Job purpose
The Digital Marketing & Content Manager will lead on creating and delivering high-quality digital communications across Iswe and the Global Citizens’ Assembly. You will turn strategy into compelling, accessible content; design and deliver digital campaigns; and steward audiences across multiple platforms. You will work closely with teams and partners across regions, using insight and analytics to enhance reach, visibility and engagement.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, ideal for someone energised by fast-moving environments, global collaboration, and mission-driven work. It will suit someone comfortable taking ownership in an environment where processes and priorities are still being shaped, and where proactive leadership (including strong prioritisation) is essential.
Key responsibilities

Strategic contribution & prioritisation

Contribute actively to the development and refinement of Iswe’s digital communications strategy, bringing insight from audiences, analytics and the wider context.

Exercise judgement about what content, channels and campaigns will have the greatest impact at different moments, particularly during high-profile events.

Translate broad organisational priorities into clear, focused digital communications plans, even where direction is initially high-level or evolving.

Content creation & production
-
Draft, edit and publish clear, engaging content for websites, newsletters, social channels, campaigns and events.

Produce and edit multimedia content including short-form videos, interviews, animations and motion graphics.

Oversee the rapid turnaround of video packages and social media assets during key event moments

Work with regional partners and teams to document and share community and assembly participant stories in respectful, accurate and culturally appropriate ways.

Write accessible copy that brings data insights, participant experiences and research findings to life.

Lead digital campaigns to grow awareness, participation and engagement with Iswe, the Global Citizens’ Assembly and Assemblis (Iswe’s participation platform).

Manage the end-to-end planning and delivery of content across channels, ensuring the right stories, assets and updates are published at the right moments.

Maintain and update content across Iswe dot org, globalassemblies dot org and assemblis dot org through CMS, including Craft and Squarespace.

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Net Zero Carbon Engagement Officer to support churches across the Westminster Deaneries in their journey towards net zero carbon. This is an exciting opportunity to work with parishes, clergy, volunteers and diocesan colleagues to reduce carbon emissions, improve energy efficiency and care well for creation.
You will play a key role in coordinating activity at a local level, supporting churches with audits, funding applications and delivery of projects, while helping to build learning that can be shared more widely across London.

- Engage with and support churches across the Westminster Deaneries (St Marylebone, Paddington and St Margaret) in progressing towards net zero carbon

About the Role

We are looking for someone to join our Programme Operations Unit, which exists to provide support to country programme teams Finance, Programme Quality, OMEAL (Organisational, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning), Operations (which includes human resources facilities including digital working).
The Programme Operations Officer role reports to the Programme Quality Lead (PQL) who has overall responsibility for quality oversight of programme compliance including reporting and project implementation across Cord’s country programmes and provides support in developing overall capacity for implementing programmes. The PQL also leads on Cord’s OMEAL system linked to learning and knowledge, ensuring that impact is monitored and learning is disseminated.
The Programme Operations Officer will support the Programme Quality Lead to deliver programme quality and OMEAL oversight and support to country teams and partners. Additionally, the role will support the wider Programme Operations Unit to ensure country programmes teams have the facilities and operational systems needed to deliver their work effectively. This role work closely with country teams to ensure they have the support required and will involve travel to programme locations.
The four focus areas of the role are: programme compliance, country programme support, OMEAL, and global operational support.
This role would suit someone with M&E and project cycle experience gained within a peacebuilding or development iNGO. You will have qualitative and quantitative skills, be able to analyse data efficiently, present information clearly, and work collaboratively demonstrating understanding the needs of a range of stakeholders.

Purpose of This Role:
This is a key role within NASP’s Operations team, leading on financial processes and procedures across the organisation. The Finance Manager will develop and maintain accurate and consistent records, provide regular reporting to support budgeting & forecasting, support on the annual audit, and ensure regulatory compliance & best practice across all of NASP’s work.
The role will work closely with the CEO, Director of Operations, and the Operations Coordinator (Finance & HR); as well as our outsourced accounting service provider (Carpenter Box). In addition, the role will support colleagues and teams more widely by costing funding bids for income generation, grant reporting, project accounting, and providing general financial expertise and guidance.
The Finance Manager will also support in preparing projections and updates for NASP’s Board of Trustees, working with the CEO, DoO, and Chair of the Finance, Audit, Investment & Risk Subcommittee (FAIRCo); this will include deputising for the Director of Operations on finance-related matters where appropriate.
Person Specification:
Experience & Knowledge:
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or CIPFA) or equivalent
- Knowledge of the VCFSE sector and/or Social Prescribing
- Experience of working within an accounts/finance role within a small to medium charity or the not-for-profit sector
- Up-to-date knowledge of the Charity Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP)
- Good understanding of compliance and regulatory standards
- Experience supporting preparation of statutory accounts

Responsibilities:
Financial Management
- Review monthly management accounts, ensuring accurate coding and reporting, working with budget holders and reporting any adjustments to Carpenter Box
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting, including scenario planning and going concern forecasts
- Manage accounts receivable/payable; follow up on unpaid invoices/outstanding payments, ensuring these are escalated as necessary
- Regular review of processes and procedures, ensuring robustness and efficiency at all levels
- Support Carpenter Box with quarterly VAT and Gift Aid returns as necessary
- Support Carpenter Box with year end annual account preparation
- Oversee provision of appropriate accounting and finance software (Xero, Soldo, ApprovalMax)
- Deputise for Director of Operations where necessary, e.g. payroll or providing updates to NASP’s Board of Trustees
Governance, Compliance, & Board Support
- Provide oversight for financial processes across NASP, ensuring compliance with both NASP’s policy suite and any regulatory requirements
- Support on process for annual audit and NASP’s annual report, providing relevant documents to auditors, answering queries, ensuring timelines are met
- Advising the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) on any relevant updates to legislation or regulatory requirements
- Provide relevant reports and updates to NASP’s Board of Trustees and Finance Subcommittee, attending meetings where appropriate
Wider Organisational Support

The charitable foundation provides grants and financial support and donates resources such as physical gifts and use of its facilities. It works with charity partners locally, nationally and internationally to champion opportunity for all. The foundation has a rich selection of programmes with a focus on the community based in South West London in particular, as well as a national sport for development programme and international charity partners. The role:
This is a central role within the Foundation team to manage, develop and maintain partnerships and programmes with national and international charities, corporate partners and colleagues across the business. This role offers high visibility across the organisation and is ideal for someone who thrives on acting as a brand ambassador, networking and building relationships.
You will work with a diverse range of stakeholders, to manage multiple partnerships, oversee the delivery of programme activities and events and track and monitor the overall success of these partnerships. Key Responsibilities
To work closely with the Evidence & Advocacy Manager (EAM) to develop and implement a series of impactful evidence and research projects that support our advocacy messaging, as well as internal and external learning for inclusive programmes and advisory work. These projects will build on established workstreams alongside developing new ones to maintain and extend CBM UK’s evidence base.
Disability Evidence, Policy Research and Learning
With EAM support the ongoing CBM UK Research and Evidence workstream, through:
- Translating evidence from our programming countries and projects to produce and contribute to a range of resources to influence FCDO and other stakeholders. Tasks to include managing and maintaining established outputs, such as the CBM UK Project Evidence Briefs and Disability Voices paper series, generating new thematic papers, as well as policy and position papers to enhance effective advocacy submissions, briefing notes, blogs and other messaging on key disability rights issues.
- Working collaboratively within CBM UK and across CBM Global to help develop and to deliver new policy research, drawing on mixed methods and data sources including national and international databases, using qualitative approaches including participatory or citizen generated data, and new empirical work.
- Supporting Programme staff to improve impact and learning practice in CBM UK funded projects, provide technical support for the implementation of programme related research and data collection, including MEAL.
- Providing technical research support into the development of proposals for new grant funded projects, and, where successful, support the management of subsequent research projects.
- Keeping abreast of new research and publications on key themes and priority concerns within the CBM UK Advocacy and Influencing Strategy, taking into consideration sector trends and developments, and ensure this is disseminated to relevant staff within the CBM UK Team.
