What you’ll be doing

• Report to the Supporter Engagement Manager, working to maximize regular giving income, supporter engagement and digital fundraising opportunities that will help us to meet our income targets while improving donor loyalty and lifetime value.
• Grow regular giving income and supporter engagement through audience-led fundraising campaigns and journeys - across various channels including post, digital and telephone.
• Work with a number of agencies and external partners to create innovative and engaging communications and fundraising propositions to help Centrepoint achieve our objective of supporting young people to leave homelessness behind for good.
• Regularly analyse and report on the performance of campaigns and journeys, identifying trends in supporter behaviour to inform future strategies.

The Corporate and Individual Giving Manager is responsible for generating sustainable income by identifying, engaging with, and securing funding through individuals and corporate donor relationships.

Establishing sustainable fundraising streams is a top priority for the centre. The Role

FareShare has a dynamic fundraising department that has seen incredible growth in support in an incredibly short space of time. We are now looking for a proven Supporter Retention Manager to join us as we embark on our next phase of deepening engagement with current and new supporters.

This newly created role is an integral part of the Fundraising team’s growth plans to become a £40 million income generating team.

Working closely with the Supporter Acquisition Manager, Supporter Experience Manager (Fundraising Operations) and the wider Fundraising team, the post-holder will lead on stewardship campaigns encompassing Warm Appeals, Regular Giving asks, Supporter newsletters and cross-sell campaigns across FareShare’s audiences. Line management of an Individual Giving Officer (or Assistant) may form part of the roles and responsibilities further down the line.

Main areas of responsibility

1.Plan and deliver the Warm Appeals programme in line with agreed budget targets and annual workplans

• Campaign manage the Cash Appeals programme at all stages, from initial planning through to supplier management and post-campaign analysis
• Develop and implement a rolling programme of Regular Giving Asks.

2.Develop and manage a seamless supporter journey and consistency of messaging from the initial touchpoint through to longer-term giving

• Actively monitor Supporter attrition levels and implement measures to mitigate disengagement

• Keep up to date on the latest trends and techniques in Supporter Stewardship and apply learnings as appropriate on retention initiatives.

3.Maximise opportunities for cross-team campaigns

• Collaborate with the wider fundraising team on new and existing income generation opportunities.

Our Centres provide a wide range of activities as well as being a specialist Day Care Centres caring for older people with complex needs. The Day Care Centres also provide a hot lunch and a range of special events. 

We have a dedicated, specialist team supporting people with care needs, including those living with mild - moderate dementia and complex needs. 

The successful candidate will: 

• Have shared responsibility in the team for the implementation of a comprehensive service of care and support for service users 

• Act as a key worker for individual clients

• Deliver holistic and person centred wellbeing services which provide service users with social interaction and support to maintain their personal interests. 

Salary: Starting at £24,039.18 pa incl. London Weighting (pro rata for part time) 

Hours: A variety of roles with 25 hpw, 15 hpw and 10 hpw across a number of shifts (staff work across both centres so need to be able to travel to Kings Cross and Hampstead)

As the Grants and Information Officer, you would be playing a vital role as part of the team in processing applications and requests for support from receipt to award, attending committee meetings and assisting in the general operations of the charity. 

Position: Grants and Information Officer

Responsible to: CEO

Hours: Part-time - 21 hours per week (Flexible working and hybrid working considered with at least one day per week in the office required)

Salary: £28,000 - £31,500 FTE

What you'll be working on: 

Casework

•         You will undertake case work and processing of applications, from performing initial checks and           review to presentation to Case and Education Committees.
•         You will liaise with beneficiaries and maintain appropriate records.
•         You'll write agendas and minutes for committees.
•         You'll advise and refer applicants to alternative sources of support when applicable.

Finance

•         You'll administer grants and gifts to agreed levels.
•         You will organise payments to beneficiaries and service providers.
•         You will support the audit process.

Grants Management System/Benefactor

•         You'll maintain and update grant management system.
•         You'll review content and create reports, as necessary.

In-house resources/General Admin

•         You will help update and produce in-house resources for approval by CEO and/or Executive                  Committee. These include application forms and guidance notes, annual review and reports,                 standard letters to beneficiaries, contact lists etc.
•         You'll update website pages, with other members of staff team
•         You will maintain and update standard operating procedures for processing applications.
•         You will provide general office administration including replenishing office supplies.

Any other duties

•         You will service and attend AGM and other meetings of PAG, as required.
•         You'll represent PAG with other organisations, as required.
•         You will undertake any other duties required by the CEO, Executive Committee and Committee           of Management.
•         You will assist the CEO in developing a fundraising strategy and policy.

• Are proficient in MS Office

• Have experience of developing and updating IT applications, especially databases and websites

• Have experience in fundraising applications

• Have experience of the charity sector/benevolent funds/welfare services

• Have proven knowledge and experience of the statutory benefit system 

• Have knowledge of Xero/ Dext accountancy package

• Have good planning and organisational skills – and can use initiative to manage and prioritise demanding workload

• Have a flexible approach to tasks in a small team environment (3 staff in total)

Key Duties / Responsibilities:

Strategic Purpose:

· Coordinate the collection and management of data related to our projects, programmes, and initiatives.

· Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other systems to organise and track relevant insight and information.

· Conduct basic analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

· Assist in the preparation of regular reports, presentations, and dashboards summarising key findings and outcomes.

· Collaborate with programme staff to ensure data is collected consistently and accurately according to established protocols.
