and funds around 70 projects per year – supporting sick and disabled children in hospital.

Project Delivery & Day‑to‑Day Coordination

· Support the administration, coordination, and delivery of Rockinghorse projects across Sussex.

· Maintain project schedules, trackers, documentation, and communication logs.

· Organise meetings, site visits, check‑ins, project reviews, and installations.

· Coordinate logistics for small projects, including ordering items, liaising with suppliers, and arranging deliveries.

· Ensure accurate filing and record‑keeping across all project documentation.

· Prepare project reports for internal use.

· Support the Senior Projects Manager on the scoping out, development and implementation of new areas of work and projects for the charity.

· Maintain records on the projects database ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.

· Co-ordinate seasonal projects (e.g. Easter, Christmas) including collections and deliveries with supporters and beneficiaries.

Working with NHS Staff & Project Champions

· Support NHS staff and Rockinghorse Champions and NHS staff  to develop and submit project proposals.

· Be a point of contact for day‑to‑day project enquiries.

· Organise and deliver our biannual Projects Days, including scheduling, logistics, communication and follow‑up.

· Build positive working relationships with doctors, nurses, and healthcare teams to support smooth project development and delivery.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Impact

· Collect data, feedback, photos, and evaluation information for all projects.

· Support the Senior Projects Manager with implementing the charity’s impact and evaluation frameworks.

· Help prepare impact summaries for fundraising, communications, and reporting purposes.

· Maintain accurate monitoring records for project KPIs and outputs.

Internal Communication & Cross‑Team Support

· Provide regular updates to colleagues across Fundraising, Communications and Operations.

· Assist in preparing content and information for marketing and donor stewardship.

· Coordinate seasonal projects (e.g. Easter, Christmas) including packing, delivery, and volunteer support.

Operational & Administrative Support

· Assist with central office admin tasks related to project delivery.

· Support the organisation of project‑related events.

· Help maintain project files, compliance records, and data protection requirements.

· Assist with volunteer coordination for project‑related activities where required.

Essential experience, skills, and knowledge for the role:
