We’re launching a brand-new role focused on developing and nurturing meaningful relationships with new supporters. If you love connecting with people and want to make a difference for people affected by breast cancer, we’d love to hear from you.

Initially offered as an 18-month contract (with the potential to become permanent), this position will play a key part in an exciting pilot programme designed to grow long-term income through a new, locally based relationship fundraising team.

The successful candidate will have the chance to work on a large-scale project supporting and growing Asda Tickled Pink, our award-winning partnership with Asda and CoppaFeel! which has already raised over £100 million. You’ll work directly with passionate colleagues across Asda stores in your region – driving new fundraising initiatives, inspiring communities, and celebrating the incredible generosity of supporters.

Primary location of role

This is a remote role, and the candidate will need to be based in Birmingham, Coventry, or the surrounding areas. Regular travel will be required to meet supporters and visit Asda stores in your region, as well as occasional travel to our London or Sheffield offices.

As a Project Information Officer, you will be crucial in equipping our UK & International Partnerships Team with accurate, donor-friendly project information and allocating funding. This fixed-term 12-month contract requires someone who can "hit the ground running." Your main responsibilities will include producing high-quality, engaging donor proposals and reports, liaising with programmatic colleagues in East and Central Africa, and working with finance to ensure gifts are used accordingly. 

Do you have the following?

• Proven experience in writing compelling, donor-friendly content (narrative and financial) for diverse audiences such as high-net-worth individuals, foundations, corporate partners, and churches.
• Demonstrable ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Experience working effectively with financial data in a reporting context.
• Experience working cross-culturally.
• Strong analytical skills, adept at interpreting and synthesising information from various programmatic and financial sources.

Direct experience within the non-profit sector, particularly in international development or aid, would be preferable.

Community and Events Fundraiser

At Friends of PICU, we’re dedicated to supporting the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit at University Hospital Southampton, funding lifesaving equipment, providing family support, and enhancing care for critically ill and injured children. We’re looking for a Community and Events Fundraiser to lead and grow our community and events fundraising activities, inspire supporters, and make a lasting impact for families when they need it most.

The Role

As our Community and Events Fundraiser, you’ll be the driving force behind our community and event fundraising. You’ll build relationships with existing and new supporters, community groups, and corporate partners developing opportunities to raise income and awareness for Friends of PICU.

Working closely with our Operations Manager, you’ll deliver an annual calendar of exciting fundraising events, from local community challenges to large-scale campaigns, ensuring each activity connects people to our mission and delivers excellent supporter experiences.

This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with hybrid working based partly at our charity office at University Hospital Southampton (2 – 3 days per week) and partly from home. Some evening and weekend work, plus travel across Hampshire and neighbouring counties will be required.

She focuses on corporate and philanthropic giving, with a particular focus on unrestricted income to help secure long-term financial stability for the organisation. Before joining ClientEarth, Camilla was Director of Development at Walkabout Foundation, where she built and implemented their 5 year fundraising strategy. Camilla started her career in Events Management, having learnt first at The Institute of Masters of Wine, and then solidifying her experience in fundraising at Brooke and then charity: water UK. Camilla went to school at the French Lycee Charles de Gaulle in London and completed her degree in History of Art at Oxford Brookes University.

Main Duties

• Lead on the project management, design, content creation and publishing of communications for the Philanthropy team (including impact report and newsletters) and work with translators to ensure communications are produced in other key ClientEarth languages
• Lead on the development of bespoke reporting for six and seven figure restricted and unrestricted gifts to produce high-quality, compelling reports tailored in style and content to suit a range of audiences in different geographies
• Work closely with the Philanthropy team to ensure gold standard stewardship for ClientEarth’s philanthropy donors: driving creative, unique and inspiring ideas for tailored stewardship touchpoints throughout the year;
• Partner with the Design Manager to deliver visually compelling reports and original donor stewardship touchpoints tailored to the Philanthropy portfolio;

Key tasks

Cross-Income Stream Support

• Support the delivery of activity and appeals across major donor, corporate, legacy, and individual giving programmes.

Norwich Theatre is one of the leading arts organisations in the UK and the largest in the East of England, encompassing the historic Theatre Royal, the creative hub Stage Two, and the intimate mid-scale Playhouse. We present, produce and co-create a vibrant programme of live performance and creative engagement activities to entertain, enrich and inspire audiences of all ages and backgrounds, and we work with national and international partners to ensure we bring the very best theatre to our region.

We are an independent not-for-profit charity with no regular public funding, and rely on a share of ticket sales, one-off grants, fundraising/membership schemes and other commercial activities to deliver the work we do both on stage and in communities.

About the capital project

The Playhouse Capital Development project is progressing through RIBA stage 3 with a design freeze now implemented. Work will continue to bring together a final stage 3 report which will give clear costings and timeframes for the project, before submitting a formal planning application at the end of October 2025. We anticipate that following this we will seek final approval to progress to RIBA stage 4 and commit to a start date for mid 2027 and a schedule of works that will see the project completed before 2029.

About this role

This part time (average 3 days per week) fixed term role has been created to work cross organisation and to work collaboratively with a new-look Development team to secure additional funding to realise this transformational capital project.
The person will play a pivotal role in our capital fundraising campaign, delivering the fundraising strategy behind this transformative initiative. Working closely with the Assistant Director, Development & Partnerships, senior leadership, trustees, the development team and funders, the postholder will manage the key milestones towards a successful a capital campaign that will transform the theatre’s facilities and secure its long-term future. 

What we’re looking for

We’re looking to work with someone with proven fundraising experience, specifically in the charitable sector, and with the ability to secure funding from a wide variety of sources, and work collaboratively with a new Development team supporting shared targets

You should have experience of fundraising for capital projects and a strong understanding of the requirements of time sensitive capital projects for cultural or charitable purposes. You will have experience of planning and delivering major fundraising events for capital targets e.g. gala dinners and auctions.

As Foundation Director, you will shape and drive the next phase of Love Rowing’s development. You’ll bring strategic vision, financial acumen, and a collaborative approach to leadership. Experience of governance, impact measurement, and working with boards or partner organisations will be key.

Coeliac UK is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Head of Philanthropy to lead the growth of high-value income streams and help secure the charity’s long-term financial sustainability. Reporting to the Chief Engagement Officer, this pivotal role will focus on cultivating and stewarding transformational relationships with major donors, trusts and foundations, legacies, and strategic corporate partners. Working closely with the Head of Fundraising, you will shape and deliver a data-driven, relationship-focused philanthropy strategy that deepens engagement and drives meaningful impact for people living with coeliac disease.

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time 35 hours per week
Location: Head Office, High Wycombe (hybrid working available, minimum of 2 days in the office)
Salary: Specialist (SP2.3) £51,500 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver Coeliac UK’s philanthropy strategy, securing and stewarding high-value relationships with donors, trusts, and partners.
• Develop compelling, impact-focused funding proposals aligned with the charity’s mission and strategic priorities.
• Champion a data-led approach to income generation, using insight to inform donor journeys, monitor performance, and optimise results.
• Act as an ambassador for philanthropy across the organisation, equipping colleagues and trustees to engage effectively with supporters.
• Manage budgets, track income targets, and provide clear reporting on progress and performance.
• Drive innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the fundraising function.

About You:

We are looking for an inspiring and strategic fundraising leader with strong relationship-building and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have:

• Significant experience securing high-value gifts from major donors, trusts, legacies, and corporate partners.
• Strong leadership experience and a proven track record of developing and motivating teams.
• Excellent communication, bid-writing, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrable experience using CRM systems and data insights to inform strategy and track performance.
• A creative and strategic mindset with the ability to balance hands-on delivery and big-picture thinking.
• Flexibility to support our mission during the evenings and weekends as required for this role

About the role

The Director of Fundraising will play a pivotal role in driving income growth and ensuring the long-term sustainability of King's Trust International. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will provide strategic leadership across all fundraising activity, nurturing an exceptional team and leveraging high-level networks across the King's Trust Group globally.

You will oversee two core income streams-philanthropy and corporate partnerships-while expanding opportunities through institutional funding, impact investment and innovative income models. Building on the momentum of Generation Potential, you will shape and implement an ambitious strategy that strengthens KTI's global impact and supports its mission to empower young people to thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver KTI's annual fundraising target (£6.25m), driving sustained growth and diversification.

• Oversee and support Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships teams, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.

• Develop strategies to engage new donors and partners, including high-net-worth individuals, trusts, foundations, corporates and institutional funders.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders including KTI's Board of Trustees, Africa Advisory Board, Pakistan Development Group and the King's Trust Group internationally.

• Identify and develop new income opportunities, including consultancy, programme commercialisation and impact investment.

• Ensure robust governance, compliance and adherence to ethical fundraising standards.

• Represent KTI externally at key events, cultivating relationships and inspiring major donors and partners worldwide.

• Champion equality, diversity and inclusion, ensuring fundraising is culturally responsive and globally relevant.

The ideal candidate

• Proven success securing significant philanthropic or partnership income (including £1m+ gifts), ideally internationally.

• Experience leading and inspiring high-performing fundraising teams.
