About us
We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. You'll:
- Lead the planning, delivery and governance of a complex portfolio of transformation projects.
- Manage the programme budget, timeline, risks and resource planning. Ensure there is an appropriate structure for overseeing individual project management of budget and delivery to time.
- Develop and maintain programme reporting for senior leadership, trustees and governance boards.
- Drive high-quality programme management standards, ensuring appropriate controls, business cases and change management processes are in place.
- Work closely with project managers, suppliers and technology partners to deliver successful system implementations.
- Build strong relationships across Centrepoint, ensuring colleagues are engaged and supported throughout change.
- Help shape future digital and organisational transformation, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Champion collaboration, learning and best practice across project delivery.
- Ensure the BCP is connected to wider change initiatives across Centrepoint.
Why join Centrepoint?
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of one of the UK's leading charities. You'll join an ambitious organisation committed to improving the lives of young people while helping transform how we operate.
