Volunteer Development Lead

We’re looking for a Volunteer Development Lead to oversee our Volunteer Centre and support the development of volunteering across the borough.

This is a varied role where you will work closely with local voluntary and community organisations, partners and residents to make volunteering more accessible, inclusive and rewarding.

Whilst supporting the Volunteer Centre team, you will also help organisations develop good volunteer management practices and oversee a range of volunteering projects and programmes. You will play an important role in developing Bexley’s Vision for Volunteering and look at new ways to encourage more people to get involved.
