Greyhound Rescue Wales (GRW) is Wales’ leading charity dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming greyhounds and lurchers. Founded in 1993, we have spent more than three decades championing the welfare of sighthounds and working towards our vision: a Wales without greyhound racing, where every greyhound and lurcher has a home and receives the best possible care.
In April 2026, after 25 years of determined campaigning to improve welfare and regulation within the racing industry, legislation to ban greyhound racing in Wales was finally passed. To help us grow sustainably and strengthen our long‑term impact, we are now seeking to develop our fundraising team with the creation of a Sponsorship and Individual Giving Officer. This role will play a key part in increasing and diversifying our income, enabling us to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome even more dogs during this pivotal moment in our charity’s history.
Role
Greyhound Rescue Wales is seeking a motivated and compassionate Sponsorship and Individual Giving Officer to grow and steward this important income stream. This role will nurture, develop and manage our corporate and individual giving programme, including legacies, ensuring our supporters feel valued and informed.

Founded in 1860, Providence Row is a specialist homelessness charity working in East London and the City, deliberately operating at the most acute end of the homelessness spectrum.
The charity reaches around 1,200 individuals (annually) with the most deep-rooted needs; people whose interlinking mental and physical health, and trauma and substance use challenges mean they often struggle to access mainstream support. The Marketing Officer (Retention) at CBM UK is an important role in making our lifechanging work possible. The position holder is responsible for producing direct mail and digital fundraising appeals for individual supporter audiences that will elicit strong engagement and ongoing financial support.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and across the Fundraising, Impact and Communications department, the Marketing Officer (Retention) plans and delivers 10-12 fundraising appeals per year to existing supporters. These include one off cash fundraising appeals, newsletters, and prayer diaries, which are produced through working with external copywriters, designers and printers. The role works across multiple
marketing channels, including direct mail, email, web, and telephone, towards an agreed income target.
The position holder also supports the development of fundraising plans, supporter
(customer) journeys, and the testing of new channels and messaging.
Cultivation appeals (60%)
a. Direct mail: Deliver regular and inspiring off-line direct mail campaigns to existing supporters on time and within budget. The role-holder will plan, co-ordinate and prepare fundraising appeals. This involves creating briefs, working alongside
freelance copywriters and designers, and managing print and fulfilment suppliers.
b. Email marketing: Plan, build, and send mass marketing and fundraising emails to existing supporters.
c. Online landing pages: Build landing pages (using WordPress) to support individual fundraising and offline marketing appeals. Ensuring landing pages on the CBM website are integrated with offline appeals and are engaging to existing audiences. High donor fundraising (20%)

The Fundraising Executives provide support to the wider Fundraising team assisting with all aspects of fundraising activity. Three Fundraising Executives are managed by the Head of Fundraising and support fundraising activity across 11 segments of income generation. Head of Mass Participation Fundraising
We are seeking an experienced fundraising leader to drive national events and mass participation fundraising growth, inspiring supporters and delivering outstanding results.
Salary: Circa £49,800 per annum (plus applicable London weighting)
Location: Home-based, UK-wide
Hours: 35 hours per week, permanent

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a national mass participation and events fundraising programme for a leading UK health charity. Reporting to the Head of Regional Fundraising, you will shape and deliver the organisation's strategy for supporter-led events and mass participation fundraising, driving income growth, supporter acquisition, engagement and retention.
Leading a team of fundraising managers and officers, you will build on an established programme while identifying new opportunities, products and channels that increase fundraising performance and strengthen supporter relationships. You will also play a key role within the wider fundraising leadership team, helping to deliver organisational objectives and championing a high-performing, inclusive culture.

Woman’s Trust is a leading mental health charity supporting women affected by domestic abuse. For nearly 30 years, we have provided free, trauma-informed counselling, therapeutic groups, and workshops to help women rebuild their emotional wellbeing. We are seeking a Head of Fundraising and Development to lead our fundraising team and play a key role in our Senior Leadership Team. You’ll be joining Woman’s Trust at a pivotal moment, as we build on nearly 30 years of specialist expertise to meet growing demand, expand our services for women and girls, and extend our influence through training, research, partnerships and policy to create lasting change. As demand for our services grows, we aim to double the number of women we support annually, achieved in part through growing our income.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing new funder and partner relationships across trusts, foundations, statutory bodies, and corporates.
Strengthening existing relationships to secure sustainable, multi-year funding.
Leading fundraising growth, aiming for £3m by 2027/28.
Collaborating with the CEO, trustees, and Senior Leadership Team to shape fundraising strategy and operational delivery.
Leading an passionate team of fundraisers to maximise income generation opportunities.
We seek a highly motivated, ambitious fundraiser with proven experience at a senior level, securing five- and six-figure and multi-year grants. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fundraising Delivery
· Deliver challenge and community fundraising campaigns and events that achieve agreed income and participation targets.
· Support the Community & Challenge Events Manager with the delivery and stewardship of Back Up's London Marathon programme, taking ownership of agreed areas of delivery.
