About the Role
We're hiring a Engagement Worker to join our team based in within a Men’s Housing Accommodation Support Service (HASS) residential service in the Catford area. The project provides 6-bed supported accommodation for men with complex needs, including mental health challenges, offending histories, trauma, homelessness, and social exclusion. The service operates within a psychologically informed environment (PIE) and is delivered by a mixed-gender staff team, working closely together to provide consistent, relational support.
You will support within the Offender Personality Disorder Housing Accommodation to support in successfully rehabilitating and reintegrating our residents back into the community. The service delivers support for people in the criminal justice system who are deemed high risk, and likely to meet criteria for personality disorder. Penrose OPD HASS service offers specialist accommodation to people with high risk/high needs and require intensive support to overcome barriers to resettlement and progress towards independent living in the community. You will assist with those who have recently been released from prison, secure health settings, or are transitioning from Approved Premises. Your work will be guided by co-produced support plans, developed in partnership with each individual to reflect their goals and circumstances.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Support residents who may be facing challenges with substance misuse, helping them take positive steps forward.
- Creating one to one person centred support plans to support residents in achieving their goals; Supporting individuals to progress from crisis through to independent living.
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents at all times during the shift, including regular check ins and carrying our protocols.

- Research and identify prospective trusts, foundations and grant opportunities

Job Summary
The role of the Outreach & Development Worker is to ensure carers of all ages and backgrounds are aware of their rights and know how to receive support from Gaddum and other services they need at the right time for them.
The job holder will provide outreach & support sessions, deliver groups and events for carers and other relevant partners across Salford. Creating exciting new opportunities for carers through networking and building partnerships.
Job Purpose
The role will focus on the outreach provision, being based in different locations across Salford including hospitals, community venues, mental health settings and others accessed by people with caring responsibilities. The role will include supporting the continued development of the service, assisting with the creation of resources and training. The role will also support our involvement offer; ensuring carers are at the forefront of service change and service delivery.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Day to day duties:
· Facilitate carers drop-ins in venues across Salford, including but not limited to hospital sites (both on wards and public areas), community venues (such as Gateways) and high footfall locations.
· Provide one-off, solution-focussed appointments to address the immediate needs of carers identified in the community or at the point of referral.
· Create networking opportunities throughout all wards of Salford to publicise the service and build/ maintain relevant partnerships.
· Complete Statutory Carers Assessments.
· To be able to travel to various locations in Salford, at times multiple locations per day – often carrying service promotional materials. Salford is a large city covering 37 sq. miles.
Weekly/ monthly duties:
· To work alongside student social workers on placement, providing mentoring, guidance, and shadowing opportunities as appropriate.
· Create and run exciting events and support groups for carers, organisations and stakeholders to attend.
· Create and deliver service presentations aimed at carers, to communicate the support and opportunities available from the service.
· Create and deliver service presentations aimed at community groups, educational bodies and organisations to raise awareness of how to identify and support carers, and to increase the visibility of the service.
· Develop ways to identify carers across Salford and let them know about support available to them and their needs.
· Invite Carers to be involved with the service and help us to coproduce/ codesign our service offer.
· Get to know Salford’s diverse communities and organisations, providing culturally appropriate information and support.
· Promote Carers Rights to carers, Salford’s communities and relevant organisations.
· Maintain a clear record of work completed by note taking and recording on our recording system.
· To meet regularly with line manager for supervision.

- Work in close collaboration with other providers of welfare support services within the local area, developing an understanding of each other’s services to facilitate appropriate referrals and support

The role is primarily homebased and will have regular travel around the North East area for meetings and visiting beneficiaries, therefore you will need to live in a location that allows reasonable travel around this area. There will also be occasional travel nationally to attend training or meetings.
A valid UK Driving Licence is an essential requirement for this role. The successful applicant will require an Enhanced DBS check to be undertaken as part of the pre employment checks process.

The Head of Delivery & Partnerships is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the
successful implementation, quality of outcomes, and retention of DFN Project SEARCH programmes
across the UK, the Republic of Ireland and Iberia, in line with our franchise agreement from Project

Purpose of This Role:
This key support role will work with colleagues across the organisation to ensure NASP’s data and key systems, including our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365), dashboards and databases, are effective, accurate, and useful. The role will support colleagues to use systems confidently and understand data requirements, providing analytic solutions that meet the needs of the organisation, and identifying where practices and systems can be improved.

As NASP continues to develop its membership and training offers, the Data and Systems Officer will support the growth of this work, ensuring that systems and data flows are aligned, and leading on the technical management of data within these systems. This is a joint venture between Citizens Advice Woking (CAW) and i-access, the drug and alcohol community service which offers specialist assessment, support, and treatment to people in Surrey who want help with their drug and/or alcohol use. The role is fixed term to the end of March 2027, but it is hoped that it will continue, subject to funding.
We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our specialist team. It is essential that the applicant has recent experience of advising clients, at Citizens Advice or another comparable organisation.
You will need to demonstrate that you can cope with a demanding caseload and that you are able to monitor and manage your own caseload to meet deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to work with i-access service users, either remotely or in person, the role is to provide information, advice, and casework in all areas of generalist advice, but particularly in the areas of welfare benefits, debt, and housing. Patience and empathy are essential.
The i-access adviser will need to travel to the three i-access locations in Guildford, Redhill, and Chertsey as well as to CAW’s office in Woking. It's likely the role will also entail working remotely from home, which will require a confidential work space and reliable Wi-Fi.
We will require the successful candidate to be screened by the DBS. However, a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to your being able to take up the job.

You will work closely with the Internal Communications Manager, collaborating across global teams to deliver meaningful messaging, support key initiatives, and strengthen a culture of inclusion. The role contributes to fostering staff engagement and inclusion across our global organisation, including supporting office-level communications in London and internal change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce and manage the weekly all-staff newsletter, proactively sourcing and coordinating content across teams and locations, thinking creatively about content presentation, and managing sign-off from the Internal Communications Manager and other stakeholders.
- Produce, manage and actively participate in all-staff communication moments, including our monthly all-staff meeting, including agendas, speaker coordination, and logistics.
- Act as the focal point for London office internal communications, proactively coordinating local messaging, office-wide meetings, and aligning office updates with wider organisational communications.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience producing written content for internal audiences (e.g. newsletters, intranet content).
- Experience supporting or delivering internal communications (essential) in a complex or global organisation (desirable).
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to write clearly, concisely and adapt messaging for different internal audiences paying particular attention to equity, diversity and inclusive practices
- Confident communicator, comfortable presenting and speaking in front of internal audiences and facilitating discussions (essential).
