This is an exciting training role in Army Cadet Headquarters responsible for development of courses and compliance by those undertaking training delivery.
We are looking for a person with skills in training design to bring their skills, enthusiasm, and personal credibility to the team.
This role is key to ensuring the Army Cadets can deliver excellent quality course materials and the training cycle is compliant with MOD and/or awarding body requirements.
This position is a permanent full-time post (40 hours per week) which will be home-based. However, some travel to Aldershot and London to attend meetings will be required.

PRHA is a specialist Housing Association and adult social care provider focused on East London, mainly Tower Hamlets and the City, Hackney and Southwark. What the job involves
We’re looking for two Events and Community Coordinators to join our Events and Community Team, one permanent contract and one fixed term for 12 months. We’re a results-driven team focused on maximising opportunities, reaching ambitious goals, and delivering an outstanding experience for our supporters.
Our team raise funds through a range of activities including:

You’ll be our first point of contact for our fundraisers, providing admin and support through telephone, email, and social media channels. Whilst each Coordinator has a primary area of responsibility across different types of events, you’ll also work across teams to support where needed during busy periods of activity. The role will deliver the Walking Together Project across communities in north London, Slough and Reading. The role will engage directly with the most disadvantaged communities, where loneliness, social isolation and inactivity could be prevalent, through a ‘Getting Started’ Wellbeing Walks programme. This is a community delivery role to work with local communities to establish walks and find potential walk leaders within the community to sustain walking.

We are seeking an experienced and organised programme lead with a strong understanding of homelessness, housing policy and practice, and quality improvement. You will also be comfortable managing multiple priorities, managing a small team, working with data and monitoring information, and building positive relationships with local authorities, funders, sector partners and organisations in the Housing Justice network.

You will oversee the continued development of the Quality Mark accreditation scheme for emergency accommodation providers, lead the creation of a new Quality Framework for day services, develop an Emergency Accommodation Toolkit, and deliver training, learning events and communities of practice.
The postholder will provide leadership to a small team, with line management responsibility for up to two members of staff, and will work closely with partners to strengthen service quality, safety, effectiveness and sustainability across the sector.
