We’re hiring a Recovery Worker to join our Croydon team, a 24/7, 27 bed residential service providing support to people with forensic mental health needs, complex needs, and dual diagnosis. You’ll provide person centred support to help residents overcome challenges and achieve their goals through tailored support plans, activities and partnership working. The service offers psychologically informed housing and resettlement support as part of our wider forensic mental health step down services.
As a Recovery Worker, you will contribute to successfully rehabilitating and reintegrating our residents and participants back into the community. Providing pathways, support and appropriate interventions that will enable successful resettlements and work with internal and external partners and agencies to achieve desired outcomes. You’ll play a vital role in residents’ rehabilitation and reintegration, ensuring the service runs smoothly through welfare checks, resident support, administrative tasks, and clear handovers with day staff and managers.

The Brent Centre for Young People
The Brent Centre for Young People (BCYP) is the leading mental health charity for young people in Northwest London, helping over 800 young people a year with a wide range of issues. AHF is seeking to appoint 3.5 FTE new Grants Officers to help deliver our core grants and advisory programme across England. About This Job
This is an exciting role in Army Cadet Headquarters responsible to lead this team of marketeers, media and communication specialists, working in partnership with all levels of the Army Cadets organisation.
We are looking for a marketing professional to:
· Actively maintain high levels of public awareness of the Army Cadets, its aims and activities, in support of the attracting more cadets and suitable adult volunteers to the organisation.
· Demonstrate the value and relevance of the Army Cadets to help retain and extend the current level of financial and other support from Defence, local communities and key stakeholders.
· Deliver effective and timely national external communications through a range of channels to promote the aims and activities of the Army Cadets.
· Drive effective internal communications to members of the Army Cadets to support the planning and delivery of cadet activity.
· Provide support and expert guidance to those delivering external and internal communications at the national, regional and local levels in the Army Cadets.
· Modernise the Army Cadets communications offerings to ensure keep up with consistent updates in the media & marketing space.
Essential Skills
· A recognised qualification or proven success in communications and / or marketing.
· Hands on digital marketing / communications experience
· Experience of PR and communicating with the media to generate positive coverage for the Army Cadets.
· The ability to work effectively as part of a broader team within a complex, multi-site organisation.
· Planning, project management and organisational ability.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Demonstrable experience of delivering a wide range of media and comms materials to a high standard.

The Wellbeing and Lifeskills worker will support residents experiencing mental health pressures, to access cultural sensitive services and develop resilience, coping skills and improve overall wellbeing.
Specific Duties:
About You
You will have experience of working with people experiencing mental ill health, experience of working with and managing risk therapeutically, experience of working in a partnership environment or with other agencies, experience of facilitating groups, setting group objectives and reviewing outcomes, and experience of using data bases to record client need, interventions and progress. You will be able to demonstrate a knowledge of the needs of young migrants and refugees or other chronically excluded groups. You will have knowledge of the range of services available to people with mental health needs or other complex needs. You excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels abd the ability to plan and organise own workload

You will work a combination of office, client-home, community, and home-based working. Causeway is a 4-day week employer, so you will work 32 hours over 4 days a week.
