You will be responsible for the management, development and delivery of marketing and communications to support CWNN’s fundraising strategy. You’ll work alongside our Development Manager to create compelling fundraising campaigns, content and communications, growing engagement from individuals, companies, community fundraisers and potential funders while simultaneously raising our profile among stakeholders through strategic communications and marketing plans. JOB PURPOSE
The role of the Policy and Public Affairs Manager is a high-impact role, central to designing and delivering Magic Breakfast’s national policy and public affairs strategy in England. The role holder will lead the development of evidence-based policy positions and work collaboratively to drive forward strategic, integrated and impactful advocacy campaigns to successfully influence decision-makers, policy change, and funding frameworks aligned with our key objectives. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our friendly team on a funded, part-time contract (30 hours per week). The role is home‑based in Central England with regular UK travel. This is a varied and impactful role, involving: leading the day‑to‑day delivery of a national, multi‑year climate and school grounds programme; managing project plans, budgets, risk registers and reporting in line with funder requirements; line‑managing a delivery team and coordinating our accredited network; supporting the recruitment, onboarding and engagement of schools and communities; working closely with funders, partners and an Advisory Board; overseeing monitoring, evaluation and learning; and producing high‑quality reports, case studies and project updates in collaboration with our communications team.

About Spear
We launched the award-winning Spear Programme over 20 years ago, and there are now 18 Spear Centres across the country, equipping unemployed 16–24-year-olds facing barriers to employment with the skills and mindset they need to secure work and thrive in the workplace.

We are seeking an Information Security Manager to shape how our information security is built into a new environment from the outset, rather than retrofitted later. Whilst good progress has already been made in our cyber security and information governance provision across the organisation, this exciting, new role will take the next step in managing and developing a more structured, consistent, and visible approach, seeking to embed good practice and build confidence.
This is not a purely technical or policy focused role. It will be responsible for ensuring our systems and information are safe, resilient, and used responsibly, helping our teams make secure choices in their day-to-day work, and educating staff to understand what this means in practice. The role will play an integral role in ensuring everything we do, and deliver, is secure by default and will ensure a practical, solutions focused approach to risk, helping teams move forward with confidence, building a positive security culture across the organisation.

You will play a central role in supporting people who are blind, partially sighted, Deaf, hard of hearing and deafblind to access assistive equipment and technology that maintains independence and improves quality of life.
The role includes leading the day-to-day running of the Resource Centre, ensuring a high-quality, person-centred service, and working collaboratively across the organisation. There is also scope to shape and grow the service, including developing new income opportunities and resources. You will be line managing a small team of staff and volunteers.
We are looking for someone with experience in sensory support, strong organisational and people management skills, and confidence in advising on equipment and practical solutions. You will be proactive, flexible and committed to improving outcomes for the people we support.
This is primarily an office-based role with some travel across Surrey.
