Main purpose and scope of the role:

To support and work in collaboration with our lead designer at Parentkind to: 

• Develop, implement and maintain a new brand for Parentkind
• Create best-in-class design of print and digital assets, including magazines, guides, videos, website, campaign and social media assets
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders providing creative and innovative design support for Parentkind projects 

Duties and key responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the Lead Designer at Parentkind

1.Design:

• Champion the Parentkind brand across all designed assets and activities to ensure brand integrity and consistency
• Design assets which will include but are not limited to; print and digital magazines, guides, social assets, email designs, web assets, video content and PowerPoint templates
• Contribute creatively to large campaigns and activities ensuring that we are delivering best in-class and impactful design, that effectively represents and promotes our vision
• Conduct thorough quality checks on deliverables to ensure accuracy

2.Project management:

• Lead on the delivery of design activity such as guides, social and email campaigns, ensuring that design work is delivered to time and allows for revisions, sign-off and launch deadlines
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively
• Assist in managing and organising design assets, including image libraries, templates and project files

3.Collaboration:

• Work with the lead designer at Parentkind to support on projects, refine design outputs and deliver work within the Parentkind brand and to deadlines
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that design work meets the objectives of the relevant projects and is done so within the Parentkind brand

4.Continuous learning:

• Work with others across the organisation as well as independently to understand our key audiences so that the work delivered is audience-focussed
• Stay informed of the latest design trends, technologies and best practises so that Parentkind’s work is forward-thinking and impactful

Age UK's Digital & Technology division is recruiting for an Asset and Dispatch Team Leader to join our customer-centric team. The Service Desk is embarking on an exciting time as we look to create lots of new processes, procedures and working practices. The Service Desk will become the Single Point of Contact for all IT related incidents and requests.

You will lead a team of Service Desk Analysts within the Warrington office, with responsibility for tasks related to operational performance and people management. You'll be involved in reviewing and updating Service Desk related processes and procedures, co-ordinating Service Desk Analyst coaching and mentoring. This role will focus on managing Age UK hardware assets across all sites.

The team will provide first touch support for all of Age UK's IT Infrastructure - including desktop, software and mobile device management and Telephony (includes Incidents, Requests and Changes). You'll work on operational and administrative activities associated with the Service Desk - including reports, account management, moves, adds, deletes and changes.

Passionate about providing a brilliant Customer Experience, you'll be proactive in monitoring call volumes, queues and data on a daily basis to help to ensure optimal ticket levels and responsible for ticket logging and allocation within the ITSM tool, setting an example on ticket management.

Data-driven, you'll carry out Service Desk reporting and trend analysis activities and play a key role in managing the Asset database and management process.

This role offers hybrid working, where you'll spend up to 3 days a week on-site in our Warrington office, plus ad-hoc cover as requested, working the rest of the time from home.

Working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Our core hours are 08:00 until 19:00 with cover required on a rota basis across the Service Desk leadership team.

Must haves:

* Significant experience of operational management of a medium sized remote team on a busy Service Desk.
* Significant people management experience.
* Significant experience of working with and managing Incident Management and Request Fulfilment processes.
* Significant experience of managing hardware assets through their lifecycle (deploy, monitor, service, retire).
* Significant experience of working with an ITSM platform.
* Significant experience of working with a Telephony platform.
* Good understanding of effective Office 365 administration support.
* Good understanding of effective Active Directory/AAD support.
* Good understanding of Intune support.
* Passionate about providing a brilliant User Experience.
* Experience of working in an ITIL environment with a demonstrable knowledge of how ITSM processes are utilised to deliver an outstanding service.

Additional Information

This role is hybrid between home-based and your designated office(s) with up to 3 days a week on-site plus ad-hoc as requested by the IT Service Delivery Management team. You'll be expected to share management cover of the Service Desk 8-7 core hours rota with the Service Desk leadership team.

Occasional travel to other Age UK sites to enable performance of the duties and responsibilities and for the purposes of maintaining and updating professional skills and development.

Housing and Wellbeing Mentor

Hours: Full time 35 hours a week Monday to Friday

Responsible to: Tenancy Operational Lead
Location: Hybrid role with Nominal office working in Chorley, and regular travel to venues around Lancashire for tenant visits, training, and team meetings.

Lancashire Mind’s Tenancy Management Service works in partnership with several registered housing partners across Lancashire to manage a portfolio of properties on their behalf and provide tenancy support to people living with moderate mental health conditions.

We care about making a difference to people’s lives and through the provision of regular support, we work with each person to improve their mental wellbeing and build the confidence and skills to sustain their tenancy and move on to independent living.

We use an outcome-based approach, making sure that each person is involved in their own support planning from the start of their journey with us and achieve this by offering encouragement and one to one support to help each person to understand and manage their tenancy, develop social and daily living skills, gain access to essential services to manage their mental and physical health and help and guidance to maximise their benefits and improve their economic wellbeing.

Your new role

We are looking for a new Tenancy Management Worker to join our small and friendly team to manage a caseload of customers who have complex needs including mental health conditions, substance misuse, homelessness, and a possible history of offending.

Your job will be to work closely with these individuals to promote independent living and help them to achieve and sustain their tenancies. This is a challenging and varied job which is often rewarding, particularly when the people we have supported achieve their own goals and move on to build better lives.

What you will need to succeed

You will need experience of working with people with complex needs ideally in a supported or social housing setting and have the resilience to support people with a diverse range of mental health conditions to overcome barriers to independent living.

It is important that the right candidate is an excellent communicator, able to listen and understand people’s needs but also confident communicating and liaising with other local services and partner agencies to ensure each person has the right support in place.

An excellent working knowledge of safeguarding practices for protecting vulnerable people is also key to this role and the successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate proven experience of this.

Ideally, an understanding of the issues which arise within the social housing sector or experience working in a similar role would be an advantage.

You will need to be a good team player, with the ability to work well with others and be able to work on your own initiative with minimum supervision.

This is an essential car user role as it requires extensive travel to and from tenants’ properties in Lancashire.

The Role In Brief

This position plays a central role in the delivery of Koreo’s work; responsible for a portfolio of the company’s biggest and most established programmes. It will be a varied role and will require someone to lead project teams in the design and delivery of high quality national learning programmes, while also playing a key role in the development of Koreo as an organisation
better able to build a just and regenerative future.

1. Responsible for the successful delivery and development of a portfolio of national learning programmes and projects. This portfolio of work is primarily focused on cross-sector learning programmes that bring cohorts of people together around learning missions. Examples include Civic Futures and the London Engagement Collaborative
with the GLA.
2. Responsible for sustaining and growing the portfolio, and with it Koreo’s profile, network, and income. This might be focused on developing the existing programmes in the portfolio, or could include wider writing, public speaking, pitching and networking
which support the distribution of the work.
3. An internal leadership role in developing a just and inclusive culture in which a diverse team can do its best work. This includes line management of one Project Coordinator, development of organisational practice and process, and work with the team on culture and development.

Successful candidates will likely be interested in subjects like collective impact, new approaches to power, working in and with complex systems, organisational design and psychology, participatory futures, activism and organising, multi-disciplinary practice, and much more that we don’t know about yet.

● An ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a range of stakeholders, with excellent verbal and written skills.

Operational Excellence:

● Experience working in a role which required excellent project planning, management & reporting. 

● Experience working in a role in which you were responsible for building and then delivering against project budgets.

● Experience working with a CRM to manage relationships and programmes of work.

We are seeking candidates with experience in managing the development,  production and delivery of web content and digital products, including e-learning resources, videos, podcasts, and images, for a high traffic and information rich website.

The successful candidate will have experience of implementing a digital-first strategy which supports and refines customer-focused outputs. You will be versed in content management systems (e.g. WordPress), information architecture, and user-experience (UX) design as it pertains to effective usability and accessibility. You will have experience of the daily operation and fluid maintenance of a large website and platform that works for our audiences and supports our wider business development aims of generating interest and sales in SCIE’s products and services.

You will have experience of managing external contractors (e.g. designers, photographers, illustrators, developers, etc.) as well as using tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Hotjar, and understanding how web statistics and user feedback collection and analysis can help us engage with our audiences better.

You will understand the digital needs of a wide range of SCIE’s stakeholders, including for example, people with visual impairments and people with learning disabilities, and how to ensure that our digital products and web content work for all audiences.

Our Surrey Volunteer Recruitment Manager (VRM) works closely with VRMs in Herts and London and our marketing team to promote the MCR programme to organisations and individuals.  The purpose is to recruit committed volunteers who will mentor a young person in their school for one hour a week during term time. Based from home, our VRMs work closely with the wider MCR team ensuring a balance of autonomy and support. Travel to meetings, events and the Hertfordshire office are all reimbursed.

Who we are looking for:

A Permanent Customer Relations and Sales Officer to work as part of a centralised sales team, which leads all Autism Know How sales, logistic and customer support enquiries.

Managing all aspects of the customer sales journey, this role will lead and deliver an effective, timely and professional customer journey and experience, maximising income potential and repeat business to ensure performance against team sales targets and to enable the society to continue to improve its offering for autistic people.

This role will work closely with colleagues across Autism Know How, Marketing, CRM and Business Development departments, and other relevant NAS teams where required. 

This role will also deliver general administration and data processing as required.

We are now seeking a Digital Communications Lead (maternity cover) who will develop and deliver our digital communications to build awareness, understanding and engagement with Rewilding Britain and our mission. This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast growing charity and directly contribute to the growth of the rewilding movement.

Job purpose: 

To lead the development and delivery of Rewilding Britain's digital communications output, to inform, engage and activate audiences in support of our charitable aims.

Objectives of the role: 

Social media

• In line with our organisational objectives, lead on building our profile, reputation and engagement on social media with key audiences.

• Plan and deliver inspiring and effective social media content, including as part of engagement campaigns, fundraising appeals, and initiative launches, and in support of our partners and members. 

• Ensure that Rewilding Britain is using the best possible tools and techniques, by drawing on your own knowledge of the digital landscape and trends and staying up to date with changing trends.

• Guide colleagues across the organisation to capture and create social content in order to maximise opportunities to engage others with rewilding

• Take responsibility for monitoring social media and community building, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to social media enquiries. 

• Support with the development of social media and other digital policies and style guides. 
   

Email marketing

• Develop and deliver a schedule of email marketing for the organisation, including for fundraising and political engagement campaigns.

• Optimise email marketing by A/B testing content regularly to maximise performance and by making design and content improvements as the digital landscape evolves. 

• Use audience segmentation in support of campaigns, drawing on data from our CRM.
   

Website content & maintenance

• Work with the Content Manager and other team members to create new and updated web content in line with the Content Strategy, that is engaging, accurate and on-brand.

• Ensure web content is optimised for SEO and usability, advising and training staff on best practice.

• Contribute to team efforts to enhance the website as an engagement tool, including liaising with agencies where relevant. 

Other

• Track, monitor and report on digital activity to prove impact and maximise effectiveness. 

• Oversee/brief colleagues and freelancers, where relevant, to deliver discrete pieces of digital content for Rewilding Britain's channels.

• Contribute digital expertise to wider organisational projects and activities in support of our objectives. 

• Support the team in delivering Rewilding Britain webinars and events.
   

Essential skills, experience and behaviours

Experience

• At least three years' experience in a digital management role in a comparable organisation, overseeing digital communications to further organisational objectives. 

• Proven experience in managing social media channels in a professional role.

• Experience in producing and optimising email marketing (ideally using Mailchimp).

• Experience in managing and optimising website content.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital monitoring tools.

• In-depth experience and understanding of current social and digital communications tools, landscape and trends.

Skills

• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.

• Skills in creative content developments, such as video and photo editing, ideally using Adobe Creative Suite. 

• Skilled digital planner, with a track record of inspiring and leading on digital.

• Good grasp of conservation and ecology.
   

Personal qualities

• Proactive, creative and flexible approach with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively and autonomously from home, while also working collaboratively as part of a tight-knit team.

Terms and conditions and staff benefits

This role is as maternity cover (9 months with possibility of extension).

This is a full time 5 day (35 hour) a week position, but we are open to a conversation with candidates who are seeking a role of 28-35 hours a week.

There will be some freedom for the person to determine their own working arrangements each week, within limitations, providing the work is delivered.

The salary is £35-40,000 f.t.e. per annum, dependent on skills and experience.

Rewilding Britain employees benefit from 25 days annual leave per year (pro rata for part time roles), rising to 30 days over 5 years. A generous employer-matched pension scheme is also available.

We are a virtual team who work from home and/or co-working spaces. We will support you to achieve a suitable virtual working environment. Some meetings are held face to face across Britain, so a willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays is desirable.

INTRAC exists to promote positive social change. We do this by strengthening the wider ecosystems of civil society support and also by supporting civil society organisations themselves. About the role

As Project Officer you will play a central role in the delivery of INTRAC’s consultancy assignments and grant funded projects. This will involve coordinating short and long term projects, involving staff and consultants through our global network and clients around the world, ensuring effective and quality delivery. We carry out a wide variety of assignments, ranging from project evaluations to bespoke in-house training and learning partner roles for complex, multi-country civil society strengthening programmes.

You will work on a range of activities, such as organising and supporting online learning sessions, meetings or focus groups, coordinating feedback, communicating with team members and clients, administrative tasks, to support the smooth running and success of our work.

You will have an eye for detail, experience providing administrative and coordination support to complex projects and will be comfortable carrying out a number of tasks with competing deadlines at the same time.

As Viva’s Head of Impact, you will work closely with the Network Partnerships Team Leadership to lead the development of a new approach to Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning, with the primary purpose of supporting partner networks to know their impact and share learning with each other. • Network health: You will work closely with the Network Partnerships Leadership Team to review Viva’s Network Health Check process and develop a system designed to support partner networks to build strong and sustainable networks
• Reviewing project delivery: You will work closely with Network Coaches to agree the most efficient outworking of the MEAL Framework with the Viva partner networks for projects where Viva has brokered funding.
• Evaluating Viva’s work: You will lead the process of evaluating Viva’s work, including but not limited to needs assessments, baseline survey, final evaluation, data quality audits, collecting monitoring data, network satisfaction surveys, and field supervision.
• Representing Viva: You will at different times and ways represent Viva externally, for example, through speaking in churches, prayer meetings, meeting with other Christian organisations.

This role will suit you if you:

• have at least a Bachelor’s degree in impact measurement or international development with a MEAL module, or a related field
• are experienced in working in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning-related functions or related field

This is a part-time role for Viva, based anywhere in the world where Viva can employ you. If based in the UK, the full-time salary range is £36,000 to £40,000 per annum (pro-rata), depending on experience.
