We are looking for an ambitious Individual Giving Executive to take real ownership of campaign delivery, running acquisition activity from brief to results, and building the supporter journeys that turn a first gift into a lasting relationship.

This is a hands-on delivery role with genuine scope to grow. You will not be waiting for permission to test something. We're looking for someone who wants to own campaigns, learn fast from what the data tells them, and see the direct line between their work and better outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities below reflect where the role will focus in its first year. Individual Giving is a growing team working to Agile principles, so priorities will develop over time. We would expect the postholder to support colleagues across Public Fundraising as needs change, and to shape their own areas of specialism as they grow in the role.

Campaign Delivery and Acquisition

• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned individual giving acquisition campaigns, from brief and creative development through to build, launch, optimisation and evaluation.

• Deliver lead generation activity across paid social, paid search and email, working with our digital consultants and agency partners on execution.

• Support the delivery of integrated campaigns where conversion takes place by telephone or mail, briefing our telemarketing partner, managing lead flow, and monitoring lead quality and volume.

• Deliver cash appeals across email, direct mail and digital, taking a named lead role on agreed appeals within the annual cycle.

• Test and optimise creative, audiences, landing pages and asks, maintaining a clear test log and sharing what we learn across the team.

• Monitor campaign performance against CPL, CPA, response rate and ROI targets, reporting on results and flagging where reallocating budget would improve returns.

• Contribute to the testing and rollout of new fundraising propositions as they emerge from our proposition development work.

• Track campaign spends against budget, raise purchase orders, and support reforecasting.

Supporter Journeys, Retention and Upgrade

• Design, build and implement the welcome journey for new regular givers, covering the welcome pack, thank-you contact and automated email sequence.

• Plan and deliver structured upgrade activity and other asks to regular giving and cash supporters, working with agency partners where telephone delivery is used.

• Contribute to reducing first-year attrition and increasing average gift value against agreed targets, reporting on retention by cohort and upgrade take-up and taking learnings forward.

• Work closely with the Team so that journeys are practical to deliver, with reactive supporter contact and fulfilment considered.

Cross-Sell and Collaboration

• Develop and deliver cross-sell activity that introduces supporters from one part of our fundraising to another, for example inviting campaigners, petition signers, community fundraisers and event participants to give regularly.

• Support legacy and in-memory promotion by embedding appropriate messaging within acquisition and supporter journey communications.

• Work with Agile principles in mind, planning and delivering collaboratively.

•  Provide cover and support for colleagues across Public Fundraising during periods of peak activity, absence or change, and deputise for the Individual Giving Manager where required.

Data, Compliance and Ways of Working

• Maintain accurate campaign and supporter records within our CRM system (Access CRM), and brief data selections and segmentation accurately.

• Hold a good working knowledge of key aspects of data protection law including GDPR and PECR, as well as the Fundraising Code of Practice.

Skills and Competencies

Our ideal candidate would have the following:

• Demonstrable experience delivering direct marketing or individual giving campaigns end to end, within a charity, agency or comparable commercial environment.

• Hands-on experience setting up and managing campaigns in Meta Business Suite and/or Google paid advertising, and in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.

• Experience planning, building or contributing to supporter journeys, welcome programmes or automated email sequences.

• Comfortable working with campaign data and reporting against metrics such as CPL, CPA, response rate and ROI using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and within Excel, and using results to make decisions.

• Strong written communication, with the ability to write and brief compelling fundraising copy that motivates and inspires.

• Experience briefing and working alongside agencies, consultants or external suppliers to deliver activity to deadlines.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and priorities in a busy environment, with excellent attention to detail.

• A collaborative and innovative mindset with a desire to test, learn, and work cross-functionally.

• Comfortable in a changing environment where priorities shift, and willing to take on new areas as the team's needs and your own development require.

• A strong belief in the work we do at PCR, and a demonstrable desire to improve outcomes for patients through our work in fundraising.

Desirable:

• Experience of regular giving retention, upgrade or reactivation activity.

• Experience of telemarketing or direct mail campaigns, including briefing agencies and managing data selections.

• Experience working with a CRM system, particularly Access CRM, and with donation platforms such as Fundraise Up.

• Knowledge of WordPress website optimisation and landing page build, or a strong desire to learn.

• Experience working within Agile project management frameworks.

• Ability to utilise and integrate AI tools and workflows such as Microsoft Copilot including agents to improve effectiveness, efficiency and outcomes where appropriate.

To provide high-quality, person-centred support and housing management services to residents living within Causeway's Mental Health Needs Service. Residents accessing this service experience moderate to high mental health needs, which may include enduring mental illness and periods of crisis. Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to serve as Coordinator, leading the mission of Street Pastors in Kingston. The ideal candidate for this role will be a person of integrity who is able to demonstrate experience and potential in leadership of Christian outreach and mission. They should have experience leading and managing volunteers in a relevant context. They should possess effective organisational and communication skills and demonstrate a passion for building and sustaining partnerships around community outreach.

Context

Kingston Street Pastors is a churches initiative which has been operating since 2006 deploying Christian volunteers in the town centre in the night time to Care, Listen and Help. We enjoy excellent relationships with key stakeholders in Kingston’s night time economy including our local council, police and businesses. Within the wider Street Pastors movement we have made significant contributions over the years to develop policy and practice and have worked closely with neighbouring Street Pastors initiatives and with the Ascension Trust. For governance purposes Kingston Street Pastors operates as an affiliated project of Oxygen, a Kingston based youth work charity.

Our key strategic priorities are to maintain and build on the positive relationships we have with our local council, the police and businesses in the night time economy, taking advantage of opportunities for collaboration, accessing funding and other forms of support. We are perennially focused on the recruitment of new volunteers to serve as Street Pastors and Prayer Pastors to sustain and grow our capacity to deploy teams to the streets.

About the Role

This role has a Genuine Occupational Requirement for the post holder to be a practicing Christian (as outlined by 2010 Equality Act, Section 9)

Our new Coordinator will work closely with the Street Pastors Deputy Coordinator, leading the regular operations of Kingston Street Pastors and the deployment of teams while also overseeing the strategic development of the initiative in response to emerging needs and opportunities.

About the role 

The Survivor Movement and Participation Lead is a strategic leadership role at the heart of the Enhanced Mental Health Pathway (EMHP) Alliance Partnership, dedicated to amplifying survivor voices and driving systemic change.

You will lead the development of a high-quality survivor involvement programme across the Alliance, ensuring that the voices, experiences and expertise of survivors of sexual abuse, sexual assault and sexual violence shape service design, referral pathways, workforce development, communications and evaluation.

This role is grounded in trauma-informed, anti-racist and culturally grounded care frameworks, ensuring survivors are not only heard but actively shape strategies, influence policy and lead change.

Job description 

As the Survivor Movement and Participation Lead you will:

• Design, establish and coordinate an Experts with Lived Experience (ELE) Network, developing a survivor involvement framework that promotes safe, ethical, inclusive and meaningful participation, with appropriate emotional support, safeguarding, debriefing and payment arrangements in place.
• Design, facilitate and evaluate peer support groups and survivor-led spaces, creating opportunities for survivors to influence strategic decision-making, project governance and service evaluation at every stage.
• Train and mentor survivors in facilitation, peer support and leadership, building capacity for survivor-led design, delivery and evaluation of services.
• Lead the co-production and delivery of training with Experts with Lived Experience, covering areas such as trauma-informed practice, responding to disclosures and reducing re-traumatisation, working in partnership with NHS mental health providers, specialist sexual violence services and the voluntary sector.
• Develop tools to assess survivor influence and leadership across programmes and governance, facilitating reflective learning spaces and co-authoring learning briefs and policy insights to promote survivor-led approaches.

Support Coordinator

We’re looking for an innovative, compassionate and professional person with strong communication and organisational skills to join the Stroke Recovery Service in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

Position: 000012 Stroke Support Coordinator

Location: Home-based covering Herefordshire and Worcestershire. However, this role will require extensive travel across the delivery area. Travel will also be required for team meetings and other work-related meetings

Hours: Part-time, 28 hours per week

Salary: Circa £22,600 per annum (FTE circa £28,300 per annum)

The Role

In this role, you’ll support stroke survivors and their families as they adjust to life after stroke. You’ll help identify their needs, provide personalised information, advice and support, and work with them to achieve the outcomes that matter most to them.

Reporting to the Stroke Service Delivery Coach, the Stroke Support Coordinator will:

· Support stroke survivors and carers as they move from hospital discharge back into the community.

· Use a person-centred approach to help stroke survivors and carers set goals and access the right support.

· Provide clear, tailored information, advice and practical support.

· Encourage stroke survivors to make informed lifestyle changes that may reduce the risk of further strokes.

· Work closely with NHS colleagues and community partners to improve the lives of people affected by stroke.

About You

You will:

· Have a background in a caring and/or charity profession supporting people with disabilities.

· Be able to demonstrate previous experience of working collaboratively with other organisations to achieve joint ambitions.

· Have experience of working with people who may have additional communication support needs.

· Be proficient in using Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel and experience using IT systems to record and maintain beneficiary data.

This role requires extensive travel across a large geographical locality to visit people at home and in community settings. Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they can meet this requirement of the role.

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Personalisation Budget Performance and Insights Lead to oversee the performance, monitoring and continuous improvement of the Greater Change Personalisation Fund.

This innovative £1 million partnership between Birmingham City Council, Greater Change and Birmingham Voluntary Service Council (BVSC) aims to improve outcomes for people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or experiencing multiple disadvantage through personalised financial support.

You'll work closely with partners across housing, homelessness, health, criminal justice and the voluntary sector to ensure the fund is delivering real impact. By analysing performance data, identifying emerging needs and providing strategic insight, you'll help shape service improvements, strengthen partnership working and support better outcomes for Birmingham residents.

This is a varied role combining performance management, partnership development, data analysis and strategic coordination. You'll produce high-quality reports and dashboards, monitor outcomes and provide the intelligence needed to inform operational management, commissioning and future service development.

As Welcome Team Leader you will work as part of the Engagement team, leading a team of Welcome Hosts to provide a warm welcome and overall excellent visitor experience at Southwark Cathedral. Acting as a central point of contact, you will lead, support and develop the Welcome Team to deliver a friendly and engaging visit and ensure a high standard of customer service. You will work closely with the Head of Engagement to support the development of the Welcome Team through training and support, organise rotas and ensure adequate cover of all positions, and support the overall goal to increase visitor numbers, donations and visitor engagement.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact with Welcome Team acting for daily visitor engagement operations, liaising with other onsite teams, including Vergers, Retail, Property and Enterprise;
• Line manage the paid Welcome Team, ensuring a high standard of welcome and visitor service is provided;
• Carry out regular walk rounds of the site to support Welcome Team members, collaborate and provide feedback and ensure standards are consistently met;
• Cover Welcome Team positions as an when required, providing a welcoming, friendly and engaging visitor experience to all visitors to the Cathedral;
• Organise monthly rotas for the Welcome Team to ensure all days are adequately staffed, managing annual leave, sickness and overtime requests;
• Work alongside the Head of Engagement to develop and maintain training sessions and ensure mandatory training is up to date;
• Attend weekly Cathedral Diary meetings and manage daily service sheets and promotional materials;
• Handle complaints procedure and any difficult customers;
• Manage the recording of daily visitor numbers and donation figures;
• Take the lead on card payments for on the day ticket sales for public and group tours, and other engagement events;
• Attend the Health and Safety Committee and ensure the Welcome Team are confident and compliant with all health, safety, security and safeguarding policies and procedures;
• Take an active role in providing visitors with information about the Cathedral and its history, upcoming events, donation points, services and more;
• Communicate with pre-booked and un-booked tour groups requiring access to the Cathedral;
• Refer any visitor in need of pastoral care to the Day Chaplain or clergy;
• Encourage visitors to donate to the Cathedral through the various platforms available in the Cathedral and online and to encourage those making a donation to Gift Aid it should they be eligible to do so;
• Direct visitors to the Cathedral Shop and Café encouraging secondary spend;
• Promote the sale of information products such as the Visitor Map and Guidebook;

We are recruiting a Programme and Partnerships Officerto join our new initiative: Age Friendly: Live Better in an Age Friendly Hertfordshire where your skills can make a meaningful impact within local communities. This role covers Watford, Three Rivers and Hertsmere localities.

This pivotal role within the programme team support the effective delivery of our work within local places so that more people across the county can enjoy their later life.

Working under the programme Lead and working closely with the programme team you will take responsibility in ensuring that the local delivery plans are implemented, working with the wider stakeholders in the local community.

You will provide direct support across multiple local areas on key actions, such as leading on walking audits, take a seat campaigns, and working with local stakeholders to identify, implement and embed age friendly priorities. In addition, you will play a key role with the programme communications and working with local communities, including overseeing and maintaining our approach to keeping contact with members, responding to enquiries and requests, coordinating events and email communications.

You will be responsible for day-to-day delivery of the local action plan, working independently while maintaining strong communication with the programme team. You will support ongoing review and development of processes as the programme evolves, ensuring our approach remains effective and responsive.

• Lead engagement with district, borough, town and parish councils to embed Age Friendly principles within local strategies and service delivery, and support them through the process of preparing for and achieving formal Age Friendly accreditation.
• Collaborate with district partners to align local priorities and advance the Age Friendly agenda, establishing Age Friendly Partnerships(s) and working groups as required.
• Represent the programme and partner organisations at local community events, partnership meetings and engagement activities.

The Friendly Trust is a Wales-based registered charity providing specialist information, advice, and financial administration for disabled people and other vulnerable adults, and for families planning for the future of someone who may lack capacity. Our work is centred on the individual. We aim to protect people's rights, promote independence and ensure that financial arrangements support people to live the lives they choose.

Purpose of the Role

Trust Officers play a key role in delivering The Friendly Trust's services. 

The postholder will manage an allocated caseload, providing practical support, advice and financial administration to Service Users and their families. 

The role combines person-centred casework with welfare benefits, financial management, advocacy and multi-agency working. Trust Officers develop professional relationships with Service Users and use their knowledge, judgement and problem-solving skills to ensure that people's financial affairs are managed appropriately while promoting choice, independence and individual rights. 

Where a person may lack capacity to make a particular financial decision, the Trust Officer will ensure that their work reflects the principles and requirements of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and any other relevant legal authority under which The Friendly Trust is acting. 

Key Responsibilities

Service User Support and Casework 

• Manage an allocated caseload of Service Users, taking responsibility for progressing work and responding appropriately to changing circumstances. 

• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with Service Users, recognising their individual wishes, communication needs, abilities and circumstances. 

• Provide clear and accessible information, advice and practical support to Service Users, carers and family members on matters including welfare benefits, financial management, trusts and related issues. 

• Support Service Users to understand and participate in decisions about their finances wherever possible. 

• Promote choice, independence and control while ensuring that appropriate safeguards are maintained. 

• Meet with and visit Service Users and their families as required, including home visits and meetings with other professionals.

Financial Administration and Appointeeship 

• Manage Service Users' day-to-day financial affairs where The Friendly Trust has been authorised to do so. 

• Act on behalf of The Friendly Trust in carrying out its responsibilities as a DWP Corporate Appointee where applicable. 

• Ensure that benefits and other income received on behalf of Service Users are used appropriately and in their interests. 

• Work with Service Users to create, implement and regularly review individual money plans and budgets. 

• Monitor income, expenditure, account balances and financial commitments. 

• Arrange payments and other financial transactions in accordance with organisational procedures and the authority under which The Friendly Trust is acting. 

• Identify and respond appropriately to changes in a Service User's financial circumstances. 

• Take reasonable steps to protect Service Users from financial abuse, exploitation and avoidable financial loss. 

• Ensure that financial decisions are properly authorised, recorded and capable of being accounted for. 

Mental Capacity and Decision-Making 

• Apply the principles of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 in relevant aspects of their work. 

• Recognise that capacity is decision-specific and should not be assumed solely because of a person's disability, diagnosis or circumstances. 

• Support Service Users to make their own decisions wherever they are able to do so. 

• Where a person lacks capacity for a particular financial decision, ensure that actions are taken in accordance with the appropriate legal authority and best-interests requirements. 

• Maintain clear records of significant decisions and the reasons for them. 

• Seek guidance from managers where a decision raises significant legal, financial, safeguarding or ethical concerns. 

Record Keeping and Compliance 

• Maintain accurate, clear, up-to-date and timely case records. 

• Use The Friendly Trust's case management and financial recording systems, including CasparGov, to record actions, decisions, financial information and outcomes. 

• Ensure that records meet organisational, legal, regulatory and UK GDPR requirements. 

• Handle personal and financial information securely and maintain appropriate confidentiality. 

• Work in accordance with relevant legislation, guidance, policies and procedures, including the Mental Capacity Act 2005, safeguarding requirements and, where applicable, Court of Protection guidance. 

Communication and Partnership Working 

• Communicate clearly, sensitively and professionally with Service Users, families, carers and professionals. 

• Adapt communication to reflect an individual's needs and level of understanding. 

• Prepare professional correspondence, including letters, emails, case records and reports. 

• Liaise effectively with organisations including the DWP, local authorities, health and social care professionals, housing providers, banks and other financial organisations. 

• Attend meetings concerning Service Users where appropriate and contribute relevant financial information and professional observations. 

• Advocate appropriately for Service Users where financial, benefit or related matters require resolution. 

Team Working 

• Work collaboratively with Trust Officers, administrative staff, managers and other colleagues. 

• Participate in the office duty rota, responding to telephone and face-to-face enquiries during designated duty sessions. 

• Provide reasonable cover for colleagues during periods of absence. 

• Share relevant knowledge and contribute positively to team discussions and problem-solving. 

• Participate in regular supervision, team meetings and organisational activities. 

Organisational Contribution and Development 

• Represent The Friendly Trust professionally when dealing with Service Users, families, external organisations and members of the public. 

• Participate in training and continuing professional development relevant to the role. 

• Maintain and develop knowledge relevant to their work, including welfare benefits, mental capacity, safeguarding and financial administration. 

• Contribute to the development and improvement of organisational policies, procedures and services. 

• Support The Friendly Trust's commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion, safeguarding and environmental sustainability. 

• Undertake other duties reasonably required by the Team Manager which are consistent with the nature and level of responsibility of the role.

Hybrid working

Following successful completion of probation, Trust Officers are able to work on a flexible hybrid basis, subject to the requirements of the service. 

Trust Officers are normally required to attend the Cardiff office for 2 x  two-hour duty sessions each week. 

Outside these duty sessions, staff have considerable flexibility regarding where they work, subject to Service User visits, meetings, training, team requirements and other operational needs.

We do not expect every successful applicant to have detailed experience of every aspect of the role before joining us. Training, supervision and opportunities to develop specialist knowledge will be provided.

Essential

Experience 

• Relevant experience of working with or supporting people in social care, welfare benefits, advocacy, housing, financial inclusion, community services or another related setting. 

• Experience of working with disabled people, vulnerable adults, carers or people requiring additional support. 

• Experience of managing competing tasks, responsibilities or a caseload/workload with an appropriate degree of independence. 

• Experience of maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information. 

Skills and abilities 

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish positive professional relationships with people from a wide range of backgrounds. 

• Ability to communicate clearly and sensitively, both verbally and in writing. 

• Ability to explain potentially complex information in an accessible way. 

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• Confidence working with figures and financial information, including budgets, income and expenditure.

The following would be advantageous but are not required in every successful candidate: 

• Knowledge or practical experience of the welfare benefits system. 

• Knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and its practical application. 

• Experience of financial administration, budgeting or managing money on behalf of another person. 

• Experience of DWP appointeeship. 

• Experience of advocacy or rights-based work. 

• Knowledge or experience of Court of Protection Deputyship, Lasting Powers of Attorney or other arrangements for managing another person's financial affairs. 

• Experience of working with people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, cognitive impairment or communication difficulties. 

• Experience of working with families and carers. 

• Experience of multi-agency working across health, social care, housing, benefits or other public services. 

• Experience of safeguarding adults. 

• Knowledge of CasparGov or comparable case management/financial administration software. 

• A relevant qualification in social work, health, social care, welfare rights, advocacy, finance or another related discipline.
