About you and the role
The purpose of this role is to head up development of key partnerships and income streams that will ensure the charity remains financially sustainable and able to deliver our impact at scale. You will be responsible for the assessment of, and managing relationships with, all major new partners. You will be accountable for delivering on an ambitious income generation strategy, and for monitoring and effectively reporting our impact. You will ensure that our impact and the importance of our work is effectively communicated to potential new partners, working closely with the Head of Communications and supported by the Marketing Manager. You will work alongside the Chief Executive and the Head of Finance to develop annual plans and budgets and work closely with the Director of Transformation and School Engagement Manager to ensure projects are secured, fully funded and financially sustainable.
We’re looking for an experienced senior leader, with excellent communication skills, who has been involved in high-value fundraising. We’re looking for someone with genuine passion for our mission, who has the confidence to hit the ground running and articulate why what we’re doing is so important. You need to enjoy working collaboratively, we’re a team that works closely together and the success of this role will come from working very closely with your fellow Directors and the wider team.

Key responsibilities:
● Developing a comprehensive income generation and marketing strategy that supports the delivery of the charity’s objectives and activities
● Manage and maintain existing significant partnerships with key funders (trusts, corporates and major donors), identifying new opportunities to deepen and extend relationships where desirable
● Manage, support and mentor the Development team, leading on strategy and planning for the department to ensure that income generation targets for fundraising are achieved
● Working alongside the Chief Executive and Directors, identify new income opportunities from corporate partnerships and support development of commercial opportunities
● Lead on the development of our impact measurement strategy, strengthening our monitoring, evaluation and impact systems to ensure that we are effectively collecting data that demonstrates our impact

● Develop an effective marketing strategy to articulate our impact and the benefits of our programmes to potential new partners

Skills & experience:

● Significant experience in a senior fundraising role (Head of / Director) with a strong track record of achievement
● Demonstrable ability to maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with the Chief Executive and Grants Funding Manager to match potential funders to forthcoming programmes.

Take the lead role in ensuring the youthwork database (Plinth) is maintained and kept up to date, and reports are produced for CE and trustees.

Support the Fundraising Team on fundraising activities where necessary.

Schools2030 is a global programme focused on holistic learning and teacher leadership. The programme brings together a diverse coalition which includes educators, school leaders, civil society, researchers, international organisations and government across ten countries and 1,000+ schools and non-formal education centres. The goal is to improve quality teaching and holistic learning, and to foster resilient education systems across the world, including for those living in remote regions and those facing multiple forms of marginalisation and crises.
Schools2030 teams and partners across 10 countries and globally generate a considerable amount of evidence and data essential for programme learning and impact. This includes various types of data: learning assessment data collected annually across all countries by Schools2030 Assessment Partners; qualitative evidence on programme implementation and processes collected annually by Learning Partners in each country; Impact Evaluation data collected at baseline, midline and endline by Schools2030 Global Evaluation Partners; and research evidence and findings produced by our growing network of Schools2030 Research Partners.
The Evidence and Impact Manager position within Schools2030 is a new role for the programme. This individual will lead on the synthesis, analysis and consolidation of all evidence and data from across countries and globally. The objective is to inform local, national and global agendas aimed at advancing holistic learning and fostering teacher leadership for education systems transformation across Schools2030’s 10 countries. The Evidence and Impact Manager will also lead on dissemination of this evidence at both global and national levels. This involves working closely with the wider Schools2030 Global and National focal points to ensure effective and strategic sharing of Schools2030’s impact evidence with global audiences. Furthermore, the Evidence and Impact Manager will consolidate and disseminate key data and insights relevant for forging expanded partnerships, facilitating annual donor reporting, and engaging externally with strategic partners for the Schools2030 global coalition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND CORE TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Evidence synthesis and analysis:
• Coordinate the efforts of Schools2030 National Learning Partners in each country, consolidating their annual reports and drawing lessons learned from across the 10 countries. This will inform global programming and evidence dissemination, fostering cross-fertilizing of key data and insights within and across relevant Schools2030 national partners and teams.
• Coordinate with Schools2030 Global Partners on Assessment, Data and Evaluation to consolidate, synthesise and analyse evidence from across programme workstreams.
• Coordinate with Schools2030 Research Officer to consolidate, synthesise, and analyse evidence from across Schools2030 network of Research Partners.
• Lead the development of Annual Schools2030 Global Evidence, Learning and Impact reports and preparation materials for external dissemination events/forums, drawing on all the above-mentioned partnerships and workstreams related to evidence and impact.
Evidence dissemination and curation:
• Oversee the development of Schools2030 Learning Database and Dashboard in partnership with Schools2030 Assessment and Evaluation Partners
• Lead the dissemination of Annual Schools2030 Global Evidence, Learning and Impact reports and key findings, using Schools2030 and AKF communication channels as well as other global opportunities and convenings.
• Establish and spearhead Schools2030 Evidence and Impact Community of Practice, compromising Schools2030 team members as well as national and global learning and assessment partners.
• Establish and spearhead Schools2030 sharing and learning dissemination forums aimed at external partners, facilitating the exchange of Schools2030 key findings and insights.
• Collaborate with the Schools2030 Global Communications team to enhance the Schools2030 website for sharing and showcasing evidence from across the programme countries and global workstreams for schooland systems-level uptake.
• Collaborate with the Schools2030 Research Officer to identify key global and national research fora to disseminate and connect Schools2030’s emerging evidence (i.e. UKFIET, CIES, GEEAP, the What Works Hub, and BE2).
Strategic leadership and engagement:
• Lead the development and operationalisation of a Learning and Impact Strategy for Schools2030, in partnership with the Schools2030 Research Officer.
• Contribute to Schools2030’s resource mobilisation, proposal development and donor reporting by drawing in relevant Schools2030 data and insights as needed.
• Contribute to AKF’s global indicators framework and integrate Schools2030 evidence and impact into wider AKF Education Improvement Programme priority areas of focus, including, but not limited to education access, quality, and systems-level change.
• Incorporate key research, evidence and data from Schools2030 partners (and beyond) about best practices related to advancing holistic education in and through teacher agency and leadership.
• Conduct regular reviews of Schools2030 data and evidence to inform decision-making, identifying emerging trends or issues, and recommending adjustments to programme strategies and activities as needed.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including Schools2030 donors, as well as other key stakeholders, including academic institutions, to share findings, solicit feedback, and foster collaboration in advancing Schools2030 goals.

Person Specification
The Difference is looking for someone who can lead the team’s impact function as the charity goes through a really exciting period of growth and development. You will refine our monitoring and evaluation work in order to drive continuous improvement across the charity, and to shape future programme design. You’ll feed into the development of new tools for use by schools to better understand and respond to their own inclusion data. You’ll also play a key role in helping The Difference and its partner schools to understand the mechanisms for change in our programmes, and identify what supports and hinders change. Why Work for The Difference?
Schooling isn’t working for the children who need it most. Every week in England 109 children – equivalent to three full classrooms – are permanently excluded. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Since the pandemic, school suspensions have risen significantly, as has persistent absenteeism. 1 in 5 children are missing more than 10% of their time in school. Children who are excluded or persistently absent are much more likely to already be experiencing vulnerability or disadvantage. They are more likely to live in poverty, have additional learning needs, suffer mental health challenges, or experience a lack of safety outside school. Certain ethnicities are also disproportionately affected, notably Gypsy Roma Traveller and black Caribbean children.
Exclusion and high rates of absence can have a dramatic effect on life chances. These young people are more likely to drop out of education or employment, become vulnerable to long-term mental ill health, or be at risk of criminal exploitation. The Difference believes that children and young people deserve better and that the education system has to change.
Our Organisation
The Difference is a young education charity, founded to change the story on lost learning. By 2030, we want rates of exclusion and absence to be falling nationally and for schools to be better equipped to support all children, including those who may be vulnerable.
The Difference was born out of a year of research into school exclusions with think-tank IPPR. This research identified a lack of inclusion expertise in schools and proposed a new leadership development programme to fill this gap. In 2018, Difference founder Kiran hired the team who took this idea from concept to reality, beginning work with our first schools.
The Difference is now a 22-strong team delivering multiple school leadership programmes, alongside a growing research and policy arm. The team is supported by our Youth Advisory Board, made up of young people who have experienced exclusion and who provide their expertise and insights on how school inclusion work should be done. This work is needed more than ever. Effects of COVID-19, coupled with the spiralling cost of living, have substantially increased levels of vulnerability. Schools serving excluded pupils face under-funding. The Difference has had excellent early impact but there is work ahead to capture this, share learning with schools and policy-makers, and grow our capacity to lower exclusions across England.
The Task Ahead: Head of Impact
In 2022, The Difference established a Research, Impact and Influencing Directorate, indicating the growing importance of this work to our mission. We’re doing more to understand (and evidence) how school leaders who take part in our programmes are driving impactful inclusion in their schools. And we intend to use this to have a national impact on how schools are measured and driven to put pupil wellbeing, safety and belonging at the heart of their work. Improving our understanding of the impact of inclusion is key to successfully changing the story for students currently struggling in schools.
Key Tasks for this role include:

Strengthen our monitoring, evaluation and impact systems: using methods that are both qualitative (interviews, case-studies, roundtables) and quantitative (staff and student surveys, school data tracking), and collating and analysing the data collected to diagnose successes, challenges and opportunities within our work streams.

Act as an internal consultant with the team: bringing stakeholder feedback together in clear presentations for other staff members and acting as a “critical friend” during delivery and strategy planning. Identify insights that point to continuous improvement of our programmes and work with Programme Team to utilise insights.

Develop our qualitative framework to better track and measure whole-school inclusion. This framework will aim not just to support improved work for children in our schools, but to define what good looks like in the sector.

Progress our ambition to make inclusion more tangibly measurable: plan user-research with school partners to identify inclusion data needs and use these findings to develop impact tools that collate exclusion, attendance and demographic data. Work with others in the sector using innovative methods to measure inclusion through national datasets.

Expand our work on measuring school inclusion through student experience of safety, wellbeing and belonging. Grow the reach of our current survey tools and collaborating with others in the sector doing innovative work on student voice and inclusion.

What you’ll be doing:
- Work with programme and Innovation teams to support the development of programme/project specific monitoring and evaluation plans, theories of change and results frameworks. This will involve building capacity of these teams, and working with other charities and organisations who are recipients of Motability Foundation's grants.
- Lead on design and implementation of evaluations that assess organisational and specific programme/project level relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, social and economic impact.
- Develop terms of reference for various evaluations, in consultation with programmes and Innovation teams, with clear purpose, objectives and evaluation questions, approach, methodology, resource requirements and work plan.
- Design evaluation approaches and methodologies, data collection instruments and analysis frameworks.
- Lead on tender processes, where evaluations or components of them are to be outsourced, and manage delivery ensuring the work is delivered according to agreed timelines and meets user needs.
- Undertake and oversee design, collection and cleaning of data ready for analysis.
- Undertake analysis and reporting of the collected data to respond to the evaluation questions and criteria.
- Lead on writing evaluation reports, ensuring they are of high quality and suitable for target audiences.
- Present findings to internal and external audiences as required.
- Support programme and Innovation managers and teams to meaningfully report outcome and impact data.

About you:

- Experience of monitoring and evaluating interventions with a focus on undertaking process evaluations, measuring outcomes and impact using a variety of methodologies and techniques.
- Experience of supporting and facilitating others to develop logical frameworks and monitoring and evaluation plans to ensure the right monitoring data is collected.
- Relevant qualification in an analytical discipline such as social sciences, economics or statistics, or evidence of professional experience in the area of evaluation.

1. Background
The International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie) promotes evidence-informed equitable, inclusive and sustainable development. We support the generation and effective use of high-quality evidence to inform decision-making and improve the lives of people living in poverty in low- and middle-income countries (L&MICs). We provide guidance and support to produce impact evaluations and associated formative evaluations; systematic reviews and syntheses, evidence gap maps and support for using that evidence in decision-making and capacity development. Our work encompasses a wide range of topics, sectors and themes, including but not limited to health, nutrition, education, agriculture, governance, microfinance, climate change, humanitarian interventions, and social protection. 3ie is registered as a non-governmental organization in the United States. It has offices in New Delhi, London and Washington, DC.
The Contracts and Compliance Officer will support 3ie’s efforts in contract, compliance, safeguarding and risk management guidance and oversight with an emphasis on providing direct billable compliance support to the FCDO Research Commissioning Centre (RCC). The Officer will work closely with various teams across the organization including project, business development, finance, and senior management teams to develop and implement compliance processes, tools, resources, and best practices, provide quality control, and build staff capacity in compliance and risk management. The Contracts and Compliance Officer will report directly to the Cost and Pricing Controller with informal reporting to the RCC Sr. Programme Manager.
2. Key Responsibilities
2.1 FCDO RCC Contracting, Compliance and Risk Management
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and grants for sub awardees delivering work under the RCC.
- Support strategies and systems to respond to FCDO and/or RCC project team requests for new research commissions, project related questions, and general advisory services providing information and interpretation on a broad range of topics including contract and subcontracting regulations, compliance procedures, management, and risk mitigation.
- Provide safeguarding leadership, including implementation of best practices for the RCC, review of downstream partner policies and practices, audit of safeguarding procedures, etc.
- Identify and propose mitigation strategies for RCC operational, financial, and other compliance gaps that pose risk to the project and/or 3ie.
- Review and provide guidance on proposed amendments to the RCC accountable grant agreement and daft RCC related subcontracts, sub-grants, amendments, services agreements, and independent contractor agreements.
- Draft and/or support development of approval requests and other donor correspondence related to procurement, grant, consultant, or other contractual actions.
2.2 Organizational Compliance and Risk Management
- Serve as the primary resource and subject matter expert on FCDO contracts, risk, and compliance to ensure quality control and guidance in order to maintain consistent approaches and implement best practices across 3ie’s FCDO portfolio.
- Stay updated on changes in FCDO and other donor rules, regulations, and industry wide compliance best practices.
- Support the development and implementation of 3ie internal policies and procedures to enhance contract and grant compliance. This includes but is not limited to reviewing, analyzing, and making recommendations to current policies, processes, and internal controls to ensure effective and efficient identification and mitigation of noncompliance and risks.
- Recommend improvements to the corporate authorities structure, file/recordkeeping processes, as well as support senior management in organizational risk management.
- Support the development and maintenance of a repository of contract and grant compliance best practices, innovative approaches, guidance documents, and tools.
- Contribute to increasing staff awareness and capacity of donor regulations, 3ie policies, tools, templates, and procedures through formal and ad hoc trainings and development of guidance materials
- Conduct internal compliance audits.
- Assist with ad hoc compliance related tasks as required.
2.3 Business Development
- Review tenders, assist with development of questions and/or responses to tends, and provide ad hoc proposal development needs ensuring consistency with corporate policies and strategies, relevant regulations, and FCDO requirements.
- Support review and negotiation process for new FCDO awards.
3. Qualifications and Skills
- Undergraduate degree in relevant field
- 3-5 years (Officer) or 5+ years (Sr. Officer) of experience in direct contract administration or compliance, preferably with FCDO and/or a mix of bilateral (USAID, GIZ, NORAD), multilateral (UN, World Bank), and foundations (BMGF, GAVI) in the international development context
- Strong knowledge and understanding of FCDO and/or other bilateral and multilateral rules, regulations, and policies required
- Experience with a wide variety of grants, contracts, and subcontract types and methodologies (commercial contracts, accountable grants, framework agreements, hybrid agreements/contracts)
- Experience managing payment by results or performance-based contracts.
- Experience developing and delivering participatory trainings on compliance, regulations, and policies
- Demonstrated experience in conducting internal compliance audits preferred

About this role
Better Cotton is now seeking a Social Impact Fundraiser who will help to drive revenue in support of the ongoing success and growth of Better Cotton globally. Better Cotton has set ambitious 2030 targets to improve the lives and livelihoods of cotton farmers. This role will be responsible for ensuring these ambitions are adequately resourced. You will work closely with relevant thematic leads and country teams for proposal design, coordination and reporting of funded projects. Development of Social Impact Programmes
Participate in the development of thematic programmes that fulfil farmers’ needs while aligning with Better Cotton’s 2030 strategic goals:
- In close collaboration with Global Impact team and country teams support a programmatic co-creation process, that is marketable and fundable.
- Manage a coalition building phase of social impact donors and allies. This includes outreach to relevant stakeholders identified, pitching to prospective donors, creating fundraising materials.

- Manage relationships with donors/investors to increase success rate of applications and ensure continuous funding.

The Opportunity
This role sits within our Evaluation unit in our Impact Partnerships team, who work with education organisations such as charities, universities and education technology companies (our ‘impact partners’). Our work focuses on helping these organisations to design and deliver evaluations, and to build their capacity for impact evaluation.
We are looking for a candidate who can support the team internally with a variety of delivery and administrative processes, working directly with our schools and partners to support their evaluation journey. This will include supporting new schools through their onboarding and data collection processes and monitoring their usage of our digital platform, the School Impact Platform. You will also be responsible for liaising with schools to schedule focus groups with teachers and pupils and organise these events accordingly, and supporting colleagues with facilitating data collection and analysis, which will include reporting processes and creating surveys which form part of our evaluation work with schools.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to apply for our new professional development pathway, launching this summer. About the Role
The Country Trust Impact and Learning Lead is a flexible and fulfilling opportunity in our growing, energetic charity. You'll ensure evaluation and learning are embedded throughout the organisation, setting the standard for measuring and articulating our difference. As a versatile senior leader, you'll shape our strategic direction by championing our Theory of Change and embedding impact across our activities from the start.
Starting from a strong position with our existing evaluation framework, you'll nurture a culture of evidence-based improvement across programmes such as our Farm Discovery and Countryside Discovery Residential programmes, in all reaching over 70,000 children annually.
About You

- Experienced in commissioning and/or managing external research or evaluation partners.

About the role
As Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and reporting on impact of the international programmes (TI Defence and Security programme 90%, TI Global Health 10%). You will provide the technical and functional support to the programmes by capturing, analysing and reporting project results as well documenting and sharing project learnings from within the TI and global chapter programmes.
In addition to this role, you will:
Monitoring (40%)
- Be responsible for rolling out the results monitoring framework and results reporting strategy by gathering and analysing outcome and impact data via day-to-day monitoring and quarterly simplified outcome harvesting exercises.
- Present findings to the Programme Management team and donors.
- Lead on devising, coordinating, and conducting regular data-quality assurance initiatives
- Play a key role in designing Theories of Change for TI and global chapters.
- Drive MEL system acceptance and strengthen a ‘MEL culture’ within the team.
- Review and advise on improvements to the Theory of Change and logframe to ensure relevance and measurable pathway to impact
Learning (40%)
- Develop processes to ensure learning is identified and captured across all areas of the programme.
- Lead the creation of regular learning briefs, including brainstorming key topics, gathering evidence from key TI chapters around the world, reporting on lessons learned, and presenting findings internally and externally.
- Collect, analyse, synthesise, and present on the latest evidence on ‘what works’ in anticorruption sector.
- Facilitate regular learning sessions within the team to institutionalise key knowledge and skills.
Evaluation (10%)
- Assist TI and chapter programme teams in the design and roll out of programme evaluations.
- Facilitate the implementation of programme evaluations by recruiting external consultants and coordinating with donors, stakeholders, and other TI chapters.
Data and Knowledge Management (5%)
- Act as DS point of contact for the M&E lead to capture, disseminate project learning and ensure that this is fed into future TI and partner work.
- Ensure that learning from work is used to tailor and adjust the project approach to maximise impact.
- Be a key member of the Evidence and Impact working group, work with group to further develop TI UK’s overall E&I approach.
Other (5%)
- Assist or lead the design and development of programme concept notes, bids or proposals.
- Assist wider MEL efforts within the TI-UK team where needed.
About you
To be successful in the role you will have/will be:
- Proven experience of the design and implementing of Monitoring and Learning frameworks in international programmes (ideally covering Fragile and Conflict Affected States)
- Applied training in or experience working with research methods (quantitative and qualitative)
- Strong data reporting skills with proven ability to engage with and manage donor formal reporting and ad-hoc requests;
- Excellent communicator, with a demonstrated ability to build networks and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at different levels of seniority;
- An ability to see both the big (strategic) picture, identifying opportunities for innovation and value addition, as well as keeping alert to programme delivery risks linked to the monitoring and learning aspect of the programme;
- Demonstrable skills in communicating and transforming technical/analytical information into non-technical and compelling stories
- Proficient in managing databases
- Excellent data analysis, interpretation, and presentation skills
- Experience in conducting quality assurance and critical review of organisation-wide data within international development

Role purpose
The MEAL Coordinator will travel with the emergency response team to deliver emergency shelter responses, to enhance programme quality and embed a culture of organisational learning and accountability. Sitting within the Programme Quality team, the MEAL Coordinator will play a significant role to strengthen participant voice and accountability, enable data driven decision making and help to identify best practice and innovative shelter solutions allowing people to recover and rebuild their lives.
The MEAL Coordinator will lead/support key processes that enhance programme/project delivery. They liaise with programme managers/emergency coordinators and partner organisations to provide technical support and ensure programmes/projects adhere to agreed processes, namely needs assessments, log frame development, robust and transparent community feedback mechanisms and the development of the MEAL plan. They will also provide technical input on data collection exercises, data analysis for routine monitoring exercises as well as designing/coordinating review /evaluation processes.
The MEAL Coordinator will play an important role in promoting organisational learning and embedding a culture of reflection, analysis, and learning. Working together with Programme Managers & Emergency field coordinators, they will ensure learning frameworks are in place so that lessons are learned (both positive and negative) are captured, responded to, and shared with peers. They will work closely with the Programme Delivery Team and Technical Specialists to identify and/or support the establishment of Action Research projects that will contribute to improvements and innovations within the shelter sector.
There is significant travel with this role (up to 50% FTE), and the post holder must be prepared to travel at short notice for up to two months at a time. The MEAL Coordinators may also be asked to contribute to the development of organisational policy papers on mainstreaming or technical areas such as cash programming.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
Project Support (70% FTE):
The MEAL coordinator is a core member of the project team and will work closely with the project lead to ensure project quality and accountability. They will lead processes or liaise with partners (depending on implementation model) to ensure ShelterBox standards are adhered to. Specifically, they will:
- Advise/Carry out needs assessments to inform project design
- Facilitate technical MEAL component of Organizational Capacity Assessments and support with the development of capacity strengthening plans for potential partners
- As relevant, support the delivery of Capacity Building Action Plans, through the development of appropriate resources/ providing in-person and remote training /mentoring on MEAL concepts and practice. This will also involve reviewing training courses/modules, developing resources, and providing training.
- Collaborate with partners and implementing teams to, support project/log frame development with clear outcomes/outputs and SMART indicators, in line with organizational reporting requirements
- Ensure robust MEAL plans are in place, and that SADD distribution data is robust
- Ensure robust and transparent community feedback mechanisms are functioning and support safeguarding processes
- Provide technical input/Lead data collection exercises (both quantitative and qualitative)
- Liaise with partners and implementing teams to ensure the MEAL Plans are operationalized and that the data/reports provided by partners are robust, verifiable and with the appropriate degree of objectivity.
- Ensure project documentation is up to date
- Support data analysis and the facilitation of learning and reflection based on findings that result in data-led decision making
- Coordinate/Facilitate/carry out end of project evaluation processes in line with DAC criteria.
- Ensure all projects/programmes are contributing to organisational KPI reporting. Develop and populate Information Management systems as appropriate.
- Liaise with the Grant Management team to ensure that all projects MEAL systems and processes are in line with donor requirements, and support programme managers to submit quality narrative reports in a timely fashion.
Knowledge creation and sharing (20% FTE):
- Ensure that each Project logframe, MEAL plan and Learning and Accountability Framework are up-to-date and facilitate continuous and conscious reflection and learning.
- Utilising M&E data, evaluation findings and wider sector understanding, develop thematic discussions to strengthen understanding within ShelterBox and in relevant Communities of Practice.
Infrastructure development (10% FTE):
- Contribute to the development of policies, SOPs and processes that strengthen project delivery and accountability.
- Ensure ShelterBox is abreast of new technological developments supporting information gathering and analysis, particularly methodologies that empower affected populations to communicate with ShelterBox and to share their insights enhancing participation.
Working Requirements: This role will support the design and implementation of rapid response emergency project that will demand prolonged travel (up to two months) at very short notice. For remote workers: travel to Truro HQ for collaboration weeks approx. 3 times a year, and additional meetings as requested.
