We have an opportunity for a Retail Online Hub Assistant to join us in Midsomer Norton. You will join us working 21 hours per week (Monday-Saturday rota) initially on a fixed term contract until 31st January 2025, and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £12,600 per annum plus excellent benefits.

Responsibilities of our Retail Online Hub Assistant:
As Retail Online Hub Assistant your primary focus will be to process and list donations on the donated online hub operation to maximize our donated online income stream. You will work collaboratively with shop management and volunteers to deliver a robust operation and positive customer experience.

- Experience of listing and selling items on online platforms (Professional or personal).
- A competent level of IT literacy including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Following the success of the new NOAH Enterprise store in Hitchin, the Senior Store Manager will manage a new NOAH Enterprise flagship store and maximise profits by ensuring exceptional customer service standards, correct pricing, stock and window displays and the management of volunteers. They will also act as retail sales supervisor for 4 other NOAH stores and train staff and volunteers in consistent best practice.
Key responsibilities
* Customer Experience and Service: Welcome customers warmly, maintain an inviting atmosphere, and train and oversee retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Visual Merchandising and Operations: Maintain correct pricing, sizing, and stock displays. Ensure high standards of visual presentation and cleanliness in all areas.
* Team Management and Motivation: Set and communicate targets to shop teams, motivating them to achieve goals. Conduct regular floor walks to maintain standards and provide feedback.
* Promotions and Sales: Implement promotions in alignment with the guidance of the Retail Operations Manager. Actively promote Gift Aid and achieve conversion targets.
* Back of House Management: Manage and control stock effectively. Recruit and manage volunteers, collaborating with the Marketing Manager for recruitment materials. Maintain compliance with cash handling, security, health, and safety procedures and provide regular reporting to the Retail Operations Manager.
The Senior Shop Manager will have a minimum of three years' experience managing a charity or clothing retail store. The successful post holder will have experience in cybertil systems, an understanding of charity retail and solid customer service experience. You will have experience successfully managing staff and volunteers and demonstrate understanding and respect for NOAH Enterprise's values of Care, Compassion, and Commitment. The ideal candidate would have some knowledge and understanding of Fundraising and Marketing.
The role will be based in Hertfordshire where the new flagship store will be opening (exact location TBC). The successful post holder will need to take a flexible approach to working hours (within the scope of the agreed working week) and will need to work evenings and weekends on occasion. There is a TOIL policy in place for any additional hours worked. Occasional travel will be required for meetings, staff days and training. You will have a full driving license and access to your own transport. All travel expenses for work will be covered.

As the Senior CRM Database Officer, you will combine your strong CRM technical and analytical skills with excellent communication skills to ensure that all our internal & external stakeholders are presented with accurate, accessible data. You will work within the Fundraising Operations team (FrOps) providing quality CRM data related support and advice to Fundraising CRM users in line with team service levels and performance targets. In this role, you will identify, implement and write up process improvements; develop & deliver complex data campaign mailing selections & analytics to Fundraising CRM system users for direct marketing purposes; provide support and cover for data import processes and deliver training and procedure guides. You will also maintain and develop our CRM data systems, ensuring our data accuracy & integrity meets all Fundraising compliance standards.
This is a permanent full-time role. We offer flexible working with at least one day per week (Tuesday) based in our London office near Aldgate East, Aldgate and Liverpool Street stations.

You will support colleagues and partners to develop high-quality proposal packages for priority donors, and ensure their timely submission. You will coordinate proposals and reporting internally, and ensure all documents produced for donors meet their criteria, as well as follow Fauna & Flora approval and submission procedures. There is a strong capacity development element to this work, and you will share knowledge, learning and resources across Fauna & Flora to maximise success rate and promote best practice in grant management and donor stewardship. You may also develop and deliver training packages, in Cambridge and potentially overseas. Experience of working with government funding sources, be they bilateral and/or multilateral, is essential for this role. You will have proven experience of securing restricted funding from government sources, and a strong understanding of how statutory donors and funding programmes support the achievement of international targets and government priorities. Knowledge of and experience in biodiversity conservation, the development sector, and/or climate is an asset; a commitment to learning and supporting these sectors is essential. New Horizon Youth Centre runs a busy day centre from Monday to Friday, providing basic needs to young people experiencing homelessness and a one-stop-shop for housing advice, youth work activities, counselling, jobs, education and training support.
