We have rewarding opportunities available for two Female* Crisis House Peer Support Workers to join our team across Bath & North East Somerset and Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW) based in Swindon. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis working 37.5 hours per week across rotating shifts Monday to Sunday including days, evenings and sleep-ins, to meet the needs of the Service. In return, you will receive a competitive salary £26,227 per annum, plus £70 per sleep-in (the expectation is 1 sleep-in per week is required) plus benefits.

As an Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA), you will provide specialist, trauma-informed and survivor-centred advocacy to survivors across Lincolnshire. You will support individuals whether or not they choose to report to the police, helping them understand their rights and options, access appropriate services and make informed decisions about their support.
For clients who choose to report, you will help them navigate every stage of the criminal justice process, from making an initial report and progressing through a police investigation to decisions made by the Crown Prosecution Service and any subsequent court proceedings. You will explain complex processes in a clear and accessible way, provide regular updates, liaise with criminal justice agencies, support clients to prepare for court and attend court with them where required.
You will provide consistent, independent advocacy throughout each client’s journey, ensuring their voice, choices and wellbeing remain central. You will work closely with the police, courts, Crown Prosecution Service, health services, safeguarding teams and voluntary-sector partners, while remaining independent from the criminal justice system.
The role includes managing a varied caseload, developing individual support and safety plans, identifying and responding to risk, maintaining accurate and confidential records, and advocating confidently on behalf of clients. You will be supported by an experienced management team, regular supervision, specialist training and a wider multidisciplinary team passionate about delivering exceptional services.

About Pathway to Protection CIC
Pathway to Protection CIC is a newly established Community Interest Company being developed to provide a single point of contact and coordinated pathway of support for victims and survivors of domestic abuse.
Our aim is to develop referral pathways with the police, domestic abuse refuges, local authorities, social services, healthcare providers and other statutory and voluntary-sector organisations.
Following appropriate assessment and safeguarding, individuals will be supported to access relevant specialist services, including refuge and housing support, advocacy, counselling, welfare assistance and legal advice and representation.
Where legal assistance is required, we intend to establish a transparent and independent panel/referral network of suitably experienced solicitors and law firms, preserving client choice and the independence of the CIC.
The Role
This is a hands-on development role. Working closely with the Founder/Director, you will take a leading role in building the infrastructure required to launch the organisation.
Key responsibilities will include:
developing and implementing a clear project plan for launching the CIC;
designing referral, intake, triage and onward-referral pathways;
developing safeguarding, confidentiality, data protection and case-management policies and procedures;
building relationships and referral pathways with police, refuges, local authorities, social services, healthcare providers and other relevant organisations;
developing a transparent framework for a panel/network of independent solicitors and specialist service providers;
identifying and developing strategic partnerships;
researching suitable grants, trusts, foundations, commissioning opportunities and other funding streams;
developing a funding pipeline and preparing high-quality grant, bid and commissioning applications;
assisting with budgets, monitoring frameworks, outcomes and evidence of impact required by funders;
supporting appropriate governance and operational structures; and
establishing clear and measurable milestones towards sustainable service delivery.
About You
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
project or programme management within the charity, CIC, voluntary or public sector;
establishing or developing a charity, CIC, community service or social-impact project;
domestic abuse or Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) services;
safeguarding and multi-agency working;
grant and bid writing, fundraising or commissioning; and
partnership and stakeholder development.
Previous success in securing grant or commissioned funding would be a significant advantage.
Knowledge of domestic abuse referral pathways, IDVA services, MARAC and multi-agency safeguarding arrangements would also be highly desirable.
You should be proactive, organised and capable of taking ownership of a project from concept through to implementation, with excellent written communication, project-planning and stakeholder-management skills.
What Success Will Look Like
By the end of the initial six-month contract, we expect substantial progress towards:
an established operational and safeguarding framework;
functioning referral and case-management processes;
relationships with key referral partners;
an independent legal referral/panel framework;
a clear funding strategy and active funding pipeline;
grant and commissioning applications submitted or in development; and
a practical plan for sustainable service delivery.

SARA is looking for a Sessional Helpline Worker to support our helpline and digital services by providing emotional support to survivors of sexual violence on at least one of our helpline and digital services shifts every two weeks. You will also be required to attend group clinical supervision once a month and attend our 'introduction to working with sexual violence' training (all supervision and training time will be paid for). The National Safeguarding Panel (NSP) is seeking to appoint TWO representatives from a survivor's organisation that works with individuals affected by faith-based abuse to join its independent scrutiny and advisory body.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the safeguarding work of the Church of England by offering strategic insight, scrutiny, and challenge from the perspective of survivors. The NSP plays a vital role in shaping safeguarding policy and practice, ensuring that the voices of victims and survivors are heard and meaningfully integrated into decision-making.
Role Expectation
Time Commitment: Approx. 6-8 meetings per year, plus preparation
Term: 3 years, renewable for 2 years

Remuneration and Expenses
A fee of £25 per hour will be paid for attendance at meetings, along with reimbursement for travel expenses. The NEST service provides trauma informed, community-based support to young women and girls aged 14-25 at risk of entering or becoming entrenched in the Criminal Justice System. The role of the NEST Advocate is to provide dedicated one-to-one support to young women and girls, building trusted relationships and coordinating practical support to build their confidence and help stabilise their lives across areas including education, housing, health, employment and interaction with justice services.
As a YWG Senior Advocate you will be responsible for managing a small caseload of young women and girls, while also supervising two YWG Advocates, providing formal and informal supervision and support. This will include oversight of safeguarding for the girls and young women they work with and supporting the quality control of the service, including regular dip-checks and data input.
