ROLE BACKGROUND:
Youth Enquiry Service (YES) is a charity that has supported young people in High Wycombe and the surrounding areas for over 40 years. We have an established reputation for offering accessible, friendly, and safe services for young people, which includes one-to-one counselling, sexual health information, and drop-in information, advice, and guidance.
This is an exciting time for YES, as we have recently been awarded funding to expand our services as an early-intervention mental health support hub for young people. This expansion will enable us to significantly increase capacity within our pre-existing services, as well as set up several new services including schools-based counselling, peer support groups for young people and for their parents/carers, and a young person’s advisory board who will help shape YES services.

What is the role about?
A new project to support survivors of Domestic Abuse named 'SAFER' means we have a vacancy in the Administration Team. Undertaking a range of administration tasks to support the Kent Team in their day to day operations helping people affected by crime. Using a range of databases to enter or retrieve information, communicating with colleagues, the police and other agencies by e-mail and telephone and receiving and responding to internal and external queries and referrals.
You will need:

We’re a small charity that brings communities together to create cleaner, connected and safer urban and rural neighbourhoods by tackling the litter problems where they live. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Wellbeing Support Worker to join our Flintshire Wellbeing service. Shelter Sheffield provide housing advice and support to people across the city with a focus on emergency homelessness, intensive support for children and families, people experiencing domestic abuse and people with multiple and complex needs. We take a holistic approach to help people deal with interrelated issues that can impact their ability to keep a home and help over 5000 people a year while also working to change the underlying systems that cause the housing emergency.
About the role
You will be the first point of contact for in-person and telephone callers to the service - taking client details, providing information and working with advisers to direct enquiries to the right people.
You’ll provide administrative support and have responsibility for designing and developing office systems and processes, data input, extraction and analysis and finance administration. You will provide cover on the front of desks of both our sites: Cancer Support Centre, Northumberland Road and our Charity Hub, Whitham Road which will include:
· Meeting and greeting visitors including supporters and patients and acting as their first point of contact for any queries.
· Dealing with telephone, email and postal enquiries across the organisation
· During cover period, you may be required to open and close the patient spaces, as part of a wider team rota.
· Booking in and logging patients onto the relevant records and databases to provide accurate data.

· Co-ordinating the Transport service, including supporting and co-ordinating the volunteer drivers.

Lambeth Step Forward Recovery Cluster is an accommodation based service, set across Lambeth including hub sites situated in Brixton and West Norwood. The service provides care and support to over 60 customers living with enduring long term mental health. We also provide a service for two short-term post hospital discharge schemes for customers, who need support following hospital admission.
The role of our Support Worker play's a crucial role in fulfilling our customers expectations, making a positive difference and where appropriate supporting customers to step down to a lower level of support. Our Support Worker's are guided and mentored by 2 team leaders alongside a Contract Manager and as part of the team you will be developing and sustaining a good quality service to all our customers. An essential part of this role involves developing good partnership working with a range of professional's and maintaining excellent record keeping in line with our compliance management. More importantly, you will be required to oversee support planning, updating Risk Management Plans, and Keyworking. As Supporter Engagement Officer you’ll play a key role in helping us to engage new and existing supporters as well as helping to deliver first-class stewardship to retain support and build trust. Directly supporting the Direct Marketing and Legacy Manager and working closely with all of the Supporter Engagement team it would be beneficial if you have previous experience or an interest in Fundraising. The service will be a valuable point of contact for anyone affected by crime at any time to contact and receive help, support and information. It will be busy and fast paced receiving referrals and calls of varying nature from a variety of people, and working to provide an offer of support by a victim's preferred method and time of contact.

About the role:
The role of Triage and Early Interventions Officer (TEIO) is a fast paced one which requires the post holder to answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to victims of crime and those accessing the service in Cumbria.
As a TEIO, you will;
- answer incoming calls, speaking to those affected by crime & manage a caseload
- make outgoing calls, assess needs and risks and action plan with callers
- work on the case management system to allocate cases, provide administration on cases and assess/ensure data quality
- liaise with other agencies where required to find out more information, give information or make referrals or give signposting information
- work with the wider team to ensure an effective, trauma informed service is given to those affected by crime
You will be a confident, compassionate and empathic person who can work well under pressure. You will be speaking to people who may be upset, angry or in emotional difficulties and will need to be composed, empathic and be able to quickly assess situations.
You will be confident in using your IT skills to work on a case management system, access phone and online systems, email and Microsoft Office programmes.

We are looking for an experienced youth practitioner to manage our youth team and work within the enact team to develop a range of engaging activities and training opportunities for young people with particular focus on those aged 10 to 19 in the Enfield community.
The Senior Youth and Community Worker needs to be a passionate, enthusiastic and professional. They will lead the youth team to create community-based opportunities for the whole family, in accordance with the ethos and values of Oasis. The Senior Youth worker will also support the enact team to develop and be involved in community cohesion projects involving children, families and youth.
