Sue Ryder is looking for a Digital Fundraising Manager to lead the planning and delivery of innovative digital fundraising activities that grow our supporter base and maximise income.

In this new role, you will develop and optimise multichannel fundraising campaigns across digital platforms while embedding a culture of test, learn and continuous optimisation. Working extensively with colleagues in both our fundraising and digital teams, you will ensure digital channels effectively engage supporters and drive donations.
You will also play a key role in developing a data-led approach to supporter engagement, helping shape how audiences are identified, nurtured and converted into long-term supporters as you collaborate with our data and marketing teams.

Reporting to the Head of Digital, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital fundraising professional to make a measurable impact across campaigns that reach and inspire supporters.

About you:

• Strong communication, relationship, negotiating and influencing skills.
• Experience working with CMS (Wagtail preferable) and a good understanding of donations platforms (iRaiser and Access preferable).
• Knowledge of budgets and experience in reporting financial/KPI performance against targets
• Proven research and analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate data and present data in both statistical and written formats.
• Experience of managing and working with agencies setting up and monitoring SLA’s and experience in staff management duties.
• Ability to assess skill needs and train colleagues in digital fundraising best practice

Essential Criteria

• Project and stakeholder management. Experience in managing parallel workstreams, multiple priorities, and complex stakeholder relationships
• Demonstrable experience of developing digital fundraising strategies and implementation plans to meet targets and KPIs in a role with substantial responsibility for driving supporter growth using a variety of digital channels.
• A proven track record of planning and delivering multichannel digital fundraising campaigns within the charity or not-for-profit sector, including but not limited, to activity across paid social media (Meta, TikTok), email, PPC, display and emerging channels. Experience using GA4 and Google Tag Manager, as well as other native platform analytical tools for tracking, reporting and assisting optimisation.
• Proven knowledge and use of digital marketing tools, including email marketing and automation platforms (DotDigital would be advantageous).
• Demonstratable experience of developing paid social media campaign tracking and an understanding of the changing landscape in social media i.e. current Meta restrictions

The Bookkeeper will support the Finance Director in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing budgets, and producing financial reports.

About this job

We’re looking for a proactive Production Manager to drive the planning, coordination and delivery of digital, creative and content projects that support our engagement goals.

This is a key delivery role within our Digital delivery and planning team as part of the Engagement department. You will help to traffic and coordinate a wide range of small‑to‑medium projects, ensuring work is well‑planned, on track and clearly communicated.

What you will do

This role is central to Greenpeace UK’s legacy programme, managing a varied caseload from straightforward estates to complex and high-value cases. As a newly created position, it brings legacy administration fully in-house and will play a key role in ensuring income is realised in full, accurately managed, and delivered in line with best practice.

As Legacy Case Manager, you will: 

• Manage a caseload of residuary, pecuniary, life interest, discretionary, and high-value legacies, including contentious cases
• Lead on the preparation, monitoring and reporting of the legacy income budget and mid year forecasts, working closely with Finance and Fundraising colleagues to provide accurate, timely projections and variance analysis

We are looking for a pragmatic, collaborative AI professional to join us as our AI Programme Manager at The Royal College of Radiologists (RCR). The clinical adoption of AI is becoming a central issue in medicine, and our specialities of radiology and oncology are at the forefront of this development. About the role:

At North London Multi-Disciplinary Rough Sleeping Hub, you’ll play a key role in keeping the service safe, steady and well run overnight. You’ll be supporting people who have come directly off the streets and are navigating multiple disadvantage, helping to create an environment where they can rest, feel secure and continue moving forward.

As a Night Concierge, you’ll take ownership of the building overnight. That means managing access, carrying out regular checks, monitoring safety and responding to anything that arises. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients during your shift, offering a calm, respectful presence and stepping in when support is needed.

Alongside this, you’ll keep things running behind the scenes. You’ll record incidents and key information accurately, complete handovers for the day team and make sure nothing gets missed. You’ll use internal systems to log activity, report repairs or concerns and communicate clearly with the wider team so there’s continuity between day and night.

Some nights will be quiet and routine, others less predictable. You might be carrying out welfare checks, managing the building, responding to queries or supporting someone who needs reassurance. It’s a role that combines responsibility, independence and people-focused work, where your consistency and judgement help keep both clients and the service on track.
