LAH is a community-led charity driven by and for Latin Americans in the UK. For decades, we have been supporting Latin American and other Spanish and Portuguese-speaking migrants, championing their rights, wellbeing, and inclusion. We are a small, close-knit team with big ambitions, and everything we do is rooted in the lived experiences of the communities we serve. Our work takes place across London and at our community centre in Kilburn, North West London.

About the role

This is a part-time, permanent role (14 hours per week) that sits at the heart of LAH's operations and administration. As our Bookkeeper, you will ensure our financial records are accurate, our compliance obligations are met, and our senior team has the reliable information they need to make good decisions.

Day to day, you will process invoices and payments, reconcile bank accounts, prepare records for our annual audit, manage our income tracking across all programmes, and support payroll administration, all using Xero. You will report directly to the Director and work closely with the wider team.

This is not a back-office role at a distance from our mission. You will be on-site with us, part of the team, and your work will be visible and valued.

What we are looking for

You will bring at least two years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in the voluntary sector, alongside a relevant accounting qualification (IAB, AAT or equivalent). You will be confident with accounting software (we use Xero), have a strong eye for detail, and be able to work independently while being a genuine team player.

Just as importantly, you will have an understanding of and commitment to the communities we serve, and you will bring that commitment to everything you do.

Location: Remote (based in England, Scotland and Wales with occasional travel).

About the role

The Support & Training Coordinator role involves:

• Managing onboarding processes for new facilitators attending training, ensuring clear communication of expectations and timelines, including safeguarding checks
• Supporting the Support Coaches by coordinating essential ongoing facilitator engagement: including group calls, follow up sessions, communication touchpoints and additional resources
• Coordinating the logistics of monthly facilitator training sessions, including placing orders, liaising with suppliers, monitoring stock levels and order numbers, and overseeing communications and systems
• Developing and maintaining systems that monitor and support the full facilitator journey — from onboarding through to ongoing support

A little bit about the role
Practice Tutors (PTs) play a key role within the development and delivery of our social work curriculum, contributing knowledge and expertise to create a culture that promotes outstanding social work education. PTs are responsible for teaching and developing participants at the Readiness to Practice stage, regional teaching days and, in participant hubs within local authorities. 

PTs support four practice hubs, based within statutory children’s social care services. Each practice hub is led by a Consultant Social Worker (CSW).  Core to the Practice Tutor role is the ability to provide support, challenge and guidance to participants and CSWs to ensure a high-quality practice learning experience

This role provides the opportunity to genuinely align practice and theory. In doing so you need to be committed to evidence informed practice models and have an appetite to exploring different and innovative approaches to teaching these models

A little bit about you

We are looking for someone who can contribute to the delivery of teaching across the year, support participants in their local authority hubs, support participants during the 2nd year of Approach Social Work and become their dissertation supervisor during the 3rd year of the programme.

For a large, global organisation, we are recruiting a Head of Group FP&A. Leading a team of 4, the Head of Group FP&A sits at the heart of Group and Global Finance, and leads Group MI, Reporting, Planning and Forecasting across the organisation. The role oversees cash and balance sheet forecasting for the Group and Subsidiaries and ensures insightful reporting to external stakeholders. Liaising with the Shared Service Centre, Centres of Excellence, and Regional finance teams, this role will shape and embed the implementation of new planning and reporting tools and will work with the business to create best-in-class FP&A processes during a time of substantial change and transformation. Main Duties:

• Provide first-class Group FP&A and MI reporting service globally and regionally, for all strategic business units

• Provide high-quality, insightful MI for the Group, making improvements as needed

At Walking With The Wounded, we support those who have served with mental health, employment and wraparound care coordination programmes tailored to the unique needs of the individual. As part of Op COURAGE, the veterans mental health and wellbeing service, we will be employing a new Veteran Liaison Support Officer. This role will work in collaboration with Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne & Wear NHS Foundation Trust to support veterans in the mental health pathway.

The successful candidate will ideally be located within the Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear region with the ability to travel where required.

WWTW’s Care Coordination service involves the assessment of needs for your client, the sourcing of appropriate support and the ongoing navigation of that support. You remain the central point of contact as you support your service user to address their challenges, which may include a lack of secure housing, debt, social isolation, relationship breakdowns, lack of education and training, welfare issues or substance misuse.

We are looking for a Veteran Liaison Support Officer (VLSO) who can work within a muti disciplinary team and fully appreciates the patience, resilience and self-motivation that is required to support a dispersed and diverse caseload of individuals. You must be someone who is able to work independently, particularly in managing your time and caseload, whilst recognising that you are one crucial element of a wider team of support who will need to work collaboratively to get the best outcome for clients. We welcome applicants who have experience or specialise in housing, although it is not essential.  Experience of working with veterans would be beneficial although again, not essential.

The Veteran Liaison Support Officer (VLSO) will have a caseload of ex-servicemen and women who may, at times, be facing multiple complex needs. Working with local delivery partners, you will make referrals for support, whilst retaining the overall caseworker responsibilities. Your role will be crucial to the success of the service user’s outcome. ROLE PURPOSE

This role provides person-centred employment and progression support to individuals facing barriers to financial wellbeing, including homelessness or risk of homelessness. Working with a managed caseload, this role will support participants to build confidence and employability skills, and progress towards meaningful, sustained employment, further education, or accredited training.

The role includes a blend of structured employability support, responsive frontline 121 work combined with corporate partnership skills.  This role will work directly with Freedom Trainees and Mustard Tree clients, supporting walk-ins, referrals, and longer-term participants. This role will represent our values through high-quality, compassionate, and professional service delivery.

This role combines direct participant support, employability delivery, employer engagement working with the Salford Area Manager. You will work across our Eccles and Little Hulton sites, helping create meaningful opportunities that enable participants’ progression.

 Established in 2019, Podium Analytics is a charity that is creating a world with more sport, less injury.

 We were founded with the belief that, to see the full benefit of sports participation, more needs to be done to address the issue of youth and grassroots sport injury, which is an under-researched, under-resourced and often overlooked issue.  Harnessing the power of data and research, and through education, influence and advocacy, we are creating a revolution in grassroots and youth sport, making players safer and more able to enjoy the sports they love and for longer.

Job summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team. This role focuses on supporting the administration and delivery of events, ensuring smooth coordination, logistics, and a high-quality participant experience. It also includes stakeholder management, maintaining clear communication and strong relationships with attendees, partners, and internal teams. In addition, the role contributes to content development (both print and digital), and supports the contextualisation and translation of resources for global audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Support

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of event logistics.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including vendors, venues, and service providers, to ensure high-quality event delivery.
• Manage delegate booking systems, taking ownership for providing prompt and professional support to attendees and stakeholders via phone, messaging and email, and delivering excellent delegate care throughout events.
• Maintain and regularly update registration systems and databases, ensuring high levels of accuracy and data integrity.
• Provide on-site event support, including set-up and liaising with AV and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Support campaign and project planning, including tracking content-related budgets for approval.

Cultural Adaptation & Coordination

• Assist in tracking the performance of content and programs through data collection, feedback, and engagement analytics to support evaluation of effectiveness.
