Purpose of the Job
Development and delivery of the Data, Research and Impact strategy through a cascade of the overall business strategy by ensuring Felix uses robust evidence, technology and research to maximise its social impact and make effective strategic decisions.
The role provides strategic leadership for the Impact & Insights function at a pivotal stage for Felix post-merger. It will also play a critical role as we reshape and transition Data, Digital and Technology, clarifying ownership of business logic, measurement frameworks, KPIs, data quality and governance so that Impact & Insights, Technology and business owners have clear accountabilities and can build greater organisational data maturity. This role forms part of Southwark’s commissioned Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) and Domestic Abuse (DA) service, delivered through a consortium partnership led by Bede.
The post holder will coordinate and deliver structured group-based interventions for children and young people affected by domestic abuse, alongside partnership working and service development. The role requires an experienced practitioner able to work autonomously and ensure all interventions are trauma-informed, safe, and responsive. Training will also be given.
Reporting to: (LNK CEO) & Bede VAWG Service Lead): Reporting to: Lives Not Knives CEO (for formal line management and employment matters), with operational coordination and clinical case supervision provided by Bede's VAWG Service Lead.
Programme Delivery & Coordination
• Support the delivery of 1:1 interventions in line with agreed referral pathways and safeguarding procedures, working within Bede systems and processes.
• Deliver structured group programmes, supporting the delivery of established programme materials and content.
• Adapt and update existing session materials as needed to ensure they remain age-appropriate, relevant, and responsive to participant needs, in collaboration with Bede colleagues.
• Deliver sessions focused on wellbeing, resilience, safety, and healthy relationships in line with agreed programme outcomes.
• Work with Bede colleagues to plan delivery schedules, manage programme cycles, and support the collation and analysis of data and outcomes.
• Use Bede’s evaluation forms and systems to collect, record, and input feedback and outcomes data to support ongoing programme improvement.
• Ensure delivery is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and consistent with Bede’s practice frameworks and quality standards.

Service Development & Quality
The post holder will support the ongoing development and quality assurance of the programme, working within Bede’s systems and under the guidance of Bede managers and consortium partners.

1. Supervise and develop Trainee Debt Advisers

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to serve as Coordinator, leading the mission of Street Pastors in Kingston. Context
Kingston Street Pastors is a churches initiative which has been operating since 2006 deploying Christian volunteers in the town centre in the night time to Care, Listen and Help. We enjoy excellent relationships with key stakeholders in Kingston’s night time economy including our local council, police and businesses. Within the wider Street Pastors movement we have made significant contributions over the years to develop policy and practice and have worked closely with neighbouring Street Pastors initiatives and with the Ascension Trust. For governance purposes Kingston Street Pastors operates as an affiliated project of Oxygen, a Kingston based youth work charity.
Our key strategic priorities are to maintain and build on the positive relationships we have with our local council, the police and businesses in the night time economy, taking advantage of opportunities for collaboration, accessing funding and other forms of support. We are perennially focused on the recruitment of new volunteers to serve as Street Pastors and Prayer Pastors to sustain and grow our capacity to deploy teams to the streets.
About the Role
This role has a Genuine Occupational Requirement for the post holder to be a practicing Christian (as outlined by 2010 Equality Act, Section 9)
Our new Coordinator will work closely with the Street Pastors Deputy Coordinator, leading the regular operations of Kingston Street Pastors and the deployment of teams while also overseeing the strategic development of the initiative in response to emerging needs and opportunities.

As Support & Impact Manager, you'll work with organisations after funding has been awarded, helping them successfully deliver projects, comply with grant conditions and maximise the long-term impact of their investment.
You'll build trusted relationships with grant recipients and partners, providing expert advice, guidance and constructive challenge throughout the lifecycle of funded projects. You'll monitor performance, analyse project data, support organisations to overcome challenges, and ensure outcomes are evidenced to demonstrate the value of our investment and protect Funding Partner resources.
This is a varied role combining relationship management, performance monitoring, compliance, data analysis and continuous improvement, offering the opportunity to make a real difference to communities across England.

Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret data, produce meaningful reports and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

The salary band for this role is £40,000 - £46,000 per annum, dependant on relevant skills and experience.

About the Role
The Business Development Officer plays a vital role in strengthening the Refugee Council’s statutory income generation by building strong foundations for sustainable growth. Overall Job Purpose:
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be instrumental in developing and driving forward DENS community and prevention services, during an exciting period for the charity, as we move into the new DENS Centre and relocate our Foodbank. As an ambassador both internally and externally, you will work collaboratively with the CEO and the wider leadership team to deliver DENS strategy and role model organisational values. You will be responsible for a diverse range of services in the community.

The charity was established in 1996 to meet the gap in specialist mental health services. About the role
The Finance & Operations Officer provides high-quality finance, operational and organisational support to ensure the effective day-to-day running of Woman's Trust.
