Job Description
The role of Case Worker - Mental Health is an excellent opportunity to provide one-to-one tailored support to young people, working collaboratively as part of a multi-agency team, to ensure the safety of young people, and maximise their outcomes.
About You
· Great verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain relationships with key partner agencies, working effectively as part of a team.

Main Duties and Accountabilities
· Providing appropriate end to end support, and interventions, to a pre-defined caseload of young people, and their families, who are involved in County Lines activity – young people are referred by means of effective assessment, care planning, and risk management.
· Proactively and continually assessing and managing caseload risks, escalating where necessary through internal and external safeguarding procedures, and adapting case management frequency and methodology to reflect individual needs and circumstances.
· Ensuring that the diverse needs and aspirations of all groups of service users are considered in service planning and delivery, to enable all service users to fulfil their potential.
· Liaising effectively with local partner organisations, and other relevant agencies, to ensure effective referrals, care, risk management, and ease of transition and referral, for young people.
Qualifications
· Good ICT skills, with experience of using data recording and data collation systems.
· Experience of working with young people and their families, identified as vulnerable or having complex needs, preferably in a community setting.
· Experience of inter-agency working, preferably with Children's and Family Services/Youth Justice Services/Youth Services.
· Knowledge of issues around risk and vulnerability amongst young people.
· Desirable: Relevant qualification in a relevant discipline e.g., Youth and Community, Psychology, health/social care studies.

Rare Dementia Support (RDS) is a UCL-led collaborative service offering specialist social, emotional and practical support services for individuals living with, or affected by, a rare dementia diagnosis. This role includes the opportunity to shape and direct special projects related to the development of new support groups, professional training, or patient and public involvement/engagement (PPI/E), in line with the activities of RDS and the wider Dementia Research Centre. The post is not a research post, and would be suited to persons with an experienced background gained by working as Dementia Advisers within charity organisations.
The post is available immediately and funded by a donation from The National Brain Appeal until 31 March 2028 in the first instance.

The service provides a welcoming, calm, and inclusive space where people can access support without an appointment. Our team help with creating a recovery plans, one-to-one support by telephone or in person. The service is open 365 days a year, Monday to Friday from 5:30pm to 10:00pm, and on weekends and bank holidays from 3:00pm to 10:00pm.

The role focuses on providing high-quality support to individuals in mental health crisis. You will assist clients during their stay, helping to reduce immediate distress and develop plans to prevent future crises. This includes working collaboratively with statutory and voluntary mental health services to ensure effective, multi-agency support. All interventions should reflect the organisation's values and commitment to recovery, co-production, and person-centred care, while following established policies and procedures.
What do I need to bring with me?

As a Specialist Housing Officer, you'll provide housing management support to customers across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, helping them sustain their tenancies, access services and achieve positive outcomes. Join our successful Philanthropy fundraising team and make a real impact! We're seeking an exceptional Philanthropy Executive to join our established team. In this role you’ll engage small to medium sized trusts and major donors, connecting them to the difference they can make to thousands of men and their families facing prostate cancer.
Together with the Senior Philanthropy Executive, and Philanthropy Managers, you will liaise with colleagues across the organisation to ensure that you put together high-quality funding proposals, that will inspire supporters to make generous gifts, which will significantly improve the lives of men facing prostate cancer.

How and where we work
Colleagues attend the office at least four days per month (pro rata for part-time colleagues) to collaborate, build relationships, and support projects and decision-making. You can choose where to work the rest of the time. Travel to the office is a commute, so we pay our own travel costs.
Additional in-person attendance will be required during your first few months for induction and training, to support you to learn the role and get to know colleagues.

We are delighted to share an exciting opportunity to join our Income Generation team in a newly created Senior Individual Giving and Legacy Fundraiser role.
About the Role:
As Senior Individual Giving & Legacy Fundraiser, you will play a key role within the Individual Giving & Legacy team, leading the delivery of high-impact fundraising campaigns that inspire long term and loyal support. You will be responsible for developing and implementing multi-channel fundraising activity, including appeals, regular giving, lottery and legacy campaigns, helping to secure sustainable income growth and engagement for Tŷ Hafan.

You are an experienced direct marketing, fundraising or supporter engagement professional with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns that generate income and build lasting supporter relationships. You are a confident and proactive project manager who can balance multiple priorities, manage budgets and suppliers, and keep complex campaigns on track. The Role
The Head of Research and Policy will lead the trust's research, evidence and advocacy work.
Reporting to the CEO, you will develop and deliver the trust's research agenda, including flagship reports on the scale and impact of anti-Muslim hate. You will turn evidence into influential policy positions, lead engagement with government, parliament, statutory agencies and the media, and ensure that the lived experiences of those the Trust support informs policy and practice.
Working closely with the CEO and COO, you will strengthen the trust's reputation as a trusted voice on anti-Muslim hate, producing high-quality research, policy briefings and consultation responses while supporting organisational growth and impact. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will also contribute to strategic planning, managing budgets and overseeing the development of the research and policy function.
This person will work closely with a Research and Campaigns Officer to deliver on overall objectives.
The Person
The successful candidate will bring significant experience in research, policy, public affairs and advocacy, ideally within the charity, equality, human rights or community sectors. You will have a strong understanding of the issues facing Muslim communities in the UK and a proven ability to use evidence to influence policy and decision-makers.
An outstanding communicator and analytical thinker, you will be confident interpreting complex data, engaging senior stakeholders and producing compelling written outputs for a wide range of audiences. A confident public speaker, you will be comfortable presenting to government officials, parliamentarians and the media whilst also able to mobilise others to advocate and campaign. You will possess sound judgement, integrity and sensitivity when dealing with confidential information, delicate issues and vulnerable individuals. Most importantly, you will share the trust's commitment to compassion, integrity, inclusion, courage and collaboration, and will be passionate about advancing equality and tackling anti-Muslim hate.
