Astra Foundation is seeking a Foundation Director; a dynamic, seasoned and strategic leader with a background in philanthropy who is motivated by their mission to combat loneliness in young adults, empower youth to reach their full potential, and reduce plastic pollution, primarily in the UK and France. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a young foundation and support the next phase of its evolution, building on strong foundations to further steward support for their priority areas and civil society partners. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, with a willingness to handle all aspects of the Foundation’s work, from high-level strategy and external relations to day-to-day administration.

As Supporter Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for people engaging with our three charities: Guy’s & St Thomas’ Charity, Evelina London Children’s Charity, and Guy’s Cancer Charity. You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent service, managing a wide range of enquiries from supporters—whether they’re donating, fundraising, or simply seeking information.
The role requires you to become highly knowledgeable about activities across our three charities, engaging with internal teams and maintaining a positive, helpful presence in all interactions.
You’ll handle supporter enquiries across various communication channels, ensuring timely responses within our service level agreements. From processing donations and managing complaints to maintaining accurate records in the fundraising database (Raiser’s Edge), you’ll help ensure a smooth, efficient experience for every supporter. You’ll also be helping to manage relationships with external suppliers, making sure they deliver on our high standards of supporter care.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, values attention to detail, and thrives on building relationships. We’re looking for someone who is up for getting involved with all areas of fundraising with the drive to make things run just that bit smoother. Whether it’s improving how we manage enquiries about our events or making sure donors get a special thank you. The Team
The role is within the Individual Giving, Legacies & Supporter Care team. The team is led by a Head of
Individual Giving who manages these vital areas of public fundraising. This role will be managed by the Supporter Care Manager.

About the role
We’re excited to be recruiting a Partnerships Executive to support the delivery and growth of WWF-UK’s sector-leading corporate partnerships, helping to drive impact for nature through some of the UK’s most ambitious and influential collaborations.

This role sits within the Partnerships Management Unit, the team responsible for delivering and growing WWF-UK’s portfolio of long-term strategic partnerships with organisations including Sky, HSBC, GSK, KPMG and Reckitt.
As Partnerships Executive, you’ll play a key role in helping partnerships deliver against WWF-UK’s strategic goals across income, influence, advocacy and engagement. You’ll support the day-to-day delivery of partnership activity, help build strong relationships with partners and colleagues across the WWF Network, and contribute to projects and experiences that create meaningful impact for nature.
This is a varied and collaborative role combining relationship management, project coordination, communications and operational support to the wider partnerships team. You may also have the opportunity to manage smaller partnerships directly or support a larger strategic partnership as part of a wider matrix team.
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and relationship-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while bringing energy, attention to detail and a strong commitment to WWF’s mission.

· Experience supporting relationship management within a commercial, charity or partnership environment
· Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
· Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships internally and externally
· Experience coordinating projects, events or partnership activity across multiple stakeholders
· Strong attention to detail, including experience managing information, budgets, reports or tracking systems accurately
· Experience supporting the delivery of engagement activity such as events, communications, fundraising or volunteering initiatives
· Collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with a wide range of colleagues and partners
· Proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with the confidence to take ownership and drive work forward
· Strong planning and coordination skills, including the ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
