Longborough Festival Opera is seeking a hands-on, proactive individual to join the team as Head of Finance working closely with the Executive Director to deliver our strategic objectives. You will ensure highly effective financial management and controls for the charity and support non-finance managers with budget management. You will be a strategic thinker and efficient planner, a detail-orientated person who enjoys working as a core part of a small team and is self-motivated when working remotely. The Head of Finance will be responsible for:
Finance: Preparation of annual budgets, financial reporting & modelling. Be the lead for the year-end and audit process. Preparation and monitoring of cash-flow. Ensure robust and effective financial systems and processes. Taxation calculations and compliance. Manage the monthly payroll, pension and HMRC submissions
HR: Managing the HR processes and record keeping
Other: Line manage the Finance & Administration Assistant, company secretarial duties, support with fundraising and other administrative tasks. Working closely with the Box Office team to ensure all income is recorded and reconciled to finance systems

The Learning and Development Coordinator will have responsibility for the coordination and administration of a range of learning and development activities and events for the Agbero2100 London programme.
The Learning and Development Coordinator will develop robust learning and development systems and processes. What you will be doing:

The advice team is rare and unique as they are representative of the people they serve. Overview of the Role
As a Welfare Benefits Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals in making benefit claims and accessing the support they need. You will join a busy team that supports thousands of disabled people and carers across the borough and specifically provide a bespoke home visiting service to our most vulnerable clients.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

Benefit Claims Assistance:

Provide guidance and support to individuals in understanding their eligibility for various welfare benefits, including Disability Living Allowance, Personal Independence Payment, and Attendance Allowance.

Assist clients in completing benefit application forms accurately and efficiently.

Stay updated on changes to welfare benefit regulations and policies to provide accurate information to clients.

Home Visiting Service:

Conduct home visits to assess clients' needs and provide personalised support in accessing welfare benefits.

Develop tailored action plans in collaboration with clients to maximise their benefit entitlements and improve their financial stability.

Client Empowerment and Education:

Empower clients through education about their rights and responsibilities within the benefits system.

We are looking for a Parliamentary Officer to support the management and administration of the Christians in Parliament All Party Parliamentary Group (CiP) as part of a team of three staff.
CiP exists to support all Members and staff in their work in Parliament, commending the relevance of the Christian faith to personal and political life.
This is a full-time role, but there is potential to discuss flexible working options.
Based in the Houses of Parliament, your work will include:
· Administering our events programme including weekly chapel services, guest speaker events, staff prayer meetings and Bible study groups
· Planning and supporting the delivery of the National Parliamentary Prayer Breakfast, a major annual Parliamentary event
· Managing & co-ordinating CiP’s communication including maintaining the CiP website
· Potential for developing outreach and discipleship opportunities with staff, depending on experience and interests
