About the programme
The Faith & Community Development Team supports and strengthens community and faith-based responses to homelessness across England. This role will help shape Housing Justice’s national programme of quality improvement, training and best practice for community and faith-based homelessness services, using insight from our flagship Quality assurance framework, Impact Portal, existing research, and partnership engagement to continue the development of practice standards, resources and learning opportunities for the network.
About you
We are seeking an experienced and organised programme lead with a strong understanding of homelessness, housing policy and practice, and quality improvement. You will bring strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting and facilitating, drafting reports, quality mark standards and guidance. You will also be comfortable managing multiple priorities, managing a small team, working with data and monitoring information, and building positive relationships with local authorities, funders, sector partners and organisations in the Housing Justice network.
About the role
The successful candidate will lead the development and delivery of Housing Justice’s national quality improvement, training and best practice work for community and faith-based homelessness services across England. You will oversee the continued development of the Quality Mark accreditation scheme for emergency accommodation providers, lead the creation of a new Quality Framework for day services, develop an Emergency Accommodation Toolkit, and deliver training, learning events and communities of practice.
The postholder will provide leadership to a small team, with line management responsibility for up to two members of staff, and will work closely with partners to strengthen service quality, safety, effectiveness and sustainability across the sector.

Boaz Trust relies on the generosity of trusts and foundations to provide accommodation and support for people seeking sanctuary, and to challenge and change the unjust systems that cause destitution, both locally and nationally. We are looking for a Fundraising Officer (Trusts) who can help us sustain and grow this vital income by building positive, long-term relationships with funders, delivering high quality applications and reports as needed.
The money raised through this role will support Boaz’s work with people who are facing or experiencing homelessness because of their insecure, changing or uncertain immigration status. Our work includes providing safe accommodation and person-centred support, while working towards our mission of ending destitution among people seeking sanctuary.
Day to day, you will research prospective funders, prepare persuasive applications and cases for support, and produce accurate, engaging reports showing what funders’ support has achieved. You will manage a pipeline of applications and reporting deadlines, keep our fundraising database up to date, and work closely with colleagues across Boaz to best communicate the stories, outcomes, and impact from our work. North East Young Dads and Lads (NEYDL) was founded in 2017 and has grown rapidly to become one of the UK’s most recognised organisations supporting young dads, men aged 25 and under in a fathering role. Our vision is for young dads to be valued and supported as parents. In 2024/25 we supported 217 young dads directly and achieved 100% satisfaction among the young dads we work with.
We are a non-judgmental organisation built on mutual trust, respect and honesty. Many of our staff are young dads themselves or have lived experience relevant to the communities we serve.
About this role
We use the term ‘young dads’ to refer to young dads, expectant dads and non-birthing partners aged 25 and under. This includes people within this age bracket who self-identify as father figures, including kinship carers and non-birthing partners.
We use the term ‘neurodiverse’ as an inclusive term covering young dads who are autistic, have ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia or other forms of neurodivergence, whether formally diagnosed, self-identified or awaiting assessment. We recognise that neurodivergent young dads can face additional barriers in accessing parenting support, including in how services are structured, communicated and delivered, and that these barriers are often compounded by stigma, exclusion or a lack of appropriate adjustment.
This is a dedicated role to ensure neurodivergent young dads can access the high quality support NEYDL offers, and that our wider service offer is genuinely accessible to them. You will provide direct, adapted support to neurodivergent young dads, while also building NEYDL’s organisational understanding of how to work effectively and inclusively with this group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
COMMUNITY AND INDIVIDUAL GIVING FUNDRAISING
- Oversee onboarding and stewardship journeys for event fundraisers
- Recruit and support people fundraising in their community (schools, businesses, faith groups, etc)
- Maintain our Community Fundraising platforms and keep event listings up-to-date
- Maintain meticulous donation and supporter records on Salesforce and liaise with Finance team
- Oversee administration and stewardship for Friends of TKN supporters club, and developing offer for committed supporters
TRUST FUNDRAISING
- Collate information for, proofread and write lower level funding applications and reports
- Maintain supporter records on Salesforce (reporting schedules, receipting and recognition)
- Support team with researching and identifying Trust prospects
GENERAL
- Work closely with our Marketing Team to deliver consistent, persuasive fundraising messages in our social media posts and newsletters, as well as maintain up-to-date website content
- Maintain our Case For Support, ensuring it’s up-to-date and compelling to attract partners and donors
- Support general stewardship with supporters, funders and corporate partners

About the Team
Supporter Fundraising are a vital team within our fundraising department, who manage our involvement in all owned and third-party events, plan and deliver our virtual fundraising campaigns (such as Walk 5K April in 100 Miles in October) and steward and facilitate our community-led fundraising activity. About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and supporter-focused Events Officer to support delivery across all elements of our London Marathon fundraising activity for 2027. Working under the guidance of the London Marathon Event Manager, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional supporter experience, delivering high-quality events, coordinating logistics, and ensuring our charity maximises income, engagement and brand impact throughout the full marathon campaign,
What You’ll Do
- Assist the London Marathon Event Manager with the planning and delivery of all campaign events
- Liaise with runners, volunteers, suppliers, third-party event partners and internal colleagues as needed
- Support the Event Manager with post-event evaluation, data analysis, and recommendations for future years

Magpas Air Ambulance are looking for a driven and organised Challenges and Events Officer to join our Corporate, Community and Events Team. This is a key income-generating role, responsible for the planning, promotion, and delivery of a portfolio of challenge and fundraising events – including third-party, virtual and flagship events.
The postholder will work closely with colleagues and external partners to deliver exceptional supporter experiences that inspire participation, encourage fundraising, and maximise income for the charity.
You’ll need solid project management skills, strong supporter stewardship instincts, and a good understanding of how digital channels can be used to recruit, engage, and motivate fundraisers. While you’ll be supported by our Digital Marketing Lead, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive marketing and recruitment plan – combining digital campaigns with in-person promotion and outreach at events and through partner networks.
This role would suit someone with experience in charity challenge events who is ready to take the next step in their career, or an ambitious early-career candidate looking to build a career in charity fundraising. It offers the opportunity to bring creativity, energy and fresh ideas to a role with real autonomy, ownership and impact.
Role Summary:
- Lead the planning, promotion and delivery of a portfolio of fundraising challenge events, including our London Marathon third-party, virtual and flagship activities and support the delivery or community and engagement events.
