Administration Officer – England Central
We are recruiting an Administration Officer to provide an effective and comprehensive range of administrative support to workstreams/projects, which will enable the charity to fulfil its function across Central England to a high-quality standard.
What you will do:
Coordinate training bookings, using the diary system, email and databases to ensure training is organised, allocated and delivered.
Create resource pack for colleagues delivering training courses and workshops.

Conservation Collective (CC) funds solutions to protect the environment, restore nature, and safeguard against climate change. We manage and monitor our donor relations, grant giving governance, contacts, and event activities, via a bespoke and customised salesforce system. This was launched in September 2021, and has been developed and configured to meet our growing needs since then. As the demand for our model increases around the world, we need a highly capable systems specialist to support us to ensure our data systems are well managed, users are trained, and we can create accurate reports for our donors and other audiences. The role will report to the Finance Director and will work closely with the rest of the team. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Salesforce System: maintenance, training, development, and reporting
Maintenance
· Ensure key objects on Salesforce such as accounts, contacts, campaigns and grants are working effectively (ensure process flows work well).
· Maintain reliable records in all objects on Salesforce by eliminating duplicates monthly, processing user deletion requests and updating records for lists with up-to-date information on key stakeholders (e.g. trustees, contractors etc).

· Maintain an up to date ‘how to guide’ for our intranet, ensuring all users know how to use it and find what they need.

This role sits within the Business Enablement team within Shelter’s Technology & Data (T&D) Department, which is made up of 30+ people based across the country with bases in London, Sheffield, and Edinburgh.
The T&D Department is accountable for developing and leading Shelter’s technology and data strategic priorities, providing a secure infrastructure, management of data and insight to underpin strategic outcomes, delivery of technology change projects, data governance and the provision of support for a range of software, systems, and platform tools.
About You
As the HRIS Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and developing our HRIS system, ensuring it aligns with Shelter's strategic priorities.
You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure our HRIS supports critical business functions effectively.
You will have experience providing and managing a HRIS support function.
You’ll bring significant experience in managing HRIS systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving change.
You will have experience in aligning technology roadmaps with business strategy (PeopleXD experience advantageous).

We are seeking a talented and experienced Network Infrastructure Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure across a leading multi-academy trust. As a key member of the Infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of the network infrastructure.
Salary: Up to £57,000 per annum

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing, planning and implementing network infrastructure solutions to meet the needs of the academies
- Managing and maintaining network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal performance and availability
- Implementing and enforcing network security measures to protect against cybersecurity threats
- Collaborating with other IT team members and academic staff to understand requirements and provide technical support
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve network infrastructure
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong experience in a senior/lead/management Networking position
- Expertise in Cisco and/or Aruba networking technologies
- Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
- Experience with network security technologies, such as firewalls and VPNs
- Strong stakeholder management skills to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical end users

- Continuously develop systems to support the Trust’s effective operations, including project management and resource management systems, and monitor and report on implementation of the Trust’s Strategy Delivery Plan.
- Support the effective governance of the Trust and the operations of the Board, including organising and supporting meetings, co-ordinating our annual report and AGM and managing the recruitment process for new Trustees.
