Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Digital Manager to join our ambitious and growing type 1 diabetes charity, JDRF, as part of the digital and marketing team.
You will support the implementation of a digital programme plan to carry out the development and refresh of several digital products and platforms in line with user needs and business objectives. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, digital agencies and platform providers to ensure that developments meet quality standards around design, usability, user experience and accessibility, ensuring excellent experiences for our audiences. You will work on a range of platforms and will help to plan and manage day-to-day digital production, including managing two members of the digital team. You will also be a confident advocate for UX and accessibility best practice.
An experienced digital professional, you will have worked for a charity before in a similar role. You will be motivated by delivering high quality digital products and will be familiar with a range of digital channels and platforms. You will be ever-curious, always seeking to improve your skills and adopt new approaches.
Experience required

- Managing digital products and platforms

- Working with digital agency suppliers including developers
- Collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders

Summary job description
Blue Ventures is seeking a Social Media Manager to coordinate our social media communications' strategy, delivery, and measurement. Salary: £50-56,000 per annum
Location: Woking, Surrey – hybrid working (ideally once a week or equivalent per month in the Woking office) or remote working can be discussed. There will be some occasional travel to Europe with this role.
Contract: Permanent, full-time hours (40 per week - some flexibility available e.g. 0.8 FTE).

- For non-UK nationals, applicants will need to have a valid UK work permit and for all, a residency in England.

WWF, the largest conservation organisation in the world, is seeking a Digital Fundraising Manager to manage and oversee the expansion of their online fundraising and to achieve acquisition and retention income growth targets.

The Digital Fundraising Manager for WWF International will work to deliver effective digital strategies and techniques across selected markets, with the ultimate aim of maximising short and long term income (primarily unrestricted). The post-holder will create and implement online donor acquisition and retention strategies, as well as develop a diverse portfolio of fundraising products for WWF International. The role is also responsible for providing vision and leadership for WWF International in the fast-moving area of digital fundraising.
This is an exciting time to be joining the team. WWF International is aiming to strengthen its digital fundraising capacity by optimising the current technical infrastructure (contact management tool, mass engagement tool, etc) and develop a strong online donor experience to acquire and retain donors in selected WWF International markets.
The ideal candidate will have significant levels of experience in the field of digital fundraising and of using digital to drive supporter action online and offline. This should include experience of designing, planning and delivering successful digital activities, such as designing and optimising the donor journey, SEM/SEO/SMO, social media (paid social) and/or digital advertising campaigns (paid search, Google grants) that generate incremental income. In terms of skills, you will need to be creative, entrepreneurial, be able to think strategically, design effective data-based action plans, and possess excellent project management skills. Finally, alongside strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, you will be proactive and results-driven with a ‘can do’ attitude to work.

The Digital Transformation Manager will be pivotal in advancing the Trust’s digital transformation journey. This role will sit within the Trust’s Business Support Team, and will be responsible for leading on identifying, developing and delivering the Trust’s digital transformation plans in order to improve collaboration and efficiency across the Trust.

Responsibilities:
- To work with the team to collate an overall digital fundraising plan, communication channels, and measures of success
- Develop, create and implement multichannel digital fundraising campaigns, working with the relevant fundraising team
- To monitor new digital fundraising opportunities, agreeing tests with managers subject to budgets, and reporting on performance
- Evaluate, assess and adjust campaigns against digital fundraising and marketing key goals
- Help improve the website as a tool for fundraising and supporter engagement, focusing on the creation and development of landing pages, donation forms, and supporter actions
- Create engaging, impactful, and creative content to support fundraising and marketing campaigns for paid and organic digital and social media activity maximising engagement levels and income growth whenever possible.
- To lead ongoing strategic and operations testing across emails and digital fundraising to optimise fundraising for Haven House
- Produce high-quality, timely and inspiring emails for donors and supporters, to increase income and engagement
- Devise and manage innovative social media campaigns to increase social engagement, ensuring suitable mechanisms are in place to effectively evaluate their success
- Work with website developers to implement Google Analytics and Facebook tracking across the website and third-party tools
- Experience with creating and producing newsletters and appeals within an email service provider and experience with building campaigns through social media tools like Facebook Ad Manager within the software packages

About you
We are seeking candidates with experience in managing the development, production and delivery of web content and digital products, including e-learning resources, videos, podcasts, and images, for a high traffic and information rich website.
The successful candidate will have experience of implementing a digital-first strategy which supports and refines customer-focused outputs. You will be versed in content management systems (e.g. WordPress), information architecture, and user-experience (UX) design as it pertains to effective usability and accessibility. You will have experience of the daily operation and fluid maintenance of a large website and platform that works for our audiences and supports our wider business development aims of generating interest and sales in SCIE’s products and services.
You will have experience of managing external contractors (e.g. designers, photographers, illustrators, developers, etc.) as well as using tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Hotjar, and understanding how web statistics and user feedback collection and analysis can help us engage with our audiences better.
You will understand the digital needs of a wide range of SCIE’s stakeholders, including for example, people with visual impairments and people with learning disabilities, and how to ensure that our digital products and web content work for all audiences.
