About the Role 

Reporting to the Senior Communications & Engagement Manager as part of a highly functioning and creative team, this vital role will work across all media and channels to raise the profile of USPG and its partners and their work: 

• Oversee the day-to-day running of our website and social media channels. 

• Liaise with colleagues and partners to gather information and use it to create engaging collateral which informs, inspires, and sometimes challenges. 

• Support the digital growth of USPG through SEO and Analytics

• Monthly digital and media reporting

About You  

You are an organised and digitally aware communications professional. You can take complex subjects and communicate about them in simple and effective ways that speak to specific audiences. You understand the importance of reporting on website and social media performance to understand USPG’s audience and to adjust and improve. You are comfortable working in a small and creative team and are confident speaking to the wider organisation. You can juggle numerous projects and deadlines at one time.

You will demonstrate considerable cross-cultural awareness and an ability to communicate in a way that is sensitive and appropriate. You demonstrate an aptitude for collaborative teamwork and the ability to work independently on your initiative. It is expected that the postholder will be inspired by the work of USPG and in agreement with its Christian ethos and that they will be comfortable writing in a way which reflects this.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

The Head of Estates & Facilities is responsible for providing operational oversight of the Hospice estate, facilities management, health & safety, security and compliance functions across all Hospice and retail locations.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Knowledge & Approach

• NEBOSH National Diploma (or equivalent Level 6 H&S qualification).
• Proven experience in estates, facilities or maintenance environment

About the role

Church Action on Poverty is a small, national charity working alongside people in poverty to build dignity, agency and power, and to end poverty in the UK. We're looking for a Finance Assistant to join our friendly finance team and help keep our organisation running smoothly.

You'll maintain accurate financial records, support colleagues across the country with day-to-day finance queries, and help our Finance Manager keep our systems and processes in good shape. It's a varied, hands-on role at the heart of a movement working to end poverty.

What you'll be doing

● Keeping our financial systems accurate and up to date through careful record-keeping.

We are looking to appoint a full-time Audio-Visual Production Engineer with good organisational skills to help facilitate production in the growing ministries at Holy Trinity Cambridge, working with and reporting to the Senior Worship Pastor.

A thriving musical worship ministry is in the DNA of HT. Worship is one of our core values; we believe that when we worship, we seek not just to praise him, but also to encounter him and be transformed by him. 

Our worship and production team operate as one team and is made up of over 100 volunteers. During normal university term time, we have four Sunday services – all these services utilise band-led worship and we employ everything from the newest songs to contemporary re-workings of ancient hymns. We regularly live-stream our services and events and, having recently upgraded our livestreaming equipment, are keen to develop and grow the volunteers who help to implement these online services.

This is primarily an audio- and team-focused job, but you will be working alongside the Worship Team and other HT ministries to deliver the audio-visual production (including live-stream) aspect of the HT worship ministry. About the opportunity 
 

You will help drive the quality and impact of our key stage 2 (KS2), key stage 3 (KS3) and key stage 4 (KS4) English tutoring programmes through improving our English resources. Supporter Marketing Coordinator

Contract type: Permanent, Full Time, 35 hours per week.

UK hybrid working – a minimum of 40 % of working time is spent face-to-face (London office, external meetings or travel). 60/40 hybrid working at WaterAid means roughly three days wherever you work best and two days together in person.

About the team 

The Supporter Marketing team sits at the heart of WaterAid’s relationship with its supporters, delivering impactful campaigns that raise income, build engagement and drive public awareness. Working across acquisition, retention and integrated campaigns, the team plays a vital role in growing and strengthening supporter relationships at scale. 

About the role 

As our Supporter Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in enabling the delivery of high-impact marketing and fundraising campaigns, working closely with campaign managers and senior stakeholders across the organisation. 

You’ll help keep campaigns running smoothly, ensuring plans, data, budgets and reporting are well managed, while also contributing directly to campaign delivery through defined activities and test-and-learn projects. 

This is a great opportunity to build experience in campaign delivery, reporting and stakeholder coordination within a fast-paced, purpose-driven marketing team. 

In this role, you will: 

• Coordinate the planning and delivery of supporter marketing activity, ensuring timelines and key milestones are met 
• Support delivery of major campaigns (e.g. Winter appeals, Regular Giving programmes) by coordinating inputs, actions and deadlines 
• Work with campaign managers to deliver activity, taking ownership of defined components such as assets, approvals and data requests 
• Coordinate weekly performance reporting and produce clear summaries to support decision-making 
• Own the purchase order and invoicing process, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance of spend 
• Maintain team trackers, plans and workflows, ensuring clear visibility and alignment across teams 
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. Digital, Finance, Brand and agencies) to support effective delivery 
• Contribute to improving team processes and ways of working
• Champion WaterAid’s commitment to equity, inclusion and safeguarding. 

Requirements

To be successful, you will need: 

• Experience in a coordination, administrative or operational role, ideally in a marketing, fundraising or similar environment 
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines 
• Confidence working with stakeholders across different teams 
• Good numerical skills and experience supporting financial processes such as invoicing or budget tracking 

Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have: 

• Experience working in a charity, marketing or fundraising environment 
• An interest in developing a career in marketing or fundraising

From timetables to room setups, from welcoming participants to sharing what we do across our community and local organisations, you’ll help create a vibrant, inclusive programme of activities designed to bring older people together and end social isolation. 

We are a small, friendly team of Trustees and staff, committed to making the Centre the hub of community life. Ideally you will have experience relevant to the post but the right qualities to provide a caring, inclusive environment are most important. 

The postholder will work 2 days a week, on Tuesday and Wednesday. There may be an option to increase to Thursdays in the future. Additional benefits include 25 days holiday per year pro rata and a pension scheme. Training relevant to the post will be provided.

JOB PURPOSE

To coordinate Dudley Lodge's impact reporting, fundraising support and business development activities across the organisation.

The postholder will support income generation by identifying funding opportunities, maintaining funding pipelines, coordinating fundraising activity, supporting funding applications and helping Dudley Lodge evidence and communicate the impact of its work to commissioners, funders, donors and stakeholders.

Working closely with the Head of Support Services, Head of Operations and Service Leads, the postholder will collect, collate and report impact and outcomes information, support fundraising and business development activities and contribute to the organisation's sustainability and growth.

Impact Reporting and Communications

• Coordinate systems for collecting, recording and reporting impact, outcomes and stakeholder feedback data across Dudley Lodge services.
• Work with Heads of Service and Service Leads to gather feedback, case studies, testimonials and other evidence of service delivery, outcomes and organisational impact.
• Coordinate feedback collection from service users, parents, family members, professionals, commissioners and stakeholders.
• Produce impact summaries, dashboards and data reports for internal and external audiences.
• Coordinate the development of Dudley Lodge's assessment and Support Services' annual impact reports.
• Support the development of systems to collect and report information relating to longer-term outcomes for families.
• Ensure impact information is accurate, accessible and available to support reporting, funding applications and service development activities.
• Support the preparation of commissioner updates, funder reports, stakeholder briefings and annual impact publications.
• Gather, collate and present information, data, case studies and outcomes to support organisational reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare draft reports, updates and communications for review by Heads of Service and Service Leads.
• Coordinate the production and distribution of approved reports, updates and communications.
• Support the dissemination of impact reports, funding updates and organisational achievements.
• Maintain records of stakeholder communications, reporting requirements and submission deadlines.

Fundraising and Income Generation

• Support the organisation to achieve fundraising and income generation targets.
• Research and monitor trusts, foundations, corporate, statutory and tender opportunities, maintaining accurate records of prospective funders, deadlines and reporting requirements.
• Maintain an up-to-date funding pipeline and funding calendar.
• Gather and coordinate evidence, data and supporting information required for grant applications, tenders, expressions of interest and funding reports.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of funding applications and tender responses.
• Coordinate fundraising appeals and donor engagement activities.
• Draft and distribute appeal letters, donor updates and stewardship communications.
• Support funder reporting and grant monitoring requirements.
• Monitor emerging funding opportunities and sector developments and share opportunities with relevant managers.

Systems and Administration

• Maintain accurate fundraising, impact and stakeholder engagement records.
• Support the development and maintenance of databases and reporting systems.
• Coordinate surveys, consultations and feedback exercises.
• Produce regular reports to support management, governance and business development activities.
• Ensure information is recorded, stored and managed in accordance with GDPR and organisational policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and efficiency across impact data collection and reporting, fundraising and stakeholder reporting activities.
• Undertake any other duties appropriate to the grade and purpose of the role, as reasonably required by the Line Manager or to meet the needs of the organisation.
