Combat Stress is the UK’s leading mental health charity for veterans. For over a century we’ve been helping former service personnel deal with issues like post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety and depression. Today we provide specialist treatment and support for veterans from every service and conflict, focusing on those with complex mental health issues related to their military service. About the role:
In this role, you will lead in creating a culture in which all aspects of clinical governance are embedded to ensure that our commitment to deliver effective high quality care is continuously maintained, providing a safe, effective and rewarding experience for veterans throughout the recovery journey. You will lead on our audits and complaints functions; by ensuring we remain compliant with statutory clinical regulations and ensuring that if veterans have cause to complain, their complaints are dealt with in a timely and professional way and the organisation learns from when things go wrong. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills enabling them to inspire, motivate and influence colleagues across the organisation. The ability to communicate effectively across all levels and disciplines is essential; as is the requirement to travel to our other sites.

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Family Wellbeing Service that support families across Surrey with wellbeing and mental health literacy as well as specific EBSNA and ND support. Work proactively, use their own initiative and work unsupported to achieve tasks. The administrator will provide administrative support to a service that is currently in development, with plans to grow over 4 years, with 8 practitioners as well as liaise with partner agencies and stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of this service
Responsibilities
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Office suite, mail chimp, poll daddy and Survey Monkey
 - Answering telephone and email queries from partner organisations, external agencies and parents/carers
 - Contacting families via the telephone and email, that are referred to Eikon Family Wellbeing Service
 - Production and creation of letters, correspondence, leaflets, newsletters and supporting the production of website content
 - General administration work including filing, archiving, retrieving information and documents
 - Provide, record and report the appropriate data to ensure support programmes can be accurately monitored and evaluated
 - Set up and maintain excel spreadsheet that tracks and monitors status of all cases referred to the service
 - Support the Service Delivery Manager in the maintenance and monitoring of the service tracker
 - Create and maintain processes for receiving service feedback and monitoring and reporting service impact data
 - Be responsible for entering Direct Referrals and Mindworks referrals on to organisation database along with any corresponding case allocation administration
 - On-boarding of new referrals ensuring are contacted within the agreed contract guidelines. Once initial calls are completed, to ensure these are moved to the correct service pathway
 - Monitor the return of consent and registration forms
 - Carry out administrative tasks associated with follow-up on all missed sessions, cancellations, queries and case closures
 - Create, maintain and monitor a booking system for individual, group and online sessions and all corresponding tasks e.g. room booking, calendar updates and sending meeting links/information to recipients
 - Create and support the monitoring of wait lists for the various services and subsequent case allocation to practitioners
 - Carry out ‘check in’ communications with families on our waiting list and escalate any new concerns to appropriate staff
 - Record all communications with families and professionals related to specific cases on Evide
 - Create, maintain and monitor attendance lists for any groups
 - Ensure all data and information is uploaded onto all relevant databases
 - To organise the administration of all group work delivered by the Family Wellbeing team, in both schools and community settings
 - To support Service Delivery Manager with the review of wait list and active cases with practitioners to ensure all sessions and meetings have been planned in and appropriate actions taken and recorded

Senior Night Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker

Job Title: Senior Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker
Location: Based in Catford in a well connected area near Bellingham, Catford, and Catford Bridge stations, with nearby bus stops. Please be kindly aware there is no step free access at this location and some of our other sites.
Salary: £28,000
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday on a rota which includes 3 to 4 night shifts a week between 20:00 - 08:30. There may be some flexibility required around these hours as per service requirements.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker to cover the night shift in our service based in Lewisham which offers specialist intensive rehabilitation for people who require more enhanced interventions than that which is offered by commissioned community services. We support residents who live with us for up to nine months and have been discharged from acute wards to avoid admission into inpatient rehabilitation. We support our residents to step down into less supported accommodation to become more independent and integrated into the community.
In this role, you will be the main point of contact during the night shift, leading the team by example and providing specialist support to empower the team and residents to ensure resident safety, wellbeing, and progress towards their recovery goals. You will support in managing and creating an environment everyone feels safe and empowered, and are building relationships with relevant partners and individuals key towards their journey. You will create support plans, plan and hold activities, and further support them to achieve greater independence. you’ll deliver one to one therapeutic support, act as a key worker, and help residents develop the skills and confidence to manage their mental health and wellbeing. You’ll also contribute to support plans, reflective learning, and team development, while maintaining a safe and positive living environment through effective housing management and day to day support. The night shift plays a crucial role in continuing the high quality care provided during the day, ensuring a safe, respectful, and responsive environment for residents. night staff are expected to remain awake, alert, and actively engaged throughout their shift. Sleeping while on duty is strictly prohibited and may lead to disciplinary action, including dismissal for gross misconduct.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Being the lead point of contact for the night shift, supporting the team and residents with specific needs and queries
 - Supporting night shifts across two residential properties.
 - Providing tailored, person centred support that promotes recovery, rehabilitation and independence.
 - Helping residents build skills and confidence to move towards independent or supported living.
 - Monitoring residents’ wellbeing, carrying out regular checks, and responding to any incidents or emergencies.
 - Fostering a positive, empowering, and recovery focused environment.
 - Maintain accurate records and handovers to ensure effective communication between shifts.
 - Ensuring a calm, safe, and supportive environment that promotes positive engagement and progress.

About You

You’ll provide high quality care, working collaboratively as part of a supportive team that values communication, empathy, and empowerment. You will be able to be proactive and continue supporting our residents even during quieter hours, supporting with ensuring the service runs smoothly and you are actively engaged with the wider team and residents, supporting the team to stay motivated and working together to achieve the service KPI's.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Previous experience working with people with multiple complex backgrounds/needs, mental health, substance misuse, alcohol, and behaviours
 - Previous experience creating co-produced support plans, key working, and care planning, providing appropriate interventions for service users
 - Previous experience in a similar position, where you can share your skills knowledge, and experience to support others
 - Ability to be a point of contact and specialist in the service to support the team and residents with various queries and challenges
 - IT Proficiency; ability to learn new software and basic Microsoft

As part of the NFCC People, Culture and Leadership (PCL) Hub this post plays a key role in supporting and enabling fire and rescue services (FRS) to drive organisational and culture change.
The postholder will provide comprehensive co-ordination and high-level administrative support to the PCL Hub Team and the PCL Strategic Plan, including a range of leadership development programmes and learning opportunities.They will support the PCL catalogue through the monitoring of risk/issue logs, assisting the development of new products, and co-ordinating short and long-term approaches to evaluation.
The postholder will coordinate the establishment, delivery and maintenance of a high-quality customer service approach and appropriate levels of administrative support for all PCL Hub activities.

Business and Administration Coordinator
Coordinate the administrative function of the Southwark Catholic Youth Service, ensuring the smooth planning, and evaluation of youth events, training programmes, pilgrimages, and Mission Team administration. The post-holder acts as the central operational hub for planning, finance, admin, communications and volunteer coordination, ensuring systems and logistics run efficiently and on time so the Director and mission staff can focus on strategy and operational delivery. Key Responsibilities
1) Strategic Administration & Planning
a) Maintain the master events calendar, ensuring all youth service activities are scheduled, planned and tracked.
