Brief role description
To establish and develop key employer relationships to source and promote suitable, quality vacancies and vocational opportunities for all Service Leavers (Sl), (including CTP Assist and Early Service Leavers), Veterans, Reservists and Spouses across the Forces Employment Charity (FEC).
The Key Account Manager (KAM) will take an Apprenticeship-to-Executive approach to employer engagement by initiating, developing, and managing relationships with employers and employer organisations across allocated Sectors to source a range of employment opportunities, including full & part-time appointments, work experience opportunities and portfolio work.

About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and organised Volunteering and Community Programme Intern to join our small, supportive Services Team. This role is central to coordinating and developing Ataxia UK’s volunteering network and community initiatives, helping strengthen the support available to people affected by ataxia.
You’ll play a key role in supporting volunteers, organising community events, and assisting with the delivery of services that help people affected by ataxia live the best possible quality of life. The role also contributes to the growth and improvement of our volunteering and community programmes, ensuring they continue to meet the needs of our community effectively and inclusively.
This is a full-time role with hybrid working arrangements — three days a week in the office (or more if preferred) and two days working from home. Some flexibility may be required to support events and activities across the organisation.

Individual Giving Manager - Chichester Festival Theatre
Maternity Cover
The Individual Giving Manager will lead the successful planning and delivery of mid-level giving, managing schemes between £120–£4,999 annually. You will oversee donor cultivation, stewardship, and supporter communications, ensuring the highest standards of engagement and experience.
Line-managing the Senior Events Officer, you will also ensure the delivery of high-quality events that inspire and retain donors and generate fundraising income, playing an active role in developing CFT’s giving schemes and future fundraising strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Mid-level supporters
· Manage all mid-level giving schemes (£120–£4,999 annually), ensuring they remain appealing and effective
· Proactively identify and cultivate prospective new supporters, and increase giving from current donors
· Provide outstanding stewardship, delivering benefits on time and ensuring a first-class supporter experience
· Work with the Senior Events Officer to deliver exceptional cultivation and stewardship events.
· Collaborate with Marketing to promote giving opportunities and ensure consistent messaging.
· Review and refine supporter propositions to reflect best practice and donor needs.
· Support the Friends and Membership Officer with renewals, direct debits, and administration.
Prospecting & Cultivating

Administration & Reporting
· Maintain accurate supporter records on Spektrix

Person Specification
Essential Criteria
· Experience of fundraising with individual supporters, including donor relationship management

As part of this, an important aspect of the role will be supporting the development of a coherent discipleship pathway across different age groups within families and children at home, which will be sensitive to key transitional development stages across generations and life experiences. About You

You will preferably have experience in training and project management, and it is essential that you are experienced in children, family and youth ministry. You must be experienced in the development and delivery of teaching programmes and have a good understanding of intergenerational faith development. As a good project manager and communicator, you are able to work with ecumenical and secular partners as well as local Methodist Churches and Circuits. Experience with digital content development and social media would be an advantage.

Set up in 2009, Renaissance Foundation (RF) is a specialist youth charity providing support to two hard-to-reach groups: young carers and young hospital patients suffering from life-limiting illnesses. These groups have much in common, and can suffer from significant educational, social and emotional challenges including low academic attainment, high rates of unemployment, isolation and lack of self-esteem. Our mission is to inspire these young people to reach their full potential through our three-year programme, using the power of inspiration, creative and digital learning and vocational development. Our programme is designed to create high aspirations, build resilience and confidence in public settings and support positive engagement with society.
We are looking for a capable, proactive person to oversee the management of RF’s programme. You will be at the frontline of our work, working with key partners, young people and other stakeholders to make an impact. You will be responsible for all aspects of programme management and promotion of the programme through various outreach efforts.

Your key contributions
Programme
· Leading RF’s transformative programme including graduate schemes such as mentoring and the Youth Board
· Building your expertise in partnership development, working closely with the Programme Director to build effective partnerships with new partners, community organisations, local authorities and other stakeholders where required
· Attending all drop-in sessions/holiday activities to be a consistent, trusted presence for young people. Term time drop ins take place Wednesdays 5-7pm. Holiday drop-in sessions take place at different times. (Evening and occasional weekend work will be time taken back in lieu)
Outreach
· Driving RF’s Outreach strategy in order to build and enhance visibility and recognition of RF and connect with young people who could benefit from our support
· Managing referral partner relationships across London (including schools, hospitals, young carer services and others), nurturing existing relationships and building new partnerships
· Organising events that inspire referrals to RF including delivering school assemblies, presenting at meetings and taking other external visits as required
· Analysing referral data to identify opportunities and strategically expand our reach where it's needed most
General
· Collaborating with/supporting the programme team on an adhoc basis as required
· Ensuring safeguarding principles and procedures are always followed to protect the welfare of young people, including identifying, responding and reporting any safeguarding concerns

· have the capacity to work outside of normal 9-5 hours at times (weekends and evenings) and the ability to travel abroad occasionally (e.g. to attend the Nobel Peace Prize in Oslo)

The Donmar has an exceptional ability to raise private funds, and the vital importance of fundraising is recognised across the organisation and embedded in the overall strategy. Each year we raise around half our income through fundraising from a varied number of sources, with corporate income representing around a third of the fundraised income. The Development team is led by the Director of Strategic Development and Fundraising, and comprises 11 people.
Purpose of role
The Head of Corporate Partnerships will join the Development department at a time of rapid and exciting growth for the team, with a remit to lead a high achieving and ambitious team of three to achieve significant revenue targets through partnerships and sponsorships, oversee a successful corporate masterclass programme and research and implement new opportunities to generate revenue.
Who We Are Looking For
This role is ideally suited to an ambitious and highly motivated individual who thrives in a busy and fast-paced environment with senior experience in corporate development, and who is interested in playing a critical role at one of the UK's leading producing theatres. The successful candidate will be a brilliant relationship builder and manager, both internally and externally. Partnerships and Sponsorships
- Work alongside the Head of Philanthropy and Head of Trusts and Events to deliver the Donmar’s Development strategy in line with the wider Organizational strategy and following our core Donmar values.
- Lead the Corporate Development team to maximise revenue from corporate partnerships and the Donmar’s growing corporate masterclass programme.
- Report to and work closely with the Director of Strategic Development and Fundraising to set ambitious yet realistic annual targets for the corporate team.
- Lead on new business, personally generating significant income through identifying prospective new corporate partners and delivering effective cultivation strategies, including engaging appropriate members of the Board and Development Committee.
- Take a commercial approach to income generation at the Donmar, identifying and developing new opportunities for further growth.
- Exploring new partnerships models in collaboration with our Partners, co-creating projects and being excited about change and innovation.
- Lead on the account management of the Donmar’s major Partners.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of other partners and sponsors contributing to meeting corporate fundraising targets, including ensuring renewal or upgrade.
- Ensure that the Donmar’s corporate partners are receiving the highest quality of service from the Corporate and wider Development team, and other Donmar staff members.
- Manage and report against income budgets for Corporate support, working closely with the Finance team on monthly forecasting of income.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across the organisation to ensure the ability to identify opportunities for new partnership support.
- Ensure the efficient administration of the Corporate function (including contractual compliance, data management and adherence to all Donmar policies).
- Lead and support at relevant Corporate cultivation and stewardship events.
Line Management
- Effectively line manage and nurture the Senior Corporate Development Manager, ensuring that their work is delivered to the highest standard and that financial targets are met.
- Oversee the professional growth of the Corporate team ensuring everyone works to the best of their ability, collaboratively, and upholding Donmar values.

Person Specification

- Significant senior experience of managing corporate partnerships in house, ideally in the performing arts, heritage or higher education sector.
- Demonstrable success in securing six figure partnerships from a range of sectors.
