Join us at Single Homeless Project (SHP) as part of our Lewisham Vulnerable Adults Accommodation Service (LVAAS), delivering accommodation-based support across our properties in Brockley and New Cross. This is hands-on, day-to-day work alongside people experiencing homelessness and multiple disadvantage, where no two days are the same. You’ll build real relationships with clients, supporting them to stabilise, develop life skills and move towards greater independence, while navigating the challenges that can come with housing, health and wider support needs.

The Crisis & Resilience Fund Team Leader will lead the delivery of the Exeter Crisis & Resilience Service, providing operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, person-centred support to residents experiencing financial hardship, crisis and multiple disadvantage. The postholder will line manage Navigate's Client Liaison Officers and the Money Advice Caseworkers employed by partners Churches Housing Action Team (CHAT) and Encompass Southwest to ensure a seamless, coordinated service that supports individuals from immediate financial crisis through to long term resilience. Our Finance team is growing and we are looking to hire a Finance Officer in our London office.
This is an opportunity for an ambitious finance professional who is actively studying towards or completed an ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification, with study support provided alongside hands-on experience. The role sits within our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, where you will support the production of monthly management accounts, partner with budget holders, and provide valuable financial insight across our Business Services and External Affairs departments.

Reporting to the Director of Finance and Commercial, you will take day-to-day responsibility for the Hospice’s finance function, ensuring robust financial management, effective financial controls and high-quality reporting across the organisation and its retail subsidiary.
You will provide accurate and insightful financial information to support decision-making at all levels, working closely with Trustees, Executive Team members, senior leaders and budget holders. You will also lead a skilled Finance team, drive continuous improvement and play a key role in delivering our financial strategies.
A major focus of the role will be supporting the implementation of a new Finance and Accounting system, helping to modernise processes and maximise organisational efficiency.
