Role Requirements
As the House Coordinator, you will have direct contact with children and their families, often during challenging times. This role therefore requires a level of empathy and the ability to communicate effectively in emotionally charged situations, which is not typically expected of other administrative roles within the organisation.
With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. About The Job

This role is central to advancing our mission by amplifying the voices of unpaid carers, ensuring their experiences shape policy and practice, and strengthening the visibility and accessibility of carer support services across Wales. By embedding Carers Trust Wales in strategic conversations and promoting good practice, the postholder will help drive meaningful change for carers of people with dementia—many of whom are older, isolated, and under-recognised. The work will contribute directly to the development of the Welsh Government’s Dementia Strategy and ensure that carers’ needs are reflected in service design and delivery.

Job Purpose
To provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service to the college, with particular responsibility for the coordination of examinations and accreditation of administration. Key Responsibilities
1. General College Administration

About The Role
We are currently recruiting for two Practice Lead positions. One role will support Local House Projects (LHPs) in the North, while the location and focus of the second role is still to be confirmed.
As a Practice Lead, you will have primary responsibility for supporting a group of LHPs, while also contributing to wider areas of our work. You will work alongside staff within LHPs to create environments where young people are supported to make a positive transition into adulthood.

About the organisation
The charity was established in August 2018 as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), they support local authorities in setting up Local House Projects for young people leaving care. Believing every care leaver should have this option, the charity empowers them to create and sustain homes.
The initiative, co-designed with young people, began by asking, "What makes a house a home?” Local House Projects in England and Scotland help care leavers transition into permanent tenancies, fostering a supportive community. The charity has helped over 780 young people successfully move into their own homes, with no evictions or tenancy breakdowns, ensuring a secure start for their futures.

About the Role & Key Responsibilities
Exceptional Service Delivery
- Lead on ensuring that the day to day operation of the service is in line with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023 and Supported Accommodation Quality Standards.
- Lead, supervise and develop a high-performing staff team - preparing every staff member for registration and future Ofsted inspections.
- Motivate, inspire and develop multiple supported housing teams including 4+ direct reports to successfully manage their own teams, including the delivery of recorded monthly supervision and case management.
- Complete a monthly case management review of each site with relevant manager, including an in-depth audit to ensure young people are receiving the best possible support including high quality case notes, interventions, goals, and a consistency of delivery and approach across all teams.
- Work to build effective staff teams that meet and exceed their set goals and targets and monitor their performance, pro-actively addressing any challenges with the support of HR colleagues.
- Empower your teams to meaningfully engage, involve, and devolve decision making power to young people wherever possible to enable them to highlight and design areas for service development and co-create possible solutions or opportunities for change.

- Ensure service level risk assessments and other health and safety compliance documents are completed as and when necessary for all relevant housing support areas.
- Ensure all H&S and Facilities checks are completed to ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements, raising this promptly with the SLT if Ofsted registered properties are not compliant.
Safeguarding
- Ensure safeguarding lies at the heart of every aspect of the service.
- Act as a Designated Safeguarding Lead and ensure all members of your team record any Safeguarding concerns immediately on MyConcern and make any referrals requested in line with the Safeguarding policy.
- Act as the first point of contact for on-call queries from your direct reports, escalating any significant incidents or safeguarding concerns to SLT, and ensuring adequate cover is in place where necessary.
- Ensure teams are regularly trained in Professional Boundaries to remind staff of their obligation to uphold & maintain them at all times.
About You
You're an experienced leader who enjoys raising standards and making things better. You naturally see opportunities to improve services, simplify processes and create environments that people are proud to be part of. Who you’ll work with: Your line manager will be the Head of Fundraising. There is also a full-time Fundraising Officer in the team who will provide some support for this role. WMRSASC is seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated Trainer to join our Early Intervention and Prevention Team. Building on WMRSASC's established training provision and reputation for delivering high-quality services, this role will support the continued growth of our training offer, helping to increase capacity, consistency and quality across practitioner learning.

About the Role
This role will help develop and deliver high-quality practitioner training relating to sexual violence and abuse. Working as part of a dedicated and supportive team, you will contribute to the continued development of WMRSASC's training offer through the design and delivery of engaging learning opportunities for professionals and partner organisations.
As part of our growing training provision, you will help strengthen and expand our offer while contributing to the quality, consistency and impact of practitioner learning.
As a Trainer, you will:
- Develop, design and deliver accredited and non-accredited training programmes and learning activities.
- Support the development of blended learning materials, including e-learning content and facilitated online learning sessions.
- Support the creation, review and maintenance of training resources, materials and documentation.
- Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns in line with organisational policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, learners and partner organisations.
- Promote awareness of WMRSASC training and group programmes to multi-agency partners.
- Undertake evaluation, outcome monitoring and data reporting to support the continuous improvement of training programmes.
- Support the coordination of training bookings and associated administration.
- Represent and promote WMRSASC at meetings and events.
About You
We are looking for someone with excellent training and facilitation skills who can engage, inspire and support learners in a range of settings.
Essential Requirements
- Level 3 qualification or above in training or education.
- Skilled trainer with experience of delivering learning in both face-to-face and online environments.
- Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- High standards of practice and presentation.
- Experience of working with a range of multi-agency partners.
- Experience of project management within a training, learning or development environment.
- Experience of conducting learning needs analysis.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues and partner organisations.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Part Time Advocacy Support Worker with the delivery of our Community One-to-One Advocacy project.
The Project Worker / Advocacy Assistant will work closely with the Project Manager to deliver a high-quality, person-centred Community One-to-One Advocacy service across the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Supporting the day-to-day delivery of the project, the postholder will help ensure that project objectives, outcomes, and timescales are achieved in line with organisational policies and funder requirements.
The postholder will work directly with individuals with learning disabilities, autistic people, and other vulnerable adults to help them understand their rights, access services, overcome barriers, and improve their independence and wellbeing. They will also support the Project Manager with community outreach, volunteer coordination, partnership working, monitoring and evaluation, and maintaining accurate records to ensure the effective delivery and ongoing development of the project.
