We have an opportunity for an experienced individual to join our Homeownership Services team and manage the day-to-day functions of homeownership services and transactions. Operations Manager – Responsive Repairs
The Operations Manager – Responsive Repairs is the operational lead for responsive repairs services within the Asset Delivery function and is responsible for the end-to-end delivery, performance and continuous improvement of responsive repairs across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Asset Delivery, the postholder provides operational leadership and strategic oversight of Local Space's Responsive Repairs, Voids, Legal Disrepair and Insurance, and Healthy Homes services, ensuring they are customer-focused, efficient, compliant and deliver excellent outcomes for residents.

The Operations Manager will oversee the management of legal disrepair cases and insurance claims, ensuring early intervention strategies are in place to minimise legal and financial exposure.
