About the role
Join our passionate team and contribute to the meaningful work that transforms the love of parents and families. The Kent Infant Feeding Project Coordinator role is vital in the delivery of community Infant Feeding Peer Support within the region. Offering support to the infant feeding peer supporters and project team, ensuring the service runs efficiently and effectively and leading on the delivery of the post discharge contacts to families within Kent.
Your role will include:
· Extensively advertise service and recruit volunteering opportunities using a variety of platforms including social media and locally.
· Provide clear guidance and information to potential volunteers on the roles, responsibilities and training requirements.
· Have a good understanding of each of the regions within the projects the community groups and the hospitals in which our staff and volunteers offer support.
· Collate and enter all information as and when necessary, into the Kent Infant Feeding database to ensure service users are registered on the system and touch points with the service users are logged.
· Attend meetings relevant to safeguarding duties to ensure effective and informed practice, responding to and supporting safeguarding concerns. To work on safeguarding cases as and when required.
About you
· Have a passion for breastfeeding and ensuring every family in Kent has accessible support.
· Working with families from diverse backgrounds.
· Good interpersonal skills with the ability to create rapport with a range of people.
· Experience of data collection and performing accurate data entry
· Have knowledge of the local perinatal services and communities within the Kent area.

About the Programme
The Schools Triathlon is a fun, mass participation sporting event for 7–13 year olds. Its mission? To get more young people moving, having fun, and discovering the power of fundraising. In 2025, over 10,000 young people took part in 12 events, raising an incredible £1.5 million for Restless Development and local charities. Since it began, the Schools Triathlon has raised over £5 million—making it our flagship fundraising event.
About the Role
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for anyone looking to kickstart their career in fundraising and events management. As our Assistant Fundraising Events Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in Restless Development’s close-knit fundraising team, helping to deliver our flagship events — the Schools Triathlon.
You’ll gain hands-on experience working with a wide range of stakeholders, including our volunteer Schools Triathlon Committee, schools, pupils, parents, and event delivery partners. A big part of your role will involve delivering fun and engaging school assemblies, encouraging pupils to take part and fundraise for Restless Development.
Alongside this outward-facing work, you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support behind the scenes. This will include managing participant data in Excel, Eventrac, and Salesforce; uploading and running reports; processing donations (including cash and cheques); and ensuring our records are accurate and up to date.
You’ll also be the first point of contact for event participants and their families, providing warm, professional support through email and phone queries.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on variety, can juggle multiple tasks, and stays calm under pressure. You’ll be highly organised, detail-focused, and self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
Systems and processes (30%)
- Manage the assembly tracker to ensure it is kept up to date, with relevant members of the team notified when new assemblies are booked in
- Maintain accurate records across our registration platform (Eventrac), our CRM system (Salesforce) and Excel, including registrations, fundraising data, and supporter information.
- Monitor and track fundraising progress for over 11,000 participants, encouraging and supporting them to reach their goals.
- Manage JustGiving pages, ensuring all fundraising activity is accurately logged.
- Liaise with Finance to process donations (online, offline, and cheques), allocate income correctly, and thank supporters promptly.
- Support with the merchandise and fulfillment process
- Occasional website updates.
Fundraising and relationship management (30%)
- Be the first point of contact for schools, parents, and participants via the Schools Triathlon inbox.
- Book and coordinate school assemblies, and deliver assemblies or fundraising workshops.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, pupils, and parents, thanking and supporting them throughout their fundraising journey.
- Provide admin support to the Restless Development US Board, including coordinating quarterly meetings.
- Attend meetings with third party suppliers and schools when necessary
- Support on wider charity initiatives as and when needed
Event management and Communications (30%)
- Support the planning and delivery of two Schools Triathlon events, including site visits, logistics, and on-the-day support.
- Coordinate event communications, including assembly slides, parent invites, and regular registration reports.
- Work collaboratively with the Schools Triathlon team to ensure smooth delivery of all events.
Others (10%)
- Support the Senior Fundraising Manager with developing an individual giving process.
- Attend Schools Triathlon events (April–June) and occasional evening/weekend work for which Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) will be provided.
- Regular travel to schools is required, so access to a reliable vehicle is essential (travel costs will be reimbursed).
- Carry out any other duties as required to support the fundraising team.

- Full driving licensed and access to a vehicle.
Desirables
- Some experience (paid or voluntary) in fundraising, events, or community activities.
- An interest in international development, the charity sector, or community engagement.
- Experience helping to organise events or projects, either in work, study, or volunteering.
- Familiarity with using a database or CRM system (training can be given).
- Confidence in speaking to groups, or a willingness to develop public speaking skills.

About this key role
Our successful candidate will monitor and manage the receipt of referrals from Probation through the Customer Approved System (CAS) and ensure all inputting is accurate and within agreed timescales and provide regular activity reports to the Wellbeing Manager. You will act as the primary point of contact for all enquiries, external and internal, to ensure communication channels are clear and effective, while also liaising with external stakeholders (such as prisons), delivery partners, spot purchase providers and other agencies to arrange appointments, referrals, and generally ensure information exchanged is done in a clear, timely and effective manner.
We will also count on you to develop and maintain processes for recording and monitoring resource allocation such as staff and volunteer expenses, spot purchase expenditure, training and provide regular reports to the Wellbeing Manager, plus provide administration for meetings, including bookings, invitations and minute-taking. Proactively adopting a learning approach to the role, improving skills and knowledge to continue providing a high-quality service for service users is also a key element of this role.

Job Purpose
Join our dedicated Data & Technology department at Operation Smile UK and play a vital role in advancing our digital capabilities. Our website is central to reaching a broad audience with our vital work, and you'll be pivotal in ensuring our online presence is robust, accessible, and effective.
This full-stack role provides an excellent opportunity to lead and contribute across both front-end and back-end development activities. You'll collaborate closely with the Director of Data & Technology and Senior Database Manager to design and build systems that empower our Fundraising and Comms teams, delivering outstanding user experiences.
We aim to build greater in-house capacity for digital development, reducing reliance on external support for routine tasks and increasing automation on key platforms. If you are a hands-on technical lead with experience across various digital channels such as website CMS (e.g., WordPress), along with a solid understanding of front-end and back-end languages and technologies, you'll be a great fit. You will also play a leading role in ensuring the OSUK website user interface and user experience is fit for purpose.
As part of our small but ambitious team, you'll be an integral part of creating and implementing our Data and Digital strategy, directly helping us achieve our goal of supporting more children born with a cleft lip and cleft palate.

The JABBS Foundation for Women and Girls is looking for a Projects and Programmes Officer to support the delivery and administration of a key programme rollout. About the role
You'll support the day-to-day administration of the Women's Risk Needs Assessment rollout, as well as supporting wider programme delivery. By ensuring that administration processes are consistent, accurate and efficient, you'll also be able to spot opportunities to improve and streamline processes.
In this role, you can expect to:
* Maintain dashboards, documentation and project management systems.
* Collect and analyse data, support research and contribute to impact reporting.
* Oversee the WRNA expansion process, managing applications and coordinating with partners.
* Support grants administration, including reporting and compliance requirements.
* Plan and coordinate events, training sessions, meetings and follow-up actions.
* Manage SharePoint and ensure all resources and materials are current and accessible.
* Draft communications and support social media content and partner updates.
About you
You're organised, proactive and detail-oriented, thriving when juggling multiple priorities. You love finding ways to improve systems and processes and bring a collaborative, solutions-focused energy to your work.

* Demonstrable project administration experience, supporting complex projects or programmes.
* Excellent organisational and IT skills, with experience using databases and project tools.
* An understanding of project management, governance or grant-making processes.
* Experience with CRMs, case management systems or funding coordination.
* Proven ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders, identifying opportunities to make processes easier and more efficient for everyone.

The Role
As part of our mission, FareShare Midlands is delighted to be able to deliver our I-Can employability programme as part of Birmingham City Council’s PURE project. The PURE Project is funded by the government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. The programme will provide a range of wellbeing, training and employment support to vulnerable residents of Birmingham in order to improve their lives and move them closer to the jobs market.
Main duties include
- Attend outreach events to promote the I-Can programme
- Respond to new referrals in a timely and professional manner
- Manage registration appointments
- Register new participants in line with contractual and audit purposes
- Carry out initial assessment interviews
- Establish suitable outputs and outcomes for participants based on individual needs
- Allocate participants to appropriate Employability Coach
- Arrange initial induction session with participant and Employability Coach
- Prepare participants starter files and training materials
- Input evaluation data onto spread sheet
- Interpret evaluation data and present in graphs and charts
- Undertake and coordinate, on a day to day basis, all aspects of finance and administration relating to the FareShare Midlands contract with PURE – BCC for funding
- Provide consistently high-quality administrative paperwork relating to the delivery of the PURE project including core documentation of the participants journey
- Ensure that all participants files are maintained and are up to date
- Monitor and order PPE and stationary
- Order and issue participant travel passes

About the role
We are looking for an IT and Data Officer to join our central team, working in collaboration with our services which are our Independent Approved Premises (IAP). You will maintain and support our data systems and IT infrastructure across our services, responsible for managing CRM systems and supporting with first line IT queries which could include ticketing requests, troubleshooting, technical issues, and liaising with internal and external partners to ensure consistent and timely data reporting.
You will work across multiple projects to ensure performance metrics are accurately tracked and communicated, proactively identifying and addressing any data or system related issues. You will support with continuous improvement for the service and wider organisation.
About you
We're looking for someone who is passionate about IT and data, able to utilise this within a practical working environment. You will be confident in using various tools and software with transferrable skills. We're looking for someone who understands SIG and what we do as an organisation, with a judgement free mindset, and comfortable working within any of our services, able to build good professional relationships with our staff internally, our residents, and external partners. We look for:
- Skills in data input, extraction, and reporting
- Skills in online platforms and systems, ideally Power BI, Trello, Inform, and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity in externally used systems by Ministry of Justice is highly desirable
- Ability to translate and present technical knowledge and information to non-technical teams
- Ability to deliver training to staff at all levels in reference to use of systems and develop training videos/materials
- Working knowledge of business intelligence/reporting and database
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver a rounded customer service experience both written and orally, and build effective relationships with others at all levels
